We recently purchased a car at Fortier’s after looking at several other dealerships. Our experience with this family was top notch.Their level of sincerity, honesty and genuine interest in making the customer happy was evident from day one. It has been awhile since we have purchased a used car but I certainly don’t recall having the comfort level the Fortier’s provided.Before driving the car off the lot they went through the entire car and made sure we were happy with the finished product.They refer to it as “Fortierized”.... great concept !This is the first review my husband and I have ever posted but given the 5 star service they provided it is well deserved.

After dealing with many dishonest dealerships, it was a pleasant experience with Fortier’s. They make sure the car is reliable and are very honest along the whole process. They even filled up the gas tank prior to picking it up. Other places charge close to 700$ in additional processing fees. Fortier’s does not charge for the processing fees. They do not push you into purchasing something you don’t want. I will go to them for my next car and recommend them highly.

There’s so many good things to say about this dealership. They are not pushy. They are not rude. They are helpful. The guys didn’t act like I knew nothing and they knew it all. That’s typically what I expect from a car lot. This place doesn’t get enough credit. They put me in a beautiful Kia SUV. I have been looking for almost a year for a car. They took care of ALL the leg work. Stood late for me due to my work schedule a never once did I receive any attitude or frustration from them even when I had questions. My best friend and her husband just recently bought two cars from them also. And she too had the same experience. People who want to help you, not just make a sale. I didn’t feel pressured at all. They didn’t make me feel uncomfortable, I actually feel like they really do truly care for the customer. I’m so excited to be in my new car and SO happy I found them! Huge blessing. This is no pressure sales. You give them your license they give you a key to a car and you try as many cars as you want. No pressure at all from any salesman. I bought a car and they are very helpful with the rest of the procedure. They will put dealer plates on it for me to take it elsewhere to complete the process to get my plates. The following day I had an additional question, called, Justin did research and called me back within a couple of hours. I went there initially because they had a five-star rating. To me thats so important. Im giving them five stars, as well.

These guys are definitely reliable and honest with you. I had bought an Old 2000 Toyota Camry from them a couple months ago and everything mechanically about it works perfectly, especially since it’s 20 year old car. These guys are the real deal, they’re all hard working blue collar mechanics that give out honest work.

Purchasing a car from Fortiers is such a great experience. As I have just purchased my second car from them on Friday they were very helpful in walking me through the process of filling out my RMV application. They really Fortify your vehicle (which I think was the most wholesome thing I have ever heard when I heard it come out of Mr. Fortiers mouth haha). They got me new tires, wipers, checked and filled all of my fluids, got me floor mats, a spare, jack etc. They also gave me a great amount for my trade in. They are genuinely people oriented and I absolutely recommend coming here to any and everyone no matter your budget because you are getting an amazing deal.

This is the best auto shop I have ever dealt with. This family owned business is honest, fair and knowledgeable. I just purchased a used 2008 Jeep Wrangler from Fortier’s Auto Sales and Service and the entire experience deserves a A+ grade. The owners (Bob and Justin) clearly value their customers and they take great pride in the cars that they sell and service. I did my due diligence and researched Fortier’s before purchasing this vehicle and nearby Jeep dealers provided top-notch approval as Fortier’s name is highly respected. (I traveled over 150 miles from my home to Fortier’s Auto Sales & Service to purchase this vehicle after driving to other dealers within a 200 mile radius of my home to find my desired vehicle.) During the pre-sale inspection of items in the Jeep that needed to be fixed, Fortier’s not only fixed these items, but also completed a top-to-bottom inspection to fix other items that they felt should be fixed before the Jeep was ready for my pickup. I was originally hesitant about purchasing a used vehicle, but as I listened to Bob and Justin explain their personal inspection process and details of my vehicle, I knew I was in very good hands and I could drive the vehicle away feeling 100% confident in my purchase. We have been customers since 1992 and always extremely pleased with their customer service that begins from the minute we walk in.

In the last 12 months I had several issues with my SUV from leaking radiator, breakers that I had to replace everything and some strange noise while driving on and off. Drove to Fortiers without appointment explained to Justin my problem and leave the SUV there and every time they offered me a ride home. I would get a call from Justin the same day or the next day explaining what they found wrong with my SUV. And I just say go ahead fix it. I always get my SUV back fast and I never went back to complain about the same problem they just worked on. This shop is awesome the Fortier family is nice people to deal with.

One of the biggest mistakes I made as a car owner was shop-hopping. I hopped around from repair shop to repair shop, in hopes of finding the cheapest price or, worst yet, get answers I wanted to hear about my car instead of the answers I needed to hear. This behavior developed as a lack-of-trust which caused me to make poor, impulsive, and/or uneducated decisions when purchasing, repairing, or maintaining my cars. Through these trials, my brother stepped in as an advocate and brought me to a mechanic I learned to trust and have had business with for some 20+ years. Together they instructed me in the need to track my own cars health, service and repair history if I wanted a reliable and predictable car.About 2+ years ago friends of mine purchased and service their vehicles from you at Fortiers Auto and introduced me to your dealership. During such time I visited Fortiers and Justin would call occasionally, at my request, to inform me of inventory prospects since I would soon be in the market for an upgrade. Since then my granddaughter purchased a vehicle and has been well pleased.Then the accident happened totaling my Buick Lasabre after 12 years of ownership. Almost instantly Justin had me in another Buick, a beautiful Lacrosse and the rest is history. Absolutely wonderful customer service.However, five months after purchasing a car from them I caught some black ice on 495 and hit the guard rail, totaling the car. At 60 mph, and a head on hit by time my car had spun over, I would expect my airbags to go off. Many mechanics have also told me that there was no doubt that the hit I sustained should have caused airbag deployment.Fortiers sold me a vehicle with defective airbags, they had the car inspected for safety at a nearby place which claimed the vehicle passed all safety points, which includes airbags.There is no doubt in my mind that fortiers and the inspection place they took the vehicle to have their hands in each others pockets, and do enough just to sell a car.Im glad I am okay and I will be warning others to not take the risk

Bought 2004 mazda tribute with 80,000 miles. engine light comes on the smelling burning oil. brought back to them they put more oil in it, and said no leaks scratched my suv on the side. lite went off. then light back on motor light. took to auto zone to check what was wrong, they printed out was wrong. took it to my mechanic alot was wrong with this vehicle, ended needing a motor. so anyone do not buy any vehicles from this place because they dont stand behind their vehicles and it ended costing me 3000 to fix what was wrong with it. will call the better business bureau and file a complaint. my name is isaura carvalho
