Have been going to Bayside for years. The business has grown but they still take care of you like a neighbor and keep things affordable. Big chain auto and tire stores and mail order are a hassle and you wont save a dime.

This is a family oriented business who take care of their community and they prioritize their customers accordingly. Although my tire and alignment needs took a little longer than expected, the folks were professional & courteous. Not to mention fairly priced.

If there’s a checklist of features for running a business, Bayside has them all checked off. Fair prices, proper equipment, skilled employees and respectful attention to both customers and their work. We are lucky to have them.

Terrible experience. I guess it is a family owned shop, I get there the couple is already arguing to begin with. Then the main sales person, calls to complain Ive worked on the car prior to bringing it to the shop, showing every level of unprofessionalism. Does not know how to talk to customers, uncapeable of resolving issues makes me question credibility.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had my front brakes (rotors, calipers, and pads) replaced here in June of 2021. The work I paid for should have lasted a few years but only lasted 3 months before I needed to have the same parts replaced again due to poor installation on the original brakes job. When I went back to the shop today to speak to them about this I was told they could do nothing for me because I had taken my car to a different shop to have my brakes re-done. (I took it to a different shop because it needed other work and it was more convenient and cost effective to have everything done at once by my usual mechanic). The person I spoke to at the shop was rude, spoke to me rather aggressively, and did absolutely nothing to make the situation right. Instead of an apology or a refund I was belittled and told it’s was my fault for going to a different shop. Overall just bad business and terrible customer service. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I Love them, I love the work they do, never had any problems with my Toyota, they fix your car like it’s there own, I am a female and I hear a lot about how mechanics will get over on You, but not here, they work with you and try to help you in anyway they can, hands down best mechanic in Fall River

My daughter had winter tires mounted and allegedly balanced on her Fiesta at a Ford dealership this past November. After driving the car for a couple of weeks, there was something very wrong--it vibrated and shook at highway speeds majorly. There was one time she almost ran it off the highway when changing lanes. She took the car back to the dealership to fix. The dealership said everything was tight.Despite the dealerships word of confidence, we took her Fiesta to Bayside Auto. We have used their services many times on other vehicles and been VERY happy with their work. They discovered the the winter tires were not in fact balanced properly. Bayside got the job done right and now my daughters Fiesta rides like a dream on the highway. They explained to us what was wrong and how it was fixed. I had an old car with a lot of miles on it and I was trying to determine if it was worth fixing. They checked it out at no cost and gave me there honest opinion on what I should do. I do have the skill to do most of my mechanic work but I know my limitations! I get most of my tires from Bayside and they go the extra mile to find you a tire that will fit your budget! I always call Bayside first when I have a problem!

Bayside Automotive is where I go for all my automotive needs; tune-ups, brakes, tires, etc. They are fair priced and efficient. All the mechanics have gone the extra mile for me and the owners are super friendly!

I have always been very satisfied with the value and professionalism exhibited at Bayside. I have been going there for years and even had the company I was working for send their commercial vehicles to Bayside. Recently, when I was buying some tires and getting an alignment, they took it for a short ride and were not satisfied with the results, they brought it back in, put it back on the lift and reconfirmed all the alignment adjustments until it was to their satisfaction. That is dedication to quality and that is why I keep going back.

Did not go any further than the phone call with the man who works there. He was very rude on the phone and very cocky. Would not ever give that place my business based solely off the phone call I had with him.

I used Bayside tire and Auto Center, because of the reputation they have. Quality and excellent service. Prior to doing any work on my car I was called and advised what needed to be done. My car was done and ready on the same day. Breaks, new tires, oil change, and front end alignment. The owner is honest. Very busy for a reason. Quality work. I will always use them.

I went in because I pickup a nail in one of my tires. They repaired the tire but found a cut on that tire which now had to be replaced. I had purchased all four tires from them almost two years ago. They ordered the tire and said they would look into road hazard for me. The tire had 50,000 miles on it. The cost to me was $26.11 with the road hazard. Thank you guys. They were friendly and fast plus the waiting room was clean

I was a little hesitant to bring my modified BMW here after another shop badly screwed up an alignment job. However, Mike and his team took great care of me and were able to make the corrections needed in a timely fashion. They were very patient with my vehicle the whole way through. Recently went in for tires. Dropped vehicle off and it was done within a few hours. This place smoked Town Fair Tire on price and service. I can see why this place has great reviews. They deliver as promised! Very pleased.

Best price around on tires, professional people, best alignment and tire balancing I’ve had done, I use them for any repairs needed and even for my inspection sticker, great people to do business with, will definitely return again.

We got our tires here a few months ago. Since then weve been back 3 times for nails in our tires! Luckily, we have a warrantee. Even after needing 2 of the tires repaired and 1 completely replaced, weve only spent about $30. Theyre always nice on the phone and get us in asap to have our tires fixed. They also had the prices around when we purchased our tires. Highly recommend!

I called Bayside Auto Dave answered, I explained the issue my daughter was having with her car. Told us to bring it right in. Chris called me back with the plan of action and cost. Completed the service same day. I feel confident sending my daughter there alone knowing that she will be treated fairly and friendly.

My car started breaking down on Christmas, despite being the holidays, they were able to fit me in and problem was found same day, my car was done the next! They do a great honest job for the right prices and can even try to save you money where they can and safely. They get the work done so fast even though they are always busy. I have had my breaks worked on, ignition coils replaced, replaced axels, wheelbearings and such... my rear break was leaking fluid and they fixed it free of charge because they had replaced my system breaks the year or two before. Point being I will be continuing any work I need with them from this car to the next, great honest family business!

Got an alignment done on my Benz. They were great and pretty quick considering the tie rods were stuck from oxidation. They actually aligned it unlike other shops that but the sensors till it goes green. They were respectful of the car and didn’t slam the doors or leaning on it and scratching the paint. Would definitely recommend

They were quick to order and receive a new tire for one purchased there and covered with road hazard. Would definitely buy tires there again. The initial cost was less then other tire shops.

Best tire and auto place on South Coast. Good value on tires and excellent work to install. I stopped going to big box tire stores. And they do auto repairs!

Bought four Michelin Defender tires and all new brakes for my 08 Honda Civic. Bayside was excellent all the way around. My Civic runs smooth and quite. And Im getting better gas mileage. Would recommend them without hesitation.
