Sold me a tire that was over 10 years old I drove the car on the highway and a tire blew up they tried telling me that someone stabbed the tire! How was that possible? I was going down the highway and it just exploded on me! When I had the vehicle towed back the older gentleman was extremely irate and rude saying I did it on purpose. Horrible horrible service

Not good at all. Sent the lady to get tires balanced on the truck. Two different people working on the truck. Busted the brakeline on one side. Said the truck was old, not their fault. Brakes were fine before she went. The mechanic did fine on his side but the owner or whoevers wearing the bp suit is who damage the other side. Was rushing her out saying he needed the space. Sad sunday.

Beware! What a con artist. To preface: I was a mechanic for 10 years, so I know when someone is BSing me. I purchased 4 tires from this guy that were supposed to be mounted and balanced and in great condition. I was not asked to look at the tires before install (My mistake for not demanding to), I guess I just trusted that this was a legit business.Two tires looked great, two tires were abysmal. One tire completely worn to the tread bars and the other tire totally dry rotted and unsafe. On top of that, the car shook like an earthquake on the highway at 55+, which was obviously because the tires were not balanced properly because the car was smooth as butter before.When I told the owner about the really bad dry-rotted tire and the horrible shaking he told me that he did not have any other tires and they are used tires so they will shake on the highway...It was one excuse after another. I asked again that he replace the REALLY bad tire and that I would wait for him to get one in and he said he would do it for 20 more dollars...then I asked him to check the balance on the wheels because I knew they were off. Again, he would do it for 20 dollars! To do what he should have done right the first time! What a scam. So, I asked to see them spin on front of me so I can confirm that they zero out...They were all 0.5 ounces out of balance. So, I tell him, see you did it wrong the first time.... He says Half an oz off is good, they will only shake above 90 Lol what a BSer...and on top of that they were off because my car needs an alignment. Yea, ok buddy, so my car which drives straight and always was smooth on the highway caused the tires to get magically unbalanced instantly. I hate con artists like this. Even after telling him that I used to be a mechanic, so he cant BS me, he still continued with his excuses and ended up charging me 40 bucks to rebalance the tires and put a decent used tire to replace the junkyard mess tire he had scammed me with before. I am still in shock that this guy had so many lies and excuses. Im sure he is used to talking to normal unknowing people all day long, so this tactic works, but man this is disgusting behavior. What a horrible excuse for a business. Avoid at all costs!

I purchased 2 tires from BP Tires. The gentleman that serviced my vehicle was very attentive and was able to give me an appointment very quickly. He picked up on an issue that I had and explained thoroughly what needed to be done. I would most definitely go back again in the future!

I do not think he charged us a fair price for the tires, and still wanted to change our back ones which are better than the ones he put on the front.I do not recommend and I wont come back. People need to be fair to each other.

Needed two tires, because ours wouldnt pass inspection - panicked all day because our tires run between $100-220 new, and I knew there was no way I could afford to replace them that quickly. They got us all set and reccomended where to get it inspected, telling us they would take care of us. They are life savers and SO KIND! I will definitely be back!

Nice used tire shop. I called the shop to see if they had my tire size and the owner looked intensively to find me one. Told him I was coming about fifteen minutes away. He said he would stay open for me. Shop owner was pleasant, professional, and accommodating. If youre in Fall River and need a tire, this is your guy!!!

Paid 150 for mount and balance and never even balanced the tires. Took the wheels off and all the old weights were in the same location, nothing removed or added. Shady place

I got fair tires but he didn’t balance like he said he would. He never gave me an invoice, only takes cash ( that’s shady) Never checked the valve stems, went back because one was low and said he wouldn’t have charged me if he changed them while changing my tires but he never gave me that option. He took out the sensor &charged me $25.00. I questioned him about the tire pressure after he so called fixed it and he said to me” I didn’t make the car” LOL REALLY? So now I am at TOWN FAIR TIRE having a $50.00 sensor installed and my tires balanced for nothing since I am a valued customer. This is what you get for going to a shady place to save money. Never again!

Worse place to go to I went their out of desperation because I had (1)flat tire guy comes looking like he sleep in the same clothes he works in bunch of crooks next thing I noticed my truck rims were chipped and he said that always happens used tire he sells are from other cars he rotated better of going to a professional so you dont have to pay twice and not come out with more problems than you came in with. They half fix things, I bought tires once, I was told they would be the same brand an size, they were the same brand but 2 different sizes. Havent gone back and wont!

I messaged him about needing tires and he was quick and nice and gave me an exact price for used tires with good tread for 53 each including the installation and after I dropped off the car done in less than 20 minutes and was very nice about everything

Had called to get a quote on a used tirer. Called are found another place cheaper but need to set an appointment. With in a half an hour guy the owner of BP calls me back I tell him that he dropped his price. Should of been a red flag right there. But I gone in to change my flat. Caught him touching my steams on my other tires with plyers or a tool w.e. then tells my I have a bigger promblem then just him ripping out my steams on my tires. 🤣 Guys a joke no wonder why they have no business. Also rude. Was in my face telling me all my tired was like that like I didnt just put air in it in the morning. Hope no one goes there god dont sleep. Even tho my steams are 20 he tried making 120$ guys a joke. Henrey tires way to go. Nothing like walking in with a promblem and walking out with another. Jerk karma is coming cause good dont like ugly. Liers hope you get no business!

Bait and switch. Offered to install a set of Michelins and when I got the car back it had Coopers. Pull into the highway and immediately noticed a shake in the steering at 60mph. Signs of tires not balanced. So I take it back and they balance the front and tell me the rears were balanced. So I crawl under the car and point out that the weights are old and rusted. THEY WERENT BALANCED. At this point his story changes. Rear wheels dont need to be balanced Seriously?!?! I used to mount and balance tires for a living. Also the Matching set of Coopers they installed werent matching as 1 of the tires had a manufacturing date that was off by 3 years. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IMPROPER PROCEDURE & SERVICE. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. Instead I will nofy my Fall River customers to steer clear of this place.

I happened to drive by BP one day and I noticed the used tire sign so I decided to pull in and check to see what they had in stock, I ended up buying 2 used tires for my car which were practically new for 90$ mounted and balanced, they save me over 110$ if i were to buy new, I was extremely happy with the service they provided me, I will definitely be coming back to this place.

Scam artists and frauds, friend of mine bought a car for $2,000, they put $1000 on b.o.s. Check engine light came on same day of purchase, and its rotted underneath. They refuse to give his money back. He isnt not a car savy person and he was taken advantage of. Do not buy a car here.
