Ive dealt with Jane Deadrick for years, shes always done a great job.

Stacie was great. Im just not happy that i am getting a 6000 dollar return and was only approved for a 500 advance. Id like to speak to someone about it. With all thats going on with covid the main reason I came to H@R was for the advance and it seems kind of unfair that I would pay just as much in fees as I would get back in my advance.

The representative that I use for my taxes is a former teacher of mine from middle school. She was always one of my favorites, and she still has the same sweet personality she did back then. She is fast, knowledgeable, and super smart about tax laws and ways to get you a better refund. I always feel confident when I leave that things have been done correctly, and that I wont have to worry about anything. Thats a nice feeling.

Well lets see! Each year we pay the max amount of your fees. Our appt was at 4pm and we didnt leave out of the office til 5pn, and we only spend maybe 20 mins with the rep that filled our taxes. The girls behind the counter was rude and not very professional at all with us. Our experience with you guys has gone down from a 100% our first 2year to now our overall experience is like a 45%. The service goes down the prices goes up and our tax return are almost nothing now i dont understand how but no one sit and explain this matter with my husband and I.
