Recently received a notice from the IRS saying that I owed over $300.00 due to a mistake that was made back in 2015 on my tax return. A mistake that could have only been made by the preparer of my taxes. For years my parents have trusted Stew to file their taxes and of course I followed along when it came time for mine. I cant say that either relationship will continue after my recent experience. After talking with Stew it was apparent that he had little to no concern about the error that was made or that there is a possibility of subsequent penalties that will follow in the next couple years based off of an ERROR made by him at the time of preparation. My overall opinion is that he is very unprofessional in dealing with his clients and I would be wary of doing business with Agency Tax Services.

We had a self-employed mutual client and Stew was unwilling to get us the documentation that we needed for her to close on her home. He was very rude and inconsiderate. He was also rude to his client and stated he didnt have time for her requests. Based off of my experience I do not recommend Stew.
