I had a tax related question and spoke with a gentleman at this establishment over the phone and he was extremely rude. He laughed at my question, interrupted countless times, and treated me as if I was completely inferior. It’s very distressing and I would not recommend this business, I was considering hiring them as our CPA for our small business but I wouldn’t give them our business if they were the last company in West Virginia.
