This is my first time writing a review but I have to be honest. Today I asked for a BASIC French set and it honestly looks like a toddler did my nails. I had to ask for the white to be removed because it looked terrible. I ended up with ugly clumpy nails. Not a single person offered to fix it but requested I pay the full amount. When I said something about my nails all I could hear was crickets. This is not the type of service I expect from a “luxury salon”. My husband and I will be taking our business elsewhere

I came this Tuesday to get my nails done, paid $70 for powder gel and pedicure, Right the next day my nails started loosing the shiny coat they put on top and one of my nails shipped. When I went that same day to fix them the Chinese man working there tells me that it’s because “I use my hands too much” …..I didn’t know if I wanted to laugh or be angry at the moment, I always get powder gel in other places and it lasts me 3 weeks without shipping. They’re quality of powder gel isn’t worth the price, I didn’t end up getting my nail fixed in this place. It’s a clean place but unfortunately the quality isn’t there.

This salon reliably provides a quality service. Ive had both gel and powder manicures here and they both are applied beautifully with considerable lifespan. I wish This spa was closer to my home and I would visit more often.

I had come in because I desperately needed my nails done. They are a life saver ! Highly recommended !

The best place ever, youll feel like a queen!

I had a powder manicure dawn in the nails are put on uneven I also had pedicure fruit and the heel in the big toes are very dry and it is not a professional looking job $122 I will be in contact with the Better Business Bureau on this matter n my credit card

Since the new virus, my nails and spa are up to date with new tools that have been cleaned and stored in save bags. They were very generous to hand out hand sanitizer and open faucets to clean our hands. The customer service was top notch and I really enjoyed the free drinks they hand out.

It’s beautiful inside but even amidst a pandemic it didn’t seem like they were keeping things disinfected and they used DIRTY tools on my hands and feet. The man I had was extremely rude and kept yanking on my feet and fingers when he was painting them.The quality of the mani/pedi was good but way over priced and they quoted me the wrong price over the phone (no prices on website) so I was charged much more than I was expecting to be. Had I enjoyed my experience I wouldn’t have been so annoyed at the price change but it was not an enjoyable experience AT ALL. Came to relax and just felt like I was being treated poorly which tainted my whole experience. I will not being returning and I don’t recommend this salon.

Went here with a friend yesterday. The atmosphere, staff, and cleanliness surpassed my expectations. I went to get a hot some pedicure and nail extension with dip powder. Total came out to $85 which i was more than happy to pay considering how great everything was including the free drinks and complimentary massage.However, I was asked how much i would add on the card for tip, i gave and wrote down a specific price to look on my bank statement to find that an extra $6 was charged in addition to the services and tip. This happened to my friend as well from our visit together.

The service was terrible..i was trying to tell the guy how I like my eyebrows and he cut me off multiple times and then just left the room and said I was horrible. I would never come here or recommend..he just wanted to do his own thing and get my money..he did not care how I like my eyebrows.

Happy I found this place !! Its by far the best. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, EVERYONE was super friendly! The prices are super reasonable as well, and if you plan on doing a spa pedicure (which I HIGHLY recommend), you will not regret it! There is a ton of different choices! My personal favorite is the Jelly Spa Pedicure which is $ 45 and comes with a 10 min massage as well! So worth it !! Bonus points they serve complimentary beverages!!! I refuse to go anywhere else!

Beautiful atmosphere. The tech that did my nails took great care, she didnt rush through it. Ive been looking for a new salon and found it here!

The service was incredible. I can not deny the friendliness of the staff and the free perks that came along with my visit at this salon, like the free drinks and massage. My nails and toes look good, BUT I signed my receipt for one amount and was charged a different amount, an additional $6 was added after I left??? It was not because I didn’t tip because I did, to both people who helped me. I went with a friend and asked that she check her bank statement and they charged her an additional $6 as well.... on top of the tip AND the actual amount. It’s absolutely ridiculous for me to go in for a simple mani pedi and pay $100 and then have a business steal an extra $6 from me on top of that. Not okay.

Love this place. Great gel manicures and pedicures. a little pricey but the massages are great. All of the female technicians are top notch.

Went in for eyebrows and they did horrible job smh. Never again!!!

This was the WORST over priced exp of my life in a nail salon my gel manicure looked like a child had done it. then to top it off they over charged my card I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THIS PLACE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Came in for a nail fix the nail tech took an hour to do 1 nail! The nail tech did a disgusting job with my nails I asked to gel and the tech decided to put UV gel on my one nail and charged me $10 for the one nail. Every customer that came in was greeted at the door and was offered complimentary water/tea except for me.

This is now my nail and spa. Got a great mani pedi here ... nice nail tech, beautiful and clean on the inside.

Made an appointment several days in advance at 4pm with two of my bridesmaids and my mom. Still were waiting to be seen by 4:45. Seats were used and old. They were rushed on doing the nails. They cut my skin on one of my fingers. There were someone elses cut nails all over the table and trash where they had me sit.

Fast and courteous staff do an amazing job!

When waxing, they DON’T switch sticks!!! I confronted the owner and worker about it, said “that’s just how we do it.” Never returning. So disgustingly unsanitary.

I really like this place but unfortunately I used to go here when it first opened, I moved away for 5 yrs, and then it seems like they have the same old towels, seats, and supplies. They do a decent job, they just need a refresher.

This was the worst experience of getting a manicure/pedicure Ive ever had. They continuously cut and hurt me and continued as I kept saying ow. They tried to charge me $75. They rip you off and do a terrible job.
