I need monthly pedicures because I have a really stubborn ingrown toenail that gets really deep. Just received the BEST pedicure and care for this nail that Ive ever had. The technician was gentle, patient and thorough. No other salon has ever done as well!

I wish I could rate this salon zero stars!! And here’s why!My mom called about a week ago to make an appointment with Ava a nail tech there, then she was told they no longer take appointments due to short staff. When she arrived at 12 to be there when they opened at 1230, there was already four people in the salon. When she got in she was told to wait since Ava was with another client and she waited. Then when Ava was finished she took of my moms current set and had her sitting there for 25 minutes to soak the last nail off while Ava went to the back. Jc, the owner came over and took her to his station and removed the last nail then told her she would have to wait at avas chair. 25 minutes later jc came over and said Ava was going home and that she didn’t feel good. So my mom asked if someone could put a new set on and then jc proceed to tell her he had 5 appoints coming in at 130, at this time is was 132 and my mom was confused bc he had told her they don’t take appointments and jc said that she would have to go another salon in order to get them done. My mom has been going there for years and will never be going back. Jc never tried to accommodate her and offer her another time to come in today due to her going out of town tomorrow. They sent her out of the salon with bare nails and didn’t even put an oil or anything on them after removing them. She won’t be coming back and neither will I. This is very unprofessional of him and his salon and quite frankly rude to do that to someone who has been going here for years. We will never return and don’t waste your money at this salon!!!

JCs is the place to be! This sweet little gem in the city of Fairfield may not look like much from the outside, but inside youll find the heart, soul, and great conversation that makes this salon worth my 35 minute drive every two weeks! If you are so lucky to be treated by JC himself, beware, your cheeks will be sore from smiling and laughing along with his wit and charm while he performs services! Truly a man in love with his work, JC always makes sure we leave happy and satisfied with our services. I will always recommend! 💖💅🏻

I went to go get my actylics off (that I also got from there) during both times they were kind, professional and gentle! Incredible owner and I great prices too! If youre in the area there is honestly no better place.

I absolutely love this nail spa. JC has such a great personality and hes such a people person. Dont come in here in a hurry, sometimes it takes a little while but the time him and the other girls spend with other clients they also spend with you and its so nice to take a break from life and get pampered. Call and make an appointment or use facebook messenger to make an appointment. I love it here.

I had a full acrylic set less than 2 weeks ago (on the 18th) and today my pinky nail popped off and my middle finger nail is about to pop off as well. Ive gotten my nails done for six years on and off and Ive always waited 3 weeks for fills with no issue. Ive never had a nail just pop off. The staff was nice enough when I was there and I actually really liked my nails, but they are not lasting 3 weeks until another fill.

Love this place they do such an amazing job and always take their time and J.C is very sociable and funny. By far the best nail salon ive been to in a while I totally recommend them to anyone who wants someone to take their time and do an amazing job. So glad I found this place.

Id give JC Nails a ZERO.. Less than a week ago, I had a full sets done. Within 5 days, two nails pop off and the other nails started lifting, I went into the shop and spoke to the manager, he said, Ive been in this business for over 20 years and Ive seen this a lot, since you havent been wearing full sets over a long period of time, your oil production (my hands) has increased causing the nails to lift. Im a nurse and Ive been in my business along time and Ive never heard anything more RIDICULOUS.. Of course he wouldnt HELP ME or meet me half way. I spent $38 for nothing. Hes loss several customers, IVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO UNFAIRLY IN A LONG TIME.

I just went here today and it was the best nail experience I have ever received! I got shellac pedicure and an acrylic fill-in with gel for a great price! They are extremely upfront with the cost of services and really want you to get what YOU want, not just what will make them the most money. My nails have never looked better. The owner and the staff are very friendly and professional, it was truly the best experience I have ever had! I will definitely be returning for my next fill-in!

I just recently started going here and it is great! The staff is friendly and accommodating to your needs. I have been extremely satisfied both times I have visited this place and I cant wait to get my nails filled in every two weeks! I also heard they do great eyebrow waxing so I think I will do that next time to. Ive received many compliments on my nails.

SNS was falling off my nails within less then 10 days and management argued with me that SNS nails only last for 2 weeks.The nail tech apologized and stated she didnt know why it was falling off in whole pieces.Will not go back! Very unprofessional! Terrible customer service from management!

Royal pedicure and nail dip. Wish I would have gotten her name, she did an excellent job of both. She kept checking her work to make sure it look liked I wanted. Could have used a little more time soaking, but I didnt ask for it. Place was clean and everyone was nice. Many customers seem to repeats and that is always a good sign.

Have been going to JC Nail Spa for 1-2yrs and I’m have never been disappointed with the service. All the nail techs are very friendly and care about the customer’s satisfaction. First time I went here I had a great experience, girl who’s name starts with an A, did an amazing job. Second time the owner JC did them and my nails have never looked worse. You would think being the owner of the place he would try to do a good job but he rushed through it and they are all crooked .

My intention is not cruel or malicious. I am showing customers and the manager/owner at JC Nails what happened to my nail this morning. While reaching for a shoe box in my closet my nail popped right off. It wasnt painful at all. When I looked down at my nail I was shocked to see that it was partly green. Ive been getting my nails professionally done for years and this is the first time that I have ever experienced this situation. Guess its time to soak them off and go natural!

My first time and it’s New Year’s Eve of all days. My wait was not long at all. They have an enormous amount of color to choose from. The price for a simple gel polish and no manicure was awesome in my book and the tech did not attempt to make idle conversation which I loved, my job requires I talk to people all day so after a day at work I was happy just to sit there and blank out. Just had my nails done here for the first time on Saturday and I will be going back. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in and was offered a drink while I waited for the nail technician to prep her station. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she helped me pick similar colors. My nails turned out amazing! They have never looked this good after getting them done. Even my husband noticed the difference when I came home.

I have been to many nail salons and have been very disappointed. I decided to try JC Nails. This place is fantastic!!! My first set of nails lasted 3 weeks and I am not easy on my nails. JC is the bomb!!!Yes you may have to wait a little bit to get your service but it is well worth it. JC stands behind his work and fixes any lifting.....which by the way there is never any lifting. Everyone here is very friendly and excellent at their craft.I almost hate to give a good rating because then I have to share their expertise, but they are fantastic and every one should give them a chance!Thanks JC & Staff for being in Fairfield and making my nails look great!!!!

This was my 1st time at this salon for a pedicure. I picked out a color that was purple on the display,but when pedicure was completed, my nails did not match.When I asked my tech,why my nails were different-another technician came and explained the colors could be different because mood change color was put on my feet. I was not told this initially when the color was placed, by my original tech. My final nail color was green, far from what was picked and requested.She assured me the color I wanted would be as displayed.Needless to say I was disappointed w my experience. The color is Not what I expected at all,and there was no offer to correct the mistake. I will not be returning.

I went in after reading the reviews. JC did my manicure and he is a god send. I came in with an awful nail job and he fixed it so well. My nails are beautiful. He really took his time to make sure I was happy and that my nails would last. I’ve 100% found my new salon and I’m so happy with the results! Plus the prices are great. And to top it all off JC was hilarious!!!

Only go to JC for my nails! Drive from Dayton so he can do them. They always turn out perfectly. Everyone else at the salon is excellent as well! Love getting pedicures here too!

I liked my experience. JC is super funny and friendly, but the girl that did my dip manicure didnt do the best job. It was uneven and my nails chipped in 1 week! I will not get a dip manicure again.

I love!!!!!! Everything is perfect. My nails are the perfect shape, the matte on blue is lovely and the gold on my ring finger is the perfect combo!! I had JC and he was absolutely helpful and never boring. I recommend for any occasion or just to have nails done.

The manager was very nice when I book a large party of 10 which they said they could do but they really couldnt. They wouldnt let you pay for the group till they finished everyone which was a problem. 4 people (2 of them 12 years old) were cut and bleeding on their hands and feet and only one person got an apology. It would not be a place that I would go back to or tell anyone else to check out. Update: now my wife has an infection in her toe.

This place is one of the best places I have been to get my nails done. They do a great job. Even when I got a regular manicure the paint stayed on for almost two weeks. The pedicure is my favorite and good products used.
