T did a wonderful job with my acrylic nails. She suggested me the colors and told me what would look good on me.. very passionate about her work. Loved the service

The color and shape of my nails are exactly what I wanted. She did keep filing until I was satisfied which I appreciated. However, 7 of my fingers have cuts and are bleeding. The electric file is what kept cutting my fingers. She acted like she didnt even notice/care.Manicures are supposed to be a relaxing experience and this was anything but.

My did my nails and she was so personable And did such a fantastic job on my nails for my birthday. I will definitely be coming back to see her! Thank you so much for all of your hard work ❤️

The service is overall satisfying and prices are decent. I have my preferred Mani/pedi techs though, because some of the employees dont seem to value giving customers quality work, they just trying to rush to get it done and move to the next. Some of them need to expand the different types of designs they are able to do but what they can do is cute and stylish.

More like unhappy nails. :( Due to the fact that there aren’t many nail salons in Fairfield I would like Happy Nails to do well, but the last two times I’ve gone were a disaster.Wether I went during work hours or afterwards the salon was slammed, which could be easily solved by setting up appointments, but they refused to do so.When I called ahead of time they said that they were available (and therefore didn’t take my name for an appt.) but when I showed up it was packed. I had to wait an hour to get seated both times.As I waited, I watched as walk-ins were greeted but they wouldn’t get a timeframe. It was chaos as they told some people to come back later but some to wait. I witnessed several people give up and leave frustrated after waiting for too long.The scrub used for the pedi massage was rough and actually hurt. Staff seemed rushed, exhausted, and stressed. The tech that was removing my gel was also managing the salon and caused me bleeding cuts with her tools three times.Implementing simple things could minimize or solve these issues. Like setting up appointments and being honest about wait times. Scheduling properly, making a positive atmosphere for the staff and client alike, and safe practices should be priorities. I hope this improves, but until then I can’t recommend this salon.

They were very welcoming and friendly. They took time with each customer even being very busy. I liked how they made my granddaughter feel special for her first pedicure.

I literally saw a roach as soon as I walked in. We had to find different nails because the lady couldnt do the design. Its so disgusting in here. Nail tech was gentle.

Went to have gel nails removed. Still had half of it on when I left

Ask for My (pronounced Mee)! She is so amazing. She does the best acrylics I have had outside of a big city, very cool to sit and talk with, and gives such good attention to detail. My cuticles always look amazing after seeing her which is a big thing for me.

So Happy with Happy Nails! My and Ti do the best job along with being the sweetest! My daughter and I just love our nails and design.

It was an efficient appointment the lady I had I believe is the owner and she and I talked but I think she figured out I was exhausted and pretty much let me enjoy my appointment. I had also picked a color I thought Id like, I did not... and she with no issue went and found me another color, and applied her own design to my pedicure. Great atmosphere, great pedicurist, great appointment. Well Done! THANKS!!😊

I love this place! Only nail salon in the Southeast Iowa area that does perfect dip powder nails. It is clean, easy to get to, and I love the staff. I am particularly attached to the two younger girls who do the dip powder nails and they always recommend cool designs or colors if I am feeling unsure that day. It does get super busy normally after work and on Saturdays. They do take cards and cash!

I was visiting from out of town and this was one of the most relaxing manicures/pedicures Ive ever had! The technicians take their time and are very meticulous with their work. The leg and hand massages I received were longer than most salons and incredibly relaxing! Tee was my manicurist--she was very sweet and did a great job with my nails. They did get quite busy (it was a Saturday) so I would recommend making an appt. Would highly recommend!

Not respectful of LGBT+ individuals. I had made an appointment with a friend for a weekend outing and was told that the appointment was only made for my friend and not me. Additionally, the owner I presumed verbatim said “I don’t have time for ‘him’”. Let’s stop assuming pronouns it’s practically 2020.

Nice job! But I will bring my own tools next time, I noticed they dont sterilize their tools. They reuse the same tools person to person and just rinsing them with soap and water which is really gross.

My, Ti, and Anlee do fantastic work. On the other hand some techs are questionable...be careful with those pedi techs.

Employees were super nice did a great job on my pedicure there is a discount if you pay in cash however I would have them work on the cleanliness and making sure everything is cleaned in between customers thank you I will return it was a good time

Have gone twice to use gift certificate my daughter & i got for Christmas, was told towait first time after an hour of them saying 10 more minutes we left. Just tried again sat 10 minutes she said for us to pick color then after we picked she sees i have gift certificate in my hand says they have apt coming in will be 2 hours can we come back. Will not ever.

Staff is friendly. They try to get everyone going as quickly as possible. The nails have stayed on for longer than most places I’ve been to. They accept walk ins. There is a wait if you do, if you don’t want to wait make an appointment.

Took my girlfriend to get her nails done before she met my family. Told the ladies one person and she thought I said one nail. Had employees sitting around and we had to wait for 30 mins. A couple days later all of her nails broke. Will NOT be going back!!!!!.

They took an hour and a half for a pedicure and when I got home it wasn’t 30 minutes later my polish rubbed off. So disappointed.
