I have been seeing Charlie Crone for almost 10 years now, even after my relocation to Houston TX 6 years ago. I had an unfortunate accident in 2012 which resulted in a BK amputation to my right foot. A very trying time for me and found comfort with having a Prosthetic Dr. that I can trust. He came recommended by my PT and I also thought the world of her. In any case, I have found it valuable to have an advocate like Charlie, a humble but extremely knowledgeable man on my side. I also enjoy knowing his associates Mary at the front desk and David. I will say that Hanger purchased Nascot who Charlie used to work for and possibly some of the low reviews are not with Charlie but with Hanger. Charlie is the best and feel very fortunate to have found him and will stick with him no matter what company he is working for.

I have been client if Charlie Crone for a little over a decade. All good reviews on Charlie/ Mary and David are spot on statements. They are simply THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!

The Hanger Clinic in Fairfax, VA is staffed with great employees. They are friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Special mention of Brent Sperry who helped me immensely. My only complaint is the parking situation there and its not the Hanger Clinics fault. I suggest you arrive early to seek out a decent parking space.

Best experience I have ever had as along time amputee. Immediately diagnosed and solved problems with bk prosthetic. Charlie Crone is world class expert. Highly recommended.

I had a bad experience with this office when I first called. They took for ever to get a approval from Medicaid. I called Medicaid myself and got the approval quicker then they did. And the receptionist Mary was not friendly at all, she spoke to me as if it was annoying to her to hear that I needed help for my 2 year old. The Dr who saw us was GREAT, other then him everyone in the office was unpleasant. Hope our second visit goes better then the first.

Bret worked with me for my ankle braces. He took lots of time and repeated the directions for me.My only problem was being given the wrong address, their old one. After that was straighten out everything was fine.

Efficient friendly office. Very roomy and comfortable even with a wheelchair. The Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist was knowledgeable and personable. Good experience.

Every time I tried to make an appointment to get in here i was put on hold for extended amounts of time. When someone finally came to the phone it was as if my call was an annoyance to her. Very unprofessional and rude. I asked for the person making the prosthetics to call me back because other some very specific questions and never got a call back. Called to up my appointment because of unforeseen events and was told that I would have to take it or leave it with my current schedule. Again met with very rude people.

The medical side of Hanger is first class, but the business side is incompetent. They are not familiar with Medicare, including Medicare Advantage programs that almost 50% of Medicare recipients have used for over 20 years. Their business staff is rude and wont take any proactive actions to resolve issues.
