The staff was very friendly, and they are very patient with nail art requests. Additionally, they do their best to match your polish color options. Only down side is that the nail art can get pretty pricey when getting it on all fingers (+$5 per nail). Also, take into consideration that it is $3 for gel polish removal. Lastly, I really like that there is a discount (I think 5%) for paying in cash.

Very dissapointed with this bussines. Got pedi and gel manicure on Saturday, and on Monday one of my nails peeled off. Went back to get it fixed, and on Tuesday another of my hand’s nails peeled off as well. Its not cheap, do I expected more quality for what I paid. Not worth my money!

This is my favorite nail salon... Ive been to several in NoVa. Firstly, the employees are so friendly and professional. They are all good at what they do. The massages (included in price are out of this world). Great nail salon!

My first time here - just had a simple mani but the ambiance was nice, everything clean, manicurist friendly, and I don’t know what kind of topcoat she put on but my nails were dry and incredibly smooth/shiny within a few minutes of finishing. I will definitely be back!

I used to love this nail salon but Im very disappointed with the inconsistency of service. You can get the same manicure with two different ladies and get completely different outcomes. One did a great job with my SNS and it lasted over three weeks with no issues. The other used a different method of application and used gel on top of my SNS which chipped and peeled in about 10 days. Im not wasting my money here again.

I used to go to Fairfax Bliss Nails but the staffs that were my favorites are no longer working there. Luckily I saw one of them at the store and told me that she works at different place. I came here to see her Dana and was happy that I found her. When she did my manicure and pedicure, I was looking at Chris’s job with another client and I wanted to try with him too. I made an appointment recently and I was like WHOA! He is also a perfectionist and took time very well with the nails. Pays attention to the details which I LOVED it! I am coming back for him again. I also want to try Lina. Even I haven’t tried with her but I saw her with other client and she did amazing job too. Hope she’s available when I come back.So far Dana, Lina, Chris are the best if you’re looking “perfect”. :) :)Update as of 11/26/19: Kelly did an amazing job too! She was also perfectionist on the nails and well done job when she polishes! :)Now I will be asking for either Chris and Kelly.

My mother and I got manicures and pedicures done for the first time here yesterday. We had a positive experience, the nail technicians were nice and they did a goob job on our nails. Temperature is taken upon arrival and there is hand sanitizer to use. There are also plexiglas separators. My mom accidentally messed up the nail polish on her big toe while getting up from the nail dryers and her technician redid it for her! Lina did my fingernails and Dana did my toenails, would recommend them both! Lina was open to my idea to also do a couple of my fingernails in pink since October is breast cancer awareness month. My mother had Chris for her manicure and he did a good job. We think the woman who did her pedicure was Amber who did a good job, was very friendly, and redid my mothers toenail polish after she accidentally hit it on the dryer when getting up.

I got my nails done here a week ago. I originally made the appointment for mani/pedi. It appeared they double booked and called me back to request I come earlier - so I did.The entire experience felt very rushed. I felt like more of an inconvenience than a valued customer. I wanted gel and/or different colors but was told they didnt have enough time for this. Then I was told they did, then didnt. It was a lot of back and forth and seemed too difficult. I ended up getting gel but again it was a rush job and was super thick! The gel started peeling off a week later.I dont recommend this place and wont be back.

I got a gel manicure from Annie. When you walk in, they take your temperature and ask you to use hand sanitizer, and of course everyone is required to wear masks. Annie took the time to make sure my nails looked great! Staff was very friendly!UPDATE: Its been about five weeks and only one nail has chipped, only a couple days ago. Ive NEVER had nails last this long. Wish I still lived here so I could go back!

I have been going here for over 3 years! Ive tried places all over the NoVA area and this is by far the best. My gel nails are perfectly shaped and last sometimes more than 3 weeks. I am a member, and earn points so I can use on future purchases. Everyone is so friendly and the place is immaculate.

After seeing the good reviews I wanted to come here . I had made a prior appointment and also looked on their Instagram for nail ideas . I saved a picture of what I wanted, from their own Instagram, and showed the nail tech . She said she could do it but then I heard them having a conversation and she told me they couldn’t do it because there wasn’t enough time . She then said she could do the marble one on each hand and I said sure. Then someone else questioned me about it and I finally said forget it this seems like a big deal . No one apologized or offered another idea . Seems as though because I wasn’t a member and it was my first time I was pushed to the side . Not professional.

More of a spa treatment than a pedicure. Massaging, hot stone, paraffin wax all included in the $35 regular manicure. My toenails/the polish are perfect, but the tech did almost nothing to remove the calluses on the outside of my big toes. Im going to have to do it myself.

Very clean, and super nice staff. First time going and definitely coming back! The lady that did my nails was super patient and very delicate. I wanted to used four diferente colors and they made sure the colors were the ones I wanted since I showed a picture of the style I wanted.

Always travel a bit to come here, very friendly and clean. Each time I come they do a great job, never disappointed.

I went to heave nail for many times with nail maker Annie, she is patient and nice person, with good service for me every time.

Chris was meticulous, friendly, and patient. I have very high standards for French nails and he delivered exceptionally. He takes time to make every nail even (shape and thickness of French white tip) and he was extremely accommodating. I highly recommend, Chris, as I was very happy with his service!

They were put off when I wanted certain things or changes, just a change in nail color before any painting, and I asked my toe nails be shorter. They started talking about my request, throw polish on, which peeled off next day and charged me 60$. I paid but will. Never go back or recommend! I was refer by someone who looks completely different than me, I feel is was a factor, they don’t like Blacks

The salon is nice and I had a good experience previously but this time a man named Chris did my manicure and pedicure. He rolled his eyes constantly at me, gave me attitude and asked me to pay before finishing the job even though no one else in the salon was told to pay before they were done. Additionally he did not even tell me he was finished. Didn’t give me lotion and just walked away from my station to work on the next client while I sat there. Didn’t give me a good bye as I was leaving or anything. If you go here please request anyone but Chris.

After a long lockdown due to covid, I was finally ready to get my nails done. Everyone here does an amazing job, I usually see Tina and shes fantastic. Shes meticulous and gentle I always leave this place feeling pampered.

I have been going to Heaven Nails for years. Not any more.I have always had pedicures, and today was my first manicure for my son’s wedding. I asked for a French gel manicure and was helped by woman at register to choose my toe and finger colors. Apparently, French manicure was not communicated to the woman doing my nails (she only painted pale color and gel), and when I asked about the white tips, I was told it was too late!!Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

My go to nail place after my last 4 experiences were so wonderful. They give me exactly what I ask for and do an exceptional job. I always bring a photo and they are very accomodating! Cindy and Judy are the ladies i have had love them both. Very pleased with their manicures and pedicures. One of the few places that has jewels for nails in the area too or matte nail polish. Love that you can have your own box of supplies if you are a member. Always nice!

My experience here was top-notch. I had Chris as a manicurist, and he did an absolutely perfect gel French manicure. He took his time and was very patient, making sure each nail was perfect - both individually and compared to the other nails. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Tina - a nail technician, zero customer service. Very impolite, thinking that she could treat you like a little kid with her attitude. Specially, if she is not in a good mood. She brings her home issues and pass it to the customers...reacting to her WORST attitude. I will not come back to this place.. good luck.

The only place I go! Ive been going for almost two years and it truly never disappoints. They are consistent, clean, extremely detailed and thorough, and very friendly. They do a great job with massages by using hot towels, stones, and a variety of textures to heighten the experience. Would definitely recommend!

This is my go to nail salon. I used to live in the area but now drive across town to get my nails done because they are that good. If you want a neck and shoulder massage, nail art or just a nice gel manicure, then this place is for you. You get a neck and shoulder massage with your gel manicure. I feel like its a mini-spa day every time I go.

Received a gift certificate to here for Christmas. I called ahead to ask a couple questions, and the lovely woman who answered was patient and kind. I was able to make an appointment that day and got my first gel manicure. Although it wasnt what I expected, I was very pleased.

Those of you who are looking for good nail salon, try Red Door Spa, not here.I had to change my rating from 5 starts to 1 because of the recent experience I had. Ive made an appointment specifically asking for Jenny which Ive confirmed several times, but when I got to the salon, Jenny was busy with another customer. I was little disappointed, but I can understand because they are always busy.After I paid for the service (including tips), I was confronted by the lady in Korean asking why my tip amount wasnt big. Gratuity is given for the service you get. My nails had dust bubbles, color was not evenly distributed, and I felt like everything was rushed. I had to wait for my party when I started much later. I did not feel pampered. I did not want to make a big scene, so I gave her more tips. She took it and went to the back room. After 15 minutes later, when I was driving out, she ran out and gave back (or threw the money inside the car). I was appalled by her action. I was in a hurry so couldnt talk to the manager, so I hope she reads this. I wonder if the lady would have the same audacity if I didnt speak Korean.I wont be going back to Heaven Nail.If you must get your nails done here, ask for Jenny. Shes VERY meticulous and sweet.

Best nail salon around! We were in the area and Googled to see what was nearby and they were highly reviewed, so much so, they were completely booked when we arrived. They were able to fit us in without perturbing their schedule, and it was the best manicure ever! They were so professional and the attention to detail was notable. It felt like a high-end experience without the high-end pricing. We will be back, despite the drive!

The place is immaculate. It is comfortable and relaxing. They have plenty of nail polish to choose from.The massage was my favorite part of the pedicure. Im not a fan of massages, either! It was a fairly standard pedicure with some alterations to make it stand out from a nail salon pedicure. Hot towel at the end -- awesome! Perfect polish. Nice scrubbing of the dreaded calluses.The mani was great as well -- my cuticles look perfect and the polish job was incredible.The service was amazing. My gal was so attentive and just spot on with everything.What stands out about my experience is how gentle I was treated. I feel like my hands and feet are abused when I go to a mainstream nail salon.

My nails were a mess until I started working with Sue at the Heaven Spa. She is very meticulous about her work. Affordable membership means that you get your own nail tools, dont have to worry about someone elses germs, and rack up points to use for future services. Try it, youll like it.

I had a great time here, Chris is excellent. The staff was very kind. I got a mani-pedi, and the whole experience was exactly what I was expecting. I love the foot bath and the hot rock massaging. Even as theyre doing your hands they give you a back massage while theyre curing. Ill be back again.

Gel manicure lasts forever and never got any pen marks on my nails. I serve so Im constantly washing my hands and shuffling pens in my apron so i usually get marks on my gel manicure. They did something right here. I asked for pink and white gradient nails, i didnt get exactly what i asked for but it was a nice interpretation and she took her time.

Since Ive been going the Heaven Nails for about 2 years, I decided I should really give them a review. All I have to say is this place is awesome! Clean, bright, TV to watch while you get your mani or pedi. The workers are very nice. They have a great color selection and will help you choose a color. The seats for the pedicures are very comfortable. The music is nice. The services are consistent. The prices are reasonable. They have candy in the waiting area and will bring you water and candy if you want it. They also give a great shoulder massage with any service - which I can ALWAYS use! If you buy the membership box, you earn credits with every treatment that you can use towards any treatment. Great deal, silly not to do it. Love this place and have for a long time!

Really nice salon. They did a great job and didnt cause me to bleed. I cant say that about almost every other place Ive been to. This place was very busy! I arrived at open on a Friday and still was in line with seven other people. Plenty of staff to cover everyone and I didnt feel rushed at any time. Will be going back.

I am always looking for the cheap way out when it comes to mani/pedis. Sometimes this does not always make for the best spa experience. I have tried countless nail salons in the NOVA area and I finally found a place that matches high quality with affordable prices. I get a gel manicure once every 2-3 weeks and it only costs me $35. Did I mention that you get several (last time I counted 4-5) mini shoulder/ back massages during your manicure?! Plus, these ladies actually listen to your requests. I am probably the only girl alive who likes her nails literally cut down to the nail bit. In my experience, manicurists hate this and never cut them as short as I would like. I usually cut my nails before I get a manicure so I can get them at my desired length. However, the ladies at Heaven Nails ALWAYS do as I ask whether they prefer longer nails or not. To me, listening to your customers requests is a HUGE thing and has definitely made me a loyal customer. I even signed up for their loyalty program which with the purchase of a $5 card, you receive a box with a personal file, buffer, and rewards card that earns you 5% back to use on anything at their location.If you are looking for an amazing experience at great prices, make sure you visit Heaven Nails! You will not regret it! :)

Wow. Shockingly terrible customer service. Called & made appt. Was very clear when making my appt. Arrived 5 mins late. Was chewed out by front desk clerk with terribly untoned bleached hair (call me, I’ll give you the name of a good hairdresser). She then told me to pick out color. I showed her a picture of nails done by this salon 1 week ago & the name of the process. She acts like she has no idea what I am talking about then seems to understand, then tells me this is “two services” (which I specified on phone earlier). And she told it couldn’t be done today. So I said “fine” and left. Let me add my friend who referred me owns 2 of the most well-known lash studios in Northern Va. I see patients all day long, and would never turn them away for being late 20 mins, let alone 5. Avoid this place.

I have gotten so many compliments on my nails. I really enjoy every visit to this place.

Ok, for the gel junkies out there, Lina does amazing gel nail art and the standard gel is 5 coats (vs. 4). They do a great job-- everything is perfectly trimmed and gorgeous afterwards. After my first gel and pedicure here, I became a member.My gels last upwards of 3 weeks without a chip. My toes too. The worst part about this place is the Kenny G music. But its definitely the best place in the area for nails and waxing.

I went to this nail salon because it had such high ratings so I thought I wouldnt be displeased. But after visiting with a friend and getting a regular manicure, Im disappointed. The wait wasnt too bad without an appointment, and the salon itself seemed clean and organized. I showed the woman who was going to to my nails a simple picture of a french manicure with a silver lining after the white tip, and she struggled with it the entire time. The silver lining was crooked and she also cut my cuticles so much that they stung afterwards and they didnt grow back normally. She suggested I pay before my nails were done, and I tipped her too much for the experience I got here. The massage while waiting for my nails to dry was also very rough to which I just told the woman to just stop. My friend also had a negative experience and both of us regret coming. I dont understand how this salon has such nice ratings. Wouldnt return.

I had to find a salon because my girlfriends keep telling me to treat myself for once and stop spending an hour or so on my nails every other day.I finally took their advice and went to the Heaven Nail & Spa. First off, I have to say I was very pleased with how clean the place looked. I dont know how to explain... You know in a basketball court, when the court is so shiny that shoes squeak? Well thats how clean this place looked.The staff were very polite and they wasted no time in getting my treatment started. It felt to my like they pulled all the stops to make me comfortable and beutiful. They did my nails and used hot rocks on my arms and feet, then to top it all off a little mini massage at the end while I waited for my beautifully painted nails to dry. They removed anything one wouldnt like in their hands and feet, and the end of it all, I was completely relaxed, with hands and feet as soft as cotton.

They couldve done better. Ehh.
