Went to visit my son and his family in North Pole Alaska. They gave us a dinner cruise on the Sternwheeler Tanana Chief. The ride was great, the food was excellent. One of the main highlights of my trip. I highly recommend this if you visit the Fairbanks area.

Craig and Roger and their outstanding staff made our group event an amazing experience. We had a wonderful and comfortable time aboard. The meal was delicious and the staff efficient, friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this as a stop for family and friends. Thank you for a delightful evening.

Nice home town experience, not a tourist trap. The food was WAY better than I expected... the prime rib was AWESOME! Highly recommend the tour when youre in town!

We had such a great time! Definitely family friendly. All staff members were sooo great! My girls favorite part was helping out the captain with honking the horn!!

Emailed them a month or so ago to try and schedule a cruise, never got a response. Called them just for the heck of it during the weekend we were in Fairbanks, first number off their website is a non working number. Then someone answered the 2nd number I found. The gentleman that answered did not answer as though it was a business just a simple hello. I did have the correct number and was told due to water levels they are not operating. I asked if they responded to emails and the gentleman told me no. Called just out of curiosity to see if they were still in business. Was also told by a friend their tour got cancelled without notice last minute last year due to lack of participants on the tour..We did get in our Riverboat Discovery cruise in this morning..

It was worth the money. Great time and great food. Thank you so much for the great time.

I had to give them 1 star because it wouldnt take 0. Do Not book a diner trip with them. We booked a tour a few months ahead and talked to them the day before to confirm we were there. One hour before our scheduled time they called us to say the diner cruise was cancelled due to no one else signing up for it. They should have known this the day before which would have given us time to make other plans. Also they never offered us a different day. I reported them to our credit card company, hope we get our money back. Also we drove by there and the place is a dump, the boat looked ok but everything else was bad, looked like a junkyard.

Have been on the Dinner Cruz and had a wonderful experience 😉 Dinner was so good 😊 as well as the Cruz. Definitely will be taking the Cruz again.Thank You.

They do all you can eat boat ride dinners that are pretty good.
