I only go to Chang, I’ve been going to her to get my nails done for many years and only trust her with my nails. I recommend her to all my family and friends she’s amazing! She also tries to get to know you and make conversation with you unlike other salons they don’t even look at you. Chang does an outstanding job on my nails and customer service HIGHLY recommend her!

T was great! I asked for ombré pink and white nails and she delivered! I am super happy and satisfied. I would def recommend again. My gel pedicure was done nicely - I feet feel brand new.

Ive been going to LaVi Nails for over two years now. Ive seen several of the nail techs before settling on Tee, but no matter who Ive gone to, theyve done a great job with my manicures. Theyre able to do whatever Instagram inspiration I bring to them, and theyre very meticulous. Even when Im particular about keeping my nails shorter than people typically wear, the techs go with whatever I ask of them.

The salon is always clean and everyone is friendly and professional. T always does an excellent job on my nails! I highly recommend her.

This is by far one of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to many. They always leave me satisfied with the work they do on my nails, whether it be a regular acrylic fill, new set, UV gel, designs, or even just a pedicure. Every time I go, I post pics of my nails on social media and always get the nicest compliments! You have to go here, you won’t regret it :)

I never complained about anything before. This place was clean. But today I was shocked and annoyed. I walked in and asked for mani/refill along w my daughter. Long story short we never got a refill service and when I reminded him he said he didn’t have time. The guy told MY daughter that if she wanted the refill she should go to the mall. Seriously, who says that? Needless to say I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Im doing my nails with T. for the last 2 years. My nails are the prettiest it has ever been... I get so many compliments on my nails almost everyday and I do it only with T. - she is the best!!!

Clean an chic but the quality of the pedi was sad skin on the bottom of feet was taken off properly an every little thing an they dont even follow they own price list sad experience.... wouldn’t even take my dog. 50 disappointing dollars ....

Salon looks very nice from the outside but has the worst service! SAVE YOUR MONEY for better quatlityI have been to this salon for 3.5 Gel Manicures and 1 pedicure over the past 2-3 months. From the outside the Salson looks nice and sheek, and clean and has the prices to match its appearence - but I was willing to pay a littel extra for good service. My first two Gel manicures and pedicure were good - they have TONS of colors, just beware of what brands you choose b/c the cheepier, off brands chipped a lot sooner than two weeks. Mind you Ive been getting Gel manicures for atleast 3-4 years now and for the most part I have to soak off after two weeks with very minimal chipping. My third Gel Manicure seemed to go alright, they didnt look as polished as Ive gotten before but were passable - I got them done at 4pm went home did dishes once and noticed two nails when already chipping and peeling! I went to sleep and woke to 4 nails totally peeled off and in my sheets. The next morning I could literlaly peel ALL the nails of in one peice - NEVER HAVE I SEEN THIS BEFORE. As soon as they opened I called to speak to the Manager (the one guy their), of course my ton of voice was extremly fusturated, I paid $30 + $5 tip, I demanded to come to right in with not appointment as they had to fixed ASAP before I had to go to work. He was very rude and snark on the phone, even saying well things just happen sometimes and its just one time, just come and well will see what we can do - that is not how to run a service business where people are paying good money for your services! They did redo them as soon as I came at not charge after seeing how I was just peeling off the polish.Yesterday I attempt to give them one more try since I did really like the salon and maybe that one was just rare. NOTE: They another large location in graden state plaza and they rotate the nail technicans between the two salons - and there are alot of girls. So being able to make sure you get the same girl everytime with a varrying schedule is hard. This time I went in and saw the two ladies that have done a excellenct job in that past (Anna and Mora -?) and ask for one them but of course the main lady taking apoints at the time (Maria) who wasnt the most pleasant to deal with either, said both ladies where busy so in essence of my time I waited fot the next available - an older Asain woman (as most of the techs are from hispanic background) before I even sat down she laughing saying I do as good as I can if you like you like, if you dont you dont - WHAT!!!! She didnt go get a try with the sanitary packect of used files and such as usual and started filing my nails with a more than used file from her drawer. My nails were fully grown out from my previous Gel manicure - a good .25 and I requested for my nails to get squared off and gave her the length I wanted. The moment she started cutting and filing my nails - I knew this was right. She went eay to short, the nails where uneven, the shaped was totally off and not consisant on the nails as well as it being extremly painful because she filed my side cuticuls to point where I had hang nail that where not there prior. The whole time she faught back and fourth with me as I was trying to direct her for what I wanted, trying to give it chance but all she did was argue that my nails where that shape when she started, she only cut a little bit when I totally saw the opposite and tried to convice me that the nails where even when they are clearly not. She when to take the drill you would use for fake acrylics to buff my nails and I stopped her asking why she was using a normal hand buffer as that would make my nails to thin, she was even more rude and got loud. At that point I go up out my seat and walked out - needless to say NEVER AGAIN! Iwent else where to get it fixed for a cheepier price and better service.

I have been going to Lavi nails since they opened and have always been happy with my pedicure and manicures .Last year I met Tren AKA T and she introduced me to gel fill manicures and I love it ! One time Tren was off and I went to other person who did not do as good of gel fill as Tren . She makes my nails look less thick then the others and more natural . Tren is very sweet and the salon is very clean, open and modern .

Got my feet done French manicure style today and the lady did the French so thick and chunky the big toe was never able to dry she put so much polish paid extra for French too very disappointed never again

My boyfriend and I went here to get a pedicure. When we got there, making an appointment prior to coming, they sat him down and I next to each other but started working on him and halfway through started working on me. Compared to other nail salons, the pedicure was not relaxing and we did not feel that they were taking their time.

Beautiful and clean nail salon. Very friendly staff. All the pedicurist are great. Tina and her husband are extremely talented and amazing at the their work.

I asked for white chrome & they didnt have it. My tech applied the gemstones so hurriedly and carelessly that it looks like a child applied them. Not to mention how much she charged for the low-quality work. She was also on her personal phone for the entire duration of my appointment.The salon, however, is kept very clean and feels very luxurious.

This place is nearby and clean and usually not super busy unless it’s the weekend. Only issue I have is that some gel colors are more expensive than others. I’m just not a big fan of up charges. Otherwise everyone speaks English (coming from NYC salons this was new) and they take credit cards for everything which is awesome (also new for me). They are really friendly when it’s not crazy. They were even patient and gave my 2 year old a manicure one day when my mom brought her by.

Such a great nail salon!! Good range of colors and services, moderate price point. They use sterile tools for each client (no two people are exposed to the same germs). Friendly staff, Trang is such a great nail tech! So pleased with this place!

Horrible experience!Never coming back here again.I sat in a pedicure chair for almost an hour and nobody came to me. Meanwhile people that came after me were all getting taken care of.Good thing there are better places around.

Out of all of the salons I’ve been to, this is my favorite. Their work is consistently great and they’re always kind. I just had ombré tips done and they’re gorgeous.

I moved to NJ from SC one year ago and I was worried I wouldn’t find a nail shop. I work across the street and I walked in one day with little nubs literally. Dom (the owner) has treated me with so much respect. He takes his time with my nails and he has nurtured my nails to what they are today (one year later). The shop is ALWAYS clean and the staff are so helpful. I would not dare go to another nail shop. I live in Teaneck and I will take that drive just to go there to get my nails done. Even if I don’t have an appointment my wait is not long and they always check on me. I adore this nail shop!! Tee is also a great nail tech!

I have been a client to La Vi Nails for over 10 years and they never disappoint. Don and his wife are top notch, always walk out of there with a smile. I would give them a 10 star or more but I cant! Never going any where else LOVE THIS PLACE but I love Don!!

When I told the manager that I needed to be somewhere in 45 minutes and just wanted to have the gel taken off she just told me to have a seat and I sat there for over 10 minutes with no idea of how long I would have to wait. When I called to complain she said I should have asked how long it would be but I feel it was her responsibility to tell me

The place is very nice and in my opinion Nikki gave me the best experience and nicest set of acrylics out of the 2 other times I came here. The first sets by others were very rushed and disappointing. But for the price it is not bad.

I was very upset with my experience last week. My nails were done by Dora. Not only was my nails rushed on, but i asked for a certain shape and got something else. She asked if i wanted gel i said NO and luckily i did because i would have wasted more money,so i went with acrylic. If the nail tech doesnt know how to do nails properly. Then they SHOULD NOT be doing nails. Sorry but if i can give her 0 stars i would!a tip: stop rushing on the customers you are working on to get the next customer for tips!! if you take your time and do the nails right! u will get a good tip!!!!

WORST PLACE EVER !! My mom speaks their language and all they did was talk bad about us and laughed at us the whole time !! It was soo rushed and the place may look nice from the outside but the people there are soo unprofessional and not nice !! My mother had been in the nail business forever and we go around New Jersey trying out nail salons and this was the worst service ever!! At a good nail salon you would usually get a nice manicure and they would treat you with a hot towel and Lotion but we didn’t get any of that my mom ask if they had hot towels and they laughed at us soo hard!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would please DONT GO HERE EVER !!

Pricey for the rushed, bare minumum work and unfriendly service. They also use cheaper brands od gel, no OPI. They didnt tell me about an upcharge before they provided the service. Positives is lovation and store is nice mew and bright, and u can tip on card

The worst place ever!!!! DO NOT GO !! The store is beautiful but the employees r so ugly and mean. Ive never felt more disrespected. They change the prices on you as they wish even though their price list says differently ... and the way they answer back is outrageous. Ive been getting my nails done for the past 15 years in different countries and LaVi is by far the worst!

I came in to get a new UV gel set done less than two weeks ago, and while the staff was nice and accommodating, the work was horrible. As of today (day ten) three of the nails have completely popped off. I paid over $60 not including the tip and when I called to ask about getting them fixed I was told that they only offer a THREE DAY warrantee. Were not talking about a manicure, were talking about a full tip set. I have never experienced anything like this before and am extremely disappointed.

I am very happy with my gel manicures and pedicures. A lot of polishes to choose from and the place is pristine. I love Ce Ce!

Brought our bridal party here for full mani/pedi and it was such a great experience! They have SO many colors to choose from it makes your head spin but i love the options. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the massage chairs were really something extra. I think you get what you pay for here and it’s great quality and the salon is GORGEOUS and very trendy. I highly recommend.

Usually a good experience, but arrived at 10:05, and only 3 workers were there already working on mani/pedis. Waited 15 minutes, 3 more people arrived for mani/pedis and still no other staff arrived. I left to go to Garden Nails in Glen Rock and got worked on right away.

Rosio is the best she takes her time and really cares about her clients. I recommend her 100%

Writing this review after my second time here. Wasnt thrilled the first time with the place itself, but the woman that did my nails did a FANTASTIC JOB and thats all that mattered. It was a week before my wedding and I wanted to do a trial. I showed her two pictures and she did one on each hand per my request. Granted, I never had the time to go back for my actual wedding but finally made my way back now and wanted the same thing. I had someone else this time and showed her the same picture. She rushed everything, and made it nothing like the picture. Mind you, I didnt ask for anything complicated, either. Not happy at all with the result. I left the nail salon and headed directly to cvs to buy nail polish remover. I dont think Ill be coming back to this place a third time.

My gel manicure and pedicure was over in 30 minutes.... the other negative reviews are also accurate! My pedicure did not survive the ride home....

This place is TERRIBLE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Looks can be very decieving. It may look very nice and clean and different from other salons but the workers are very rude, they dont listen to what you want and when they give you something completely different & you dont like it, theyll still make you pay. Have been coming here since the day they opened. Me, my partner and my mother. Every 2 weeks religiously. The 2 of us used to live in the complex but since moved about 20 min away and still make the drive. A week ago I had my nails done, Gel manicure like I always do and in 2 days they all bubbled and chipped. I called to come back in today, the first day I had available to drive another 20min to LaVi for a redo. Needless to say when everything was said and done my girl says I have to ask Don, the owner, permission not to charge you. She comes back and says he said I have to charge you $10. I paid, tipped her $10 as I always do and asked quietly to speak with him. She went in the back to tell him and came to tell me he said he was on an important call and I’d have to wait. About 10 minutes later he came walking out. I said let’s go outside as not to embarrass you. I stated the facts, that the 3 of us have come every 2 weeks for 2.5 years and never complained. We tip very very well and with all the salons around still come back here. He should not have put her in a position to charge me. He said “well you felt they needed to be redone.” I said if you were a good business person you would have come right over to apologize when I came in and saw yourself they needed to be done! The fact that you charged me was the wrong move. He remained emotionless and unsympathetic. Then told me, if you feel you shouldn’t have been charged, I’ll refund you. I told him it’s not a matter of me feeling I shouldn’t be charged! It’s the right thing to do!!! But, obviously you need the money more than me, so keep it and I won’t be back!!!!!

I got a gel manicure. They do not carry the common brands (OPI, Essie, Shellac.) The color was thin and ran. Halfway through they agreed with me that it looked bad and scraped my nails to remove it. We switched to another unknown brand and the color was still uneven and lumpy, even after two coats.The nail stylist also did not apply the polish all the way to the sides of my nails. She also applied one or two nail at a time and had me put them under the lamp so it wouldnt run so much, but this took a lot of time.Overall a nice stylist, but I was there for an hour and a half and ended with an uneven, lumpy polish. Not at all like other gel manicures.

The location and shop is great. I went there bc the reviews showed really great talent with the design I was going for however although the nail tech was super nice she burnt me a couple yoo many times (thats why I gave it a 4) . Besides that the location, shop and staff are very kind.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! From the outside the place looks nice and classy, but the workers are awful- so unfriendly! They told me it was a 15 minute wait which ended up a 45 minute wait. When they finally took me the lady barely acknowledged me and just grabbed my hand and started stabbing my cuticles with her cuticle cutter and caused me to bleed. She didnt apologize and just poured some rubbing alcohol on it which burned a lot. I looked at the clock-she spend 3 minutes (no joke!!!) polishing quickly(not even neatly), plopped my hands on the dryer and left. Save your money and go to a place where the service matches the price!

When you make an appointment it doesn’t guarantee that you will be seen at your time. Personal is not punctual and management does not care obviously. I like my master but when she was busy I made an appointment with anyone in store and no one was available to do it for me. So why you even take an appointments?!
