The workers kept getting up and disappearing for 10 minutes at a time and working on other people. I got my nails and toes done two days ago (regular mani and pedi) and my nails are chipping like crazy already and discolored. It was too packed and did not show respect to their customers. There was polish everywhere around my fingers once I left.

Poor customer service, SO rude and sloppy work. I got my nails done with Ella who got mad at me for not liking the color SHE CHOSE FOR ME. After that she rushed through the whole process. My nails are not even, the design is so sloppy, she cut me and couldn’t even fix a chipped nail I had. So now I have all square nails with the one chipped that she didn’t care to fix. I am a regular customer and always book with Ella but this experience is the worst by far. You would think they would treat their regular customers with extra care but NO they don’t. I am never going back there. Well actually she told one of her coworkers to let me know to not make an appointment with her anymore. That place is a joke and the employees do not care about their customers, they just want you in and out. Literally no care for the work they do, it’s disgusting. Do not book with Ella if you care about the quality of your nails because she sure doesn’t!

Went for the first time today and Im so glad I did! David did a wonderful job and went above and beyond what I expected. He was fast, and I was out of there in 1 hour! Will definitely be returning!

Ella was my tech, she was pleasant and extremely quick while still providing quality work! İ have never been in and out of a nail salon that quickly. The one thing I hated about getting my nails done was the time it consumed being there, Ive been to so many places but this one was a great experience. Thank you guys!!

If you aren’t in dire need *****DO NOT GO HERE OR GHE ONE IN WOODLAND PARK*****I asked for a simple design and was given something to darkly different. If you cannot accomplish a look someone is asking for don’t sit their and try wasting my time and money . The girl had a attitude when I said isn’t this chrome gel on the picture? She stated yes but you said this one was ok. Firstly, if I am asking for a specific design, why deviate from and if do the total opposite when you have the products to do what I am asking for. She had an attitude the rest of the time doing my nails knowing they looked nothing like the picture. When I got to the front desk to pay. The guy there asked me was I going to tip her ? I’ve never experienced anyone asking me am I going to tip. That’s basically beggin to me . Tips come from good service and instead of asking me am I satisfied or how can they fix them you ask me am I going to tip her? I will never come back to the unprofessional greedy nail salon ever in my life. And for me to post this on social media and get soo many review saying the same that this location and their location in Woodland Park has horrible customer service, they rush and they harass you for a tip is ridiculous. Didn’t even once ask me what I don’t like or can they fix or that they will fix it. Just where is her tip ? Absolutely awful.

These ppl will literally follow you for a tip they act like it’s mandatory to tip!! I don’t mind tipping for great service but when it feels forced I don’t like it especially when half the time their service is rushed and sloppy

I come here all the time. They do a decent job. And they’re pretty good with covid stuff (have dividers up, staff wears masks). Every once in a while I have a not so great experience, but it’s still satisfactory.

The worst nail place you can ever go to. My nails broke within 3 days and there suppose to last 3 weeks. I went back to get them fixed and they wouldn’t take me because they were too busy. I spent 40$ on my nails just for them to break in 3 days. I will never go back

If youre looking for a place that does acrylic nails well.. this is not the place lol however their pedicures arent bad. I honestly feel like I gave away my money I hate how my acrylic looks.

My daughter got her nails done for her birthday. 2/12/2021. This was after deciding to give the salon another chance after trying others. Initially the nails were done tastefully and to her like but not even a week after getting them done they are breaking and coming off. She and I are so disappointed with the “quality” of the job that we definitely WILL NOT be patronizing this business EVER again. Very, very disappointed.

I came here and the owner did half of my nail. His work is lazy and rushed btw. I paid 15% tip of my bill and i could tell that bothered them. You think you deserve a better tip for your poor job? I had a HORRIBLE time at this place. The lady who did my nails were really rough and did not take the time or effort to do them good. My nails started to chip the VERY NEXT DAY. The lady all so cut me and did bother to clean it. I got out of that salon very quickly. My mom all so got her nails done and the guy who did her nails rushed her and she did not even get the color she wanted.

I used to love this place for my acrylics but recently I’ve had bad experiences. I don’t know if they got new employees but the past two times I’ve gone my simple design was done sloppy yet took almost 2 hours.

I tried this salon for ANC dip powder after my usual tech at another salon left. Jasper was great. My nails look perfect, it was less expensive than my former salon, and there are a ton of colors to choose from. I only waited a few minutes as I didn’t have an appointment and it was a busy Saturday mid day just before Christmas. I plan on making this my new go to nail salon.

I highly recommend them I got there at 12:09pm i was out by 1:30pm I was immediately sat down for pedicure which btw Casper did an absolute excellent job he made sure my feet were soft and cut clean coco was in charge of acrylic fill in along with gel polish super amazing once again clean polished perfectly didn’t have to tell her anything other then the shape I wanted super thin also price is super worth it and reasonable it was my first time but I highly recommend themthank you so much

I personally really love coming to Edens to get my nails done. From previous reviews, it seems like it depends on your technician but everytime Ive came here, Ive had a great experience.Everyone is very accommodating to your needs and wants. I definitely recommend their ANC dip powder because they actually nourish your nails to promote growth, and has the staying power without UV light. My nails rarely broke when I had this powder done and it was mostly due to my own error.

I went to this location about 2-3 weeks ago and I got a simple but nice manicure set with dimands on both pinky fingers. I got there around 5:30 and I believe this lady had an set appointment at 6 so she was rushing to do my nails to the point where she cut my finger and told me to stop moving “ ummm why would I be moving if you have such sharp thing in your hand”? About 2-3 days later the dimands few off then the next day my index finger nail broke so that tells you I only had about 4-5 days with my nails . I was over the entire set so I decided to take my nails off . That’s when I realize that my ring finger in my right hand the nail was green and black 😟 never have that ever happen to me before .

Used to come here all the time for powder gel, but the service has been becoming worse and worse. This time they were rushing, and the one girl did my nails too thick, so now it feels heavy, and from the times Ive gotten them done, I know it is not supposed to feel like that. But the thing that bothered me the most was, when I was about to pay, my nail tech was standing right next to me and wouldnt give me any privacy, I swiped the card, I didnt have any cash for the tip, so I was gonna put it on the receipt.The cashier/owner and the nail tech were glaring at me to see the amount for tip.Literally watching what i wrote down. I was trying to do the math in my head so I was taking my time to write, when another guy (one of the nail techs) comes next to me and starts literally yelling and getting all pushy telling me what the total price of my payment and starts rushing me to tip already in a rude manner. Excuse me? youre yelling at me and demanding me to put something down. Its MY payment, and MY choice. By the way they were acting, I didnt even wanna tip. There were was three workers waiting for me to finish signing, my nail tech, cashier, and the random guy, all watching me. I think everyone should be given their privacy when paying, and most definetley should not be surrounded by **workers hovering over their shoulder yelling the price, and rushing me to pay. I was literally the only one at the register. I did not appreciate the demand from the workers. This place deserves a lower rating. Theyre all unprofessional, money hungry, and I doubt they all have a working license.

First time coming here for manicure and pedicure the place is very clean which I really like the service was ok my daughter got a manicure so simple coming out to 80 dollars I pay for everything and included tip I waited for my daughter in the car so as my daughter is coming out the owner comes after her running Asking for tips for the people that work on us I was shook and I told her is done already I already pay a lot of money for ok service and you still Chase my daughter I didn’t like that one bit ...I don’t think we will be back too bad I want to have a nail spot to go all the time .

I ask for my thumb, middle, and pointer finger to be a pink I selected and my pinky to be green. My ring finger was supposed to be a watermelon. So I showed them the picture of the nails I wanted and gave them the colors. What I got was all white nails and on my ring finger a watermelon without the rind. So then I went back telling them I wanted my thumb, middle and pointer, pink. And I wanted my pinky, green and to add the rind to the watermelon. What they gave me was a really bright pink that did not match AT ALL with the pink I picked out and a really sloppy watermelon rind. At this point the watermelon looked horrible so I just told them to paint my ring finger white and to get rid of the watermelon. Now my nails look horrific and I’m gonna wipe it off as soon as I get home. I’m never going to this place again.

I got my nails done there 3 weeks ago and it was wonderful I gave the girl a $10 tip so I made another appointment for today and it was the worst experience Ive ever had the guy with the pink hair was very hurtful pushy rude and abnoxious and customer service is a negative 10000. I gave him a $2 And he did what he did throughout The Visit talked in a different language so I knew it was about me I told him he was rude and abnoxious and helucky he only got $2.

If you’re looking for a clean, relaxing, professional, and friendly place to get durable, neat, and cute gel manicure, THIS IS THE PLACE! I have been getting dip-powder gel manicures for years in other salons but this place has got to be the best gel mani I’ve ever had! I also got a pedicure and Andy was very thorough in cleaning, gave a great massage and painted very neatly. I’ve had people compliment my gel mani all week long (they say it looks like I just got it done!). I definitely told them about Eden Nails and definitely recommend it to you too!

Used to love coming here. Came Sunday and got my nails done here once again. Today I came for a nail that broke today and the owner made me wait almost two hours to get it fixed and when I said something the owner exact words to me were dont come back here, go somewhere else after I paid my money for my nails. It wasnt done for free so I think that was very inappropriate of him so guess WHAT? I WONT be going back! Ill take my money elsewhere. As a business owner there’s ways to handle things and that wasn’t the correct way. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Eden nails & Spa lost a loyal customer.

Bad customer service and quality. Went to repair a nail after a week refill and nails were braking in half next day. Went next day to complain about their bad quality and my nails. The nail tech had the odasity to tell me it was due to my nails being old. I had just gotten a new set 2 weeks before and pulled my account to show her the charges date. She still charged to repair.I don’t recommend this place cheap products and rude nail techs.

I asked for square shape but they came out so thick and bulky. when i got home the mail polish started to peel mind you i paid for UV gel so i’m very upset. And the girl i tipped didn’t say thank you.

I absolutely LOVE Eden Nails. I have been going here off and on for over a year now and they have never ever mess my nails up. My nail tech, who goes by the name E does THE Best job everytime. They do really good pedicures as well and I believe their prices are some of the best for the level of service you get. I recommend them to anyone!

Coco I believe her nail was rough and nasty. I will never go back. Please is dirty be careful with the powder gel, you can catch fungus. I ask to was my hands after she cleaned and prepped them like my normal girl at my old salon. She nasty said no this is fungus city. Its also all over the news that can happen!

I walked into Eden today without an appointment and was helped immediately. I met with Ivy who gave me a UV gel fill manicure. She took her time and did a beautiful job making sure my nails were well taken care of. They also gave me a brief shoulder rub and use hot towels with lotion. The salon seemed busy and popular for a Monday and offered some great combination deals for mani/Pedis. This was first experience there but I will definitely be going back!

If there was a zero rating I would use it. Should have trusted the poor ratings. WORST experience ever in both pedicure and gel refill. Would be helpful if ANYONE spoke English for what i needed. Wont waste my time with details but TRUST ME THIS PLACE IS PATHETIC!!!!!!!!

I called and asked to make an appointment for that day. They said just come in I wouldn’t need one, went in... waited 45 min in a pedicure chair and had no services. They then took a customer who came in after me. Terrible customer service. They had no idea what was going on and were clearly too busy they should have told me on the phone. I will never go back there.

This is an absolutely disgusting establishment. I went there cause a friend recommended me cause of there good prices. I came all the way from Oakland to get them done and the treatment I got was absolutely horrible. When I came in I was shocked by the number of workers, and I kind of waited there to see who would attend me. It was busy and there were literally around 20 workers. The lady at the very first station asked me what would I like and I said a fill in. She said $27 dollars and I was like Ok bett, thats a good price Ill do it. She also said $3 for each nail that was broken and then she realized I was coming from another nail salon and she said she wouldnt charge me the extra $3. The thing was she was working on someone and I had to wait for another lady to work on my nails. So once this other lady was done the owner escorted me to her and the nails look beautiful not gonna lie. But then when it came to pricing this lady was charging me $48 dollars. I kept arguing that the other lady said this $27 and she would NOT charge for the other broken nail. She kept arguing that UV gel was 38$ but when clearly the sign behind her had all the prices and UV gel said $28. And then added another extra $10 for the nail. Like WHAT THE HELL??? I kept arguing with her and the owner. And another lady had the audacity to freaking make me tip her. I threw her a dollar and I dont regret that. What worries me though is the number of people who work here. I looked around the establishment to find a license for all nail techs but there were no licenses around the establishment. HMMM seems a little suspicious....If there was an option for 0 stars I would give it to them. These people are just hungry for money and will up the prices for no reason. I will never comeback to this place.

A terrible place to get your nails done, especially acrylics. I got them done here and I bled a lot. It was really painful. My natural nails got even more damaged than they already were. The only good side is their manis and pedis but acrylics...not so much. I was quite disappointed with the end result and the service here is really bad. I honestly expected more out of this place.

It helps me find the best places ( I always go by ratings/stars) We work hard for our $ so I want to make sure that my $ is well spent on my services and so far so good. I am a very particular person when it comes to mani/pedi. The pedicure was ok and my nails look amazing. She took her time and made sure I was pleased with the service. I already made my appointment for 2 weeks. No complaints here! I walked out a satisfied customer!

Eden is a great place to go, I love it here. The only thing is occasionally bc of the high demand of pedicures, they run short on supplies such as the wax needed for the heel of the foot.

If you need a quick mani/pedi than this place works for that....my gel manicures do not last two weeks and their pedicures are nothing special at all

My mother went to go get her nails done and they look horrible. They were so rude and didn’t bother to clean up her cuticles properly instead ripped them off.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. They do not soak your nails before taking acrylics off, and they use a credit card to take the tips off. My nails are so messed up i cannot get them fixed. He took my whole nail off I have nothing but skin. They need to get shut down immediately!!

They are very racist, I visited the place twice and waited and they never waited on me, stated they were very busy. I watched some of their Caucasian customers come in and they took them right away. I specially asked if it was appointment only and they spoke in their language and walked away. I will never ever recommend them to anyone.
