The nail tech that did my nails was very patient with me, I wanted a certain look and she definitely took care of me. I loved the overall result!!! Just thought I should add this but I did however got a minor split from the file and my nail tech tended to it right away which left me very pleased!!!

Have been coming here for several months now. Will not go anywhere else. The owner is super nice and the only one I trust to do my nails. I brought my sister and my mom here too. My sister and I come here every 2-3 weeks. Our gel manicures have lasted us 2+ weeks. I hope they dont go anywhere, I know there have been a few different owners for this nail place.

Walk ins are welcomed but expect to wait at least 30-45 minutes before they take you. has happened to me multiple times. Told them I needed to be out within two hours (for a simple manicure and pedicure) I ended up trying to get them to rush my manicure because I was late for other appointment already. They did not get me out within the two hours.

Owners are extremely friendly and do their best to give you the best experience. We needed manicures and pedicures for four people and Sally was willing to open on Memorial Day just to make sure we were helped. Amazing service!!!

Visited from Tampa, Florida for the holidays, got my nails done at Lux Nails. Had an amazing experience getting my medi and pedi done. My whole family loved the service and cleanliness of the salon. Very friendly and professionally... definitely will recommend this salon as my “go to “when I’m in town.

So friendly and nice! My gel manicure ended up chipping a day later, but if I went back I have a feeling they wouldve fixed it. The price was great ($30 for gel mani and regular pedi), although they did mention they were going to be increasing their price. I would give the place another chance because they were friendly!

I LOVE this place! The nail techs are so professional, and always do a great job. Everyone always asks where I get my nails done, and thats the best compliment. Aracely the new owner is very nice, and fits me in, often at the last minute, very often (lol).

I went there to get a gel mani and pedi (I usually get regulars) since they didnt have a promotion for both (a salon in north haledon does) so I asked them to just do my brows, what a mistake I made. I asked the lady to clean up my brows and the lady takes a big chunk out of my eyebrows and when I asked to speak with the owner the owner said “oh I didnt see your eyebrowns when you got here” she called up the lady who messed up my eyebrows and she said “I dont know, I didnt do it, why do you like to make problems?” And the owner said “I didnt see your eyebrowns when you got here so I dont know, dont pay for the eyebrowns” after that I’m never going back there. This previous owner was as bad as the current owner, beware!

Extremely disappointed and wanted to inform others to be aware. Me and my Fiancee came here to do a manicure and pedicure together as a couple. When we walked in and was pretty much empty with few workers there. When they called my fiancee for her manicure and pedicure, we politely asked we would like to do it together at the same time, then the owner screamed at a loud voice and abruptly say NO!I was so shocked and I immediately walked out and lost my business for good. If the owner having a bad day or for whatever reason you feel the need to scream at us, then you should not run a business because its solely based on communication and polite service to the customers. I felt completely disgusted by the treatment and others should take notice. I went to another place where they welcome us with open arms when we asked do our manicure and pedicure as a couple which is the correct way to treat customers and they happily received my $85 for services.

They are professional but false advertisement with the price. They told me one price over the phone and then charged me $8 more when it came time to pay. They also never said that mood color gel was an extra price. They should have said that it was extra instead of mislead me and be deceitful to get $8 extra bus, plus tip. Due to this, I won’t be returning. I also noticed that their customer service was a 5/5 for their white patrons but a 3/5 for their black patrons. Sad to see...

My girlfriend got a manicure here and she told me that the people working there were extremely rude. And the manicure was mediocre, to say the least.

Sally is absolutely ah~mazing..she is kind and atmosphere is spa like!

I love coming here! Its my favorite salon, they do practically everything here!

Never will go back ! They should not train the new people in the costumer nails, to destroy them and charge more for their mistakes instead of apologizing!
