This is ridiculous, how this look, it look like a child did this

Worst place I have ever been. An employee was doing my nails and a customer walked in after me so she left me in the middle of the process and started doing the other customers nails. I decided to leave and they still charged me 10 dollars just for doing nothing, leaving my hands and nails a mess with nail polish all over my hands. They definitely don’t care about customers they just hungry for the money. Very unprofessional leaving their customers in the middle of the process just to take another customer. Wouldn’t recommend it at all, don’t waste your money there.

This place was very unprofessional. I had called prior to schedule my appointment and the woman who answered the phone was cold and treated me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. I called a second time before coming in, to ask if masks were required, and she answered, yet again, in a nasty tone. I walked in, and the woman who had answered the phone just told me to go pick a color. It was my first time, I didn’t know where to go. I figured it out myself, and I sat down. The job done on my nails was not worth $40, intact, I rather spend $60 to get them done. I peeled off extra acrylic bead stuck to my skin on my fingers. I will not be returning.

Couldn’t bead acrylic was getting put on liquidy as hell. My nails are so thin they feel like press ons. They are very lumpy. They curve. Not even a one star worth. Could of paid 70 with an Instagram nail tech and got more for better quality. Also smelled VERY bad in there

Tracy was awesome! I had an appointment for manicure and pedicure on Saturday, and although they were very busy, she took time to ensure that I was taken care of! Thank you

EDIT: After going there a couple of months, their nails only lasted about 8 days. Zero stars from me.Nothing but good things to say about this salon!! All the techs are great at acrylic nails and I can expect them to last 3-4 weeks without breaking!!! And so reasonably priced!!!!

I’ve been going to this nail salon for quite some time now, but after today, they will no longer receive my business. The professionalism was horrible and at an all time ZERO! I asked for a simple design that I get all the time and Jenny lied to my face and told me she couldn’t do it. I explained to her that I’ve seen her do it before. Instead of just saying she didn’t want to do it, she gave me such a nasty attitude! Thank you, but no thank you!

Best place in town, I have been going there since it opened and wouldnt think of going anywhere else! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Scheduling is easy. Always spotless and clean. And my nails always look fab!

I love this place. Very quiet and clean. Ive been going to the owner for over 17 years now, even when she started out working in her parents shop. Shes very professional and will let you know up front if she can do something or not. Her workers are super sweet and very talented in what services they provide here.

Been coming here a few years now. Tally was my original nail tech. Went there bout a week ago to find out she no longer works there. Showed the owner and nail tech a photo of what I wanted. Ensured me they can do it. The nail tech basically was going to give me whatever color she THOUGHT would look cute on me. Not even close to the peach color I wanted and the pink she offered was as close and translucent to the normal powder color. Long story short, it’s been a week and my nails are already lifting/peeling and even the gel color is lifting. Had hope for the salon. One bad trip was all I needed. Won’t be here again. Highly disappointed.

Excellent service been a patron since 2005 in Paramus, NJ at The Bergen Mall. I Followed them to Fairlawn, NJ. The salon is clean, the technicians are friendly and qualified. No one does nails 💅🏽it better! I’m officially a long term customer..

If I could give this business less than 1 star I would. I have been going there for 2 years. Yesterday I went in at minutes to 6 with my cousin ro get a pedicure for myself and a manicure for her. The place reeked of chemicals and since there were 2 people in front of us and they closed at 8 we decided to come back. We arrived back at 7:20 and the place was still packed. The worker next to the cash register said they were still busy and rhe other 2 people working were leaving soon if I wanted to go to the Chinese nail place next door because they were not going to work on our nails. We only wanted a simple mani and pedi no gel no frills. Because of her rudeness we left and i will never return. That is no way to treat your loyals customers. I advise all to not frequent this establishment.

This is for Exoctic Naiils II at 26-13 Broadway. Just had a pedi and gel mani with Amy. Not only do my nails look great but she was FAST too! She did an amazing job!! The place was bright and clean.
