My name is Lisa and I visited this location on 8/30 when I came in I was Greeted by a young lady she ask me what I came in for a pedicure and manicure I was escorted by the gentleman to the tub to soak my feet. the gentleman he took his time he was gentle and not in a rush for the next guest that came in. After finishing my feet he asked me what color would I like I was like I really dont care long as you just making my feet look good I left it up to him to make the color choice he came back with a beautiful purple a light beautiful purple so I proceeded to the go over to get my manicure the lady she was very extraordinary she got my nails on point and I am looking good a couple of days before my birthday so I do want to say thank you for your services to the both of you I would surely come back again thank you

Went in just for a pedicure. The gentleman that worked on me did a very nice and thorough job with my nails but the exfoliation part was meh. My polish lasted a good while without chipping.When I came in it was a little busy, but my wait was only about 20 minutes.Only one gentleman was asking what we needed and no one was taking names so it was just off of his memory of who came in first and what they needed.The atmosphere was a little messy which made me doubt the cleanliness of it but, in the end, everything was fine.

I went for the first time yesterday and Tyler did a great job on my nails! Will definitely be coming back

Upon entering the place is nice, clean, and serene..the young man who did my pedicure was great..he took his time and didnt rush..of course I got the almond milk honey pedicure which was great..However, the young lady who did my nails, was not so good..she could not get the length correct so I went with a shorter version, then the gel that she applied was too thick..also the rhinestone that I had put on was fine on the right hand but the left hand she had to redo and the thumb and pinky was still crooked..I was so tired of trying to have her correct her mistake that I just gave up..the amount spent was not worth it..I wont be going back there if they insist on her doing my nails..I rather have the men doing them..it seems like they take their time and know the correct amount of gel/acrylic to use..

The service was rushed. Maybe 20mins. For a Milk and honey pedicure. The person who provided the service was nice and the facility was clean. This is close to home and I needed a pedicure. But I prefer spas for this reason. You just dont know what kind of service you are going to get otherwise.

2nd time here. Dirty and disappointed. The woman that did my nails was lovely. Polite, very nice. It wasn’t until I sat down to be worked on, I noticed how dirty this place is. Needs a serious deep clean. It’s gross, clean your nail salon. Seriously. After I got home, I removed all my polish and re-did my nails. Polish was on my skin, nails uneven. Hard pass, disappointed.

Tyler does great nails, but everybody was standing over him which was aggravating. Kept pressuring me about powder instead of gel polish, may be a catch to it but I got it.Update: I liked the powder, will be back.

Once again, I am left satisfied with my services here. Coming into the place I am right away greeted with a peaceful aroma. Not only does it FEEL beautiful being in the facility, the workers work undeniably well!! There’s many skillful nail techs here, but Tyler never disappoints! He takes his time, is very clean with his application, and overall ALWAYS makes sure the customer is satisfied with his progress as he continues working on your nails.

Sat and waited for over 30 mins close to an hour just for them to put two people in front of me! When I spoke up about it he tried to disregard it. Other customers were trying to tell him I was supposed to be next and he did nothing. I left… I’m highly disgruntled because I wasted my time and I have a wedding to attend. No regard for people’s time at all!!!!!

The guy who did my nails and feet was excellent. I didnt know his name but he was professional and took care in the work he was doing. Thank you Nail Spa. They also had distanced stations due to pandemic.

Anthony did my nails really well and fixed my toe nails but I DONT like them putting stickers on my feet for design Im used to Real design

My first time there I asked for a particular person nail tech he says 1 hour ok no problem I will wait. He’s the person I wanted but didn’t want to do my nails, however I won’t be back, they to DAMN pricey

I went back today after being away for so very long. The place has been updated so that social distancing is possible. I was there before it opened so that I could get in before the crowd. It was lovely! The technician was kind and gentle. There was soothing music playing. The lovely smell of incense.The only little hitch was that a woman came in to get a pedicure and they said her right next to me. There were plenty of other chairs available. Were still in a pandemic so I would have appreciated them seating her with a chair between us. Other than that no problems at all. It was a great experience.Support your local small businesses!

I was a regular customer here for about a year. I took my nails off this morning and this is what I found. It’s only been a couple weeks since my last fill-in and I have a huge nail fungus. I understand importance of washing my hands because of my job but how does this happen.That means that the equipment they are using here is not being disinfected properly nor are they washing their hands. It disappoints me to write this because I like this shop just my last experience wasn’t so pleasant. One top of that their prices are kinda high for a customer to have a fungus on their nail as a out come. Will be reporting to the BBB as well. Please be careful going herePS: I’ve been wearing acrylic nails over 7yrs this is the firs time this has happened to me

I’m 30 years old and this is by far the best pedicure I’ve ever had me and my boyfriend went and definitely enjoyed him especially this is his second pedicure and the first one he definitely didn’t enjoy.

I was excited to try a new spot. I went in for a mani pedi. It was a bit of a wait which was fine because of covid. I got the milk and honey pedi I believe was the name and it was amazing. The problem came with the no chip mani. I felt like it was rushed since it started to get busy. The process was fine but the finished product looked great but didnt feel like a normal no chip. I didnt think much of it and just thought maybe thats how its done here but they chipped the next day! I definitely feel like I wasted money. Whats the point of a no chip if it chips the next day? I was very disappointed.

I was a regular who tipped each time but as soon as I didn’t like my nails, one of the nail techs got really rude and refused to fix them. I was in the salon for about an hour and paid $10 for them to remove my nails at the end of the day. Their service has gotten to be “whatever”

It is OK. Just like the rest of them. They get used to Black money and the service begins to diminish. In and out shuffling us around like cattle might’ve been cool when mani/pedis cost 50$. But when you walk out spending a buck or more ....SPA yeah ok

The young woman that did my nails did a poor job. I asked for almond shape and they are far from looking like almond shape. I got them done on May 27 and today is May 28 and one nail already chipped. I will not be returning and I will not reccomend this place.

So, I have been going here for the past 10 years. Now, what Im about to say was not always true. When there were less workers and the place was less known, it was fine, but now I try to avoid going for long periods of time.They do wonderful work for both their nails and waxing sections. However, I began to only to get my eyebrows done because the workers are constantly yelling across the building to each other, the stylists do not speak to the customers while doing their nails, and the place is very hectic and loud. In no way, shape, or form is this a Nail Spa as I am constantly leaving there with a headache.As I said, they do great work, but the place is not the ideal location for relaxing and getting your nails done. Though specific techs do have great service. I prefer Tyler doing my nails and will only get them done if its late enough where the other workers have left.EDIT: I only ever got natural nails done here (no-chip, regular polish, SNS), therefore I can not speak for their quality of doing or filling acrylics.

I Love The Staff Here. They Are ALL Very Friendly. Tyler Has To Be My Favorite Though. He’s Good In Shaping In Whatever You Want And Design. This Is Definitely Going To Be My Nail Salon. They Won Me Over

I love this place! They are always friendly and do great work. They remember you when you come in. I recently had foot surgery and as soon as I was able, I came right in. My tech was so careful of my foot when doing the pedicure. He worked really hard to make sure I was comfortable. Also, width every pedicure, theyll give you a shoulder massage while your toes are drying. Its awesome!

I have been coming to nail spa for over 10 years. (Old location off kedzie to new location on California) They have always done awesome work from my nails to waxing my eyebrows. A friendly, welcoming, relaxing environment.

I was very impressed by the quality of service they provided here! My nail tech was very careful removing my previous gel manicure. They provided warm greetings when you walk in and initiated genuine friendly conversation to the client as opposed to the other nail technicians. Prices are evident of its Evergreen Park location, and when good services are rendered tipping more seems natural when you have a good experience. Great nail place, will come here more often!

Cindy gave me a regular mani pedi and both were horrible. She tried really hard to get me to get the no chip, I must have said no 6 times. I felt as if she rushed through both which took away from my pamper me moment. I had to point out several things she overlooked while rushing like the hot towel on my legs and foot rub. Why is it so hard to find good customer service when it comes to nail care? Not to mention it was over priced. Since when is a regular mani pedi $44?

Came to get my toes done and it came out horrible i just got a plain white polish on my feet with acrylic nails on the big toes. They don’t accept credit or debit cards only zelle and cash. I didn’t appreciate how the woman doing my nails stood over me when she wanted payment and i had to download the zelle app. Will not be going back.

The reviews are very valid. I went here today in need of a complete nail overhaul - removal of a full set, nice clear tips and clear gel, and design. I was given she and she was excellent. Her attention to detail was impressive, all my nails are straight, she trimmed all my cuticles and even gave a relaxing hand massage. She gave the exact design I wanted, spent TWO glorious hours pampering me . That woman deserved a huge tip!

Took a break to come in here during work one day. Nicest ladies ever. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I felt well taken care of, and my nails now look AMAZING. They always do a great job and kind good choices and great gel and pedi work, plus waxing. Fast service, kind women, great color selection. I highly recommend this place! Its a gem, I promise!

Tyler is a awesome nail tech. Hes not afraid to try different nail art designs . Never a long wait. Very peaceful nailshop.

Kept pushing “powder” on me and my sister, telling us they didnt have gel polish even though there is a wall full of gel polish right behind them. After saying 5 times that I just wanted polish he kept insisting that I get powder. Told us that it would be $60 for powder full set even though their menu says $50. Up charging in a pandemic... Then my boyfriend asked for a regular manicure and she told him it was going to be $12. At the end she told him it was going to be $36 because she did no chip even though he didn’t ask for that. You can tell they don’t care about the customer they just want money. Will never go here again.

I came here because the reviews were great. Although there was no wait time and the place appeared to be clean, the nail technician who did my pedicure sliced the heels of both of my feet leaving scabs that Remain over a week later. They are OK... my hands were a little sloppy, but my pedicure was very nice and the lady was nice today. Customer service is OK. Ive been there before and experienced rudeness; so the place and work is just okay, nothing special or great. That isnt like my spot to go, only quick and close, but I want to know where the prices come from..I feel like they just throw prices/totals and I am like how....I think thats why I dont come here too consistently.

I booked an appointment for my wedding party to get mani/pedis, and they were absolutely wonderful! They decorated the salon in bridal colors, were incredibly welcoming, and even gave me some flowers as a congratulations. Plus, our nails looked wonderful. They are amazing!

This nail salon will have you waiting for over an hour for just a regular manicure. Very very poor customer service. They allow people to sign their name on a clip board, leave out for 30 minutes to an hour & come back, receive service before you simply because their name is on the list right above your name. I would NEVER recommend this nail salon to anyone in the area or outside of this area. Truly terrible experience.

I brought my elderly Mom in for a pedicure, the nail tech was patient with her. She in turn felt comfortable, and enjoyed the experience.

I really wanted yellow nails and they only had 2 choices. I had to have my feet redone because the guy didnt polish them right the first time. I was give attitude when I let the man know that I wasnt satisfied and wanted them repainted.
