The service is terrible and the quality of work is awful! Requested a No chip and clearly it’s chipped the next day and they are refusing to repair!

I walked in at 7 when they closed at 7:30 wanting a mani pedi. They were honest about capacity, said they could do the pedicure but not the manicure. I got the chocolate deluxe and was a little worried they would rush it, but they didnt and it was great. The only thing I didnt like was the fact that they were like shutting off lights while she was literally still working on me. I know youre closing but doesnt she need to see?

I never have to wait! A bit pricey but worth it!

Got my nails done yesterday morning ( a fill in to be exact). Paid the extra money for no chip polish but here it is a day later and not just one but two nails have chipped. Polish came off one nail completely. I already felt I was over charged for the fill in.

Tommy did my service i got a pedicure which i shouldve walked out the door after but let him do this to my nails. I want 12/4/2020 today is 12/5 & look at my nails not to Mention no 6ft apart requirements implemented & other techs keep walking less than 2ft away i didnt mention im licensed & just went to be pampered myself unfortunate they where rude & did horrble i will be calling the state continuously to see if Tommy is licensed the state needs to go check this businesses credentials

Went for a basic pedicure, didnt clean under my nails, barely cut them, couldnt feel anything, massage and lotion was a joke, dont know the guys name, but the whole atmosphere was just like they want to get done with you, he didnt smooth the ridges on my nails, and the buffing was like nothing. Very light handed with everything. Just disappointing

I love, love, love Angie. For years, shes done my eyebrows!!! Today was packed for Mothers day, but they got us (daughter and I)in at a decent time (daughter had a photo shoot, so time was of the essence). We always come here.

They used to be better... but they arent bad. The wait is usually long.. indont go often but when I do it seems like I get someone who doesnt do a great job on the dip nails.

I left without getting my toenails polished. Thats how unsatisfied I was with the quality of the work. The owner charged me half the price of the pedicure. When I asked him to have another person finish my feet he said sorry but everyone is busy with other customers. I would definitely not recommend or come to this establishment again!

The use to do great nails but now they fell all the way off they rushing on your nails they not properly painted then they guy tried to tell me my nail was part of my fing Im done never going back. I will be returning to try to get my refund and them to take my nails off today 6/4/2021 then the only thing they did right was shave my to nails down... crazy right. And if they dont do this for me Im going to call my lawyer

Service & experience was horrible! I was not given options of which pedicure I wanted. The nail tech told me after getting pedicure that she could not do a dip on my hands so i had to wait. After 44 minutes of waiting the manager told me that I could not get a dip & to pick another style which is something that could have been expressed when I first signed in for a dip. I will never return here again!

I would NOT recommend anyone going there if you want to get your nails done with acrylic DONT get it from there. I went there on the 5th of June. Within three days getting my full set coffin shaped nails one nail broke. Four more days later after the first nail break two more nails break smh. By today I have 4 broken nails. Its only been 12 days since I got my nails done and I have 4 broken in total. Which I feel I lost ALOT of money going there which was expensive I might add, just for me to go to different nail salon for them to fix there issue. Overall if you want to get your feet, lashes, etc done cool just dont bother getting acrylic on your nails its a waste of time.

My first time. I had a cold. Residual cough. The man rushed my nail job. And they kept asking me to pay even though my services were not done. It is the worst nail job I ever had. I got them done 12/24. It is the 26th. I have not lifted anything or worked.

This place is horrible! Unprofessional and the guy who did my nails was tugging and pulling on my fingers. My toe polish looks like a child did it. And I got a full in and pedicure for $75 with no DESIGN!!! This place was a joke! First and last time I would go here and it stinks like a sewer.

I have been visiting this salon for the last few months. I am very pleased with the service and that they strive hard to maintain the spa like environment.Thankfully, they are swift to ask people who are being rude by talking on speakerphone or FaceTime in the salon. That was VERY impressive to me because nowadays that can be out of control and ruin the peace and tranquility for other patrons. Unfortunately, etiquette is becoming a thing of the past.

I went to the shop today and I was greeted at door. Of course you have to go through safety measures of getting your temperature taken and other things. My nail tech Anna was amazing she was nice and friendly we spoke while she did my nails. I felt really good she made me feel comfortable she wasnt uptight and mean. I have had my fair share of visits to the nail shop and I have to admit my experience at this nail shop was by far the best salon in all of my years of pampering myself. Job well done to the owner and Anna for a wonderful experience...

The nail tech did not do the most important part of a basic pedicure they did not scrape the bottom of my feet no leg massage my toenails were cut on the slant instead of straight across, poor paint job.

Went there as a first time client for a no chip manicure. The nail tech encouraged me to try a dip instead for $40. So I agreed to find out as he started it was the cost for only the polish no manicure. A manicure would be an additional $10. So Id have nice polished nails with dry dry cuticles?? So I said forget it Ill take the no chip. Well I feel he was annoyed with me and did a rush job. Looking at my nails now the second day they are horrible. Look messy and unprofessional. The neon yellow I picked also changed to just a plain yellow. I really regret tipping the amount I did. I will never go back here. They really pressure you to pick out your color and get the job over. Very sloppy work.

My overall experience was great. I asked for an ombré french fade and it came out beautiful. I rate it a 4 because when I first got there a women was complaining about her nails chippingwhen she came 3 days prior. The lady just told wanted 2-3 nails fixed but my nail technician wanted to charge her if she didn’t come the next day. They gotinto a mini argument and then they started talking in their language and I had a bad feeling they were talking bad about the lady.

Who I believe to be the owner is rude. It’s always an inconvenience to him when you do not pick your color in the time he deems necessary. I do believe I was profiled as my last experience was pleasant; ending with a generous tip. I came back for my two week fill just for the owner to say the person I requested did not want to service me. When asked why, he said I think it was problem last time you were here. Rather there was an actual incident or not, it didn’t make sense seeing as the last time I was there I was in and out with no issues as several times per COVID. He then offered to have someone else do my nails. I left because that doesn’t make any sense. If the man was busy say that, if there was a genuine problem say that. I’m tired of the poor service when the reality is a great percentage of your client looks like me. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Rushed my manicure and pedicure and told me afterward that they only accepted cash. Conveniently a cash machine was in the salon.I will not be returning....

Full set no chip coffin shaped nail & Tommy ruined my entire experience so i decided yo contact the state to see if hes Licensed because i never saw anyone do Acrylic nails in that manner i shouldve left After i found out he was performing both services. Im a Licensed &went just to relax with my husband & get service my husband tech T was ideal but this Tommy guy was the worst so Ill be returning because my nails are separate from the tips.

If I could I would give this place 0 stars. This place is horrible the owner Jackie is so rude and nasty to his customers. They messed up my nails and in less than a hour one broke...I came back in to get it fixed and he tried to charge me, saying he couldnt guarantee his employees work. And then when confronted about it he was very nasty and wanted to argue. Now I should have stopped coming here a while ago when I seen him doing this to others but I Didnt. Lesson learned. But I let them fix my nail (cant be walking around with a broken nail) & when done I asked for the manger to give him the 7 dollars he asked for and showed the better quality of the fixed nail and his reaction was priceless. He knew my first job was bad and he told me I didnt have to pay for it but I insisted to give him the money ( because it was never about the money but about the principle) but he refused & he said dont ever come back here and wanted to argue again and I told I would never ever come back. I also let him know he should not treat his customers this way like we pay too much money for this kind of treatment. This place will never get my money again!!!!Do not come here!!! Trust me you will thank me later. (F.Y.I I paid 50 dollars for a fill in and chrome polish and I left a 7 dollar tip)

Like this place especially all the precautions they take to keep this clean. We you cone it they check your temp give you santizer and spray your clothes down and try to maintain social distance. The wait wasnt long and they did a great job. Oh the prices are reasonable too

The person at the front desk has horrible customer service with a bad attitude! Im also concerned everyone isnt licensed so Ill be contacting the department of professional regulations to inquire whether this business should be operating & hopefully everyone is licensed im really concerned.

Owner is very rude and disrespectful. This was my first time coming in so I took a few moments to review the menu. The owner made obvious that he was annoyed because I didn’t “hurry up and pick a color”. I wasn’t even in there for 4 minutes. I ended up walking out. The guy kept huffing and puffing in annoyance as if I was bothering him by reviewing the menu. I don’t recommend this place to anyone

Love Davids work on the overlays & dip manicures. However, management could be more welcoming as they greet people entering the shop.

Angie is always on point with my nails. Their service is Awesome! Been going to her for over 12 years. I live 45 minutes away and pass a ton of nail salons but I only trust Angie with my nails.

WORST NAIL SHOP EVER ! OVER PRICED FOR POOR QUALITY!

I wouldnt call myself a regular, but I do frequent this place enough with my Mom & Aunt. Well it seems we always encounter one worker who is inpatient with one of us and who wants to rush you through the process of relaxing and enjoying the spa experience. This time I was the chosen one. She escorted me to the back, I stopped to use the restroom, when I finished she beckoned me to the back. I could not put my feet in the water, she wanted to remove my polish. Trust me the whole vibe was hurry up I got work to do. The place was not crowded at all. Literally when she saw me relaxing during the pedicure, she powered off the massage chair twice and the chair was moving me uncomfortably forward, and she acted like she didnt know what happened. What foot massage, it was non existent. She asked earlier what service I was getting (basic deluxe package) when the pedicure was over she forgot about the manicure. I almost decided not to get the manicure. Their pricing which is higher than most nail spas, does not line up with their inconsistent service, with only a few good workers.

I believe the tech may have been new or I didnt purchase one of the hi end packages but the end product was terrible. I dont plan to return

This was me and my mother’s first time visiting Classy Nails and Spa. WE LOVED IT! My mom had her acrylic fill in done by Tommy, and I had mine done by Angie. I had two nails that needed to be repaired but despite that she took her time, and she was gentle and truly perfected my nails! I will definitely be coming back! Great experience & I will definitely recommend them to my friends & family.

The person who tried to do my nails it was his first time so I had to switch him out. But he did an awesome pedicure. The person I ended up switching to was much better. Pretty good service altogether.

Love my French manicured gel nails. I have been having my nails done there for months now. I receive so many compliments about my beautiful nails. I most often have Leo do my nails because he is so meticulous. Im sure Andy and the rest of the staff will do a great job also. Please give yourself a treat and pay them a visit, you will not be disappointed.

In the midst of Covid reopening, before going in I asked one on the workers if they were practicing Covid precautions. I was told yes. We were spaced and the bowls were covered. The practice seemed to end there. Pedicure went fine until I noticed finger Marks and smearing on the arm rest. I saw no one sanitatizing seats arm rest, table tops etc, between clients. After pedicure, I sat down to have my nails done inquired about the policies again Told yes again we clean looked to my left and There was nail dust all over the chair next to me. I was done!!My nails looked fine, higher pricing,, I had to go to my car wipe and spray myself down..

I only gave it an extra star because Renee is AMAZING. I love her professionalism, her work is great and her attitude is wonderful. I wish I could give a separate review for her alone, SHE is highly recommended. HOWEVER, the guy who runs the front counter is BY FAR one of the RUDEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL person I’ve ever encountered. I had my 12-year-old daughter with me, And he told me if she is not getting her nails done, then she needs to leave. I told him that she isn’t going anywhere, so he told me she needed to get up from the seat because it is not for her. I was also on the phone while I was getting my nails done taking a very important phone call, and he had the nerve to walk up to me and tell me, with a terrible attitude, to get off of my phone. I really love my tech, Renee. That is the only reason why I still go back, but his attitude is bad every time

The environment was very relaxing, comfortable seating, dimmed lighting, soft music, the ladies who does the eye brows were amazing, my pedicure was great all the way up until the paint job!! It was horrible! But my feet were smooth my toe nails were trimmed evenly. Maybe it was just an off visit!! Ill give them another chance

Ive been with this salon for years. If something goes wrong the owner will correct it immediately. I have never had a problem with this Salon. I appreciate the service and time I spend in the Salon. Its very busy on weekends and holidays. But Ill wait because I love the service.

I will not be returning to this shop.I visited this shop a couple of months ago and got a gel overlay done. After a couple of days, I was able to peel the gel off of my nails.In addition, I have asked friends to try this shop out as well. As the shop appearance and ventilation is great. But, they have all told me either they did not like the nail work or the customer service sucks.I am a very nice person and I thought I would give the shop another try. As I been there several times before and had no other issues. I went there today and I could not receive any service because I had my 8 month son. All I wanted to do was get my eyebrows waxed.

We were in town for a tattoo and girls weekend and thought Mani Pedis would be fun. We thought of this last minute and realized most places were closed on Sundays or booked. We found this place and the reviews looked great so decided to try it. It was probably the most enjoyable experience Ive had at a Nail Salon. The employees were friendly and the service was excellent. Highly recommend coming here whether you are local or just visiting.

We came to this place by recommendation from a friend.. the experience was awesome.. the service was A+.. relaxing music 🎶 while you receive your services and the prices are reasonable. The hot chocolate pedicure is phenomenal and for the $$ You won’t find it anywhere along with the service!!!

I received the basic pedicure and manicure. The guy was nice but my pedicure was only 10 minutes. He barely removed my cuticles and the polish and shape is just ok.My manicure was the same. This was my first time here on a Friday evening. I did not wait more than 20-25 minutes. However, I see why my service was only 30 minutes tops.I wont return unless I absolutely have to.

This place is over priced!!!!!!!!!!!!! they want to charge 55 dollars for a fill in. I got my toes repainted they did a horrible job and charged 12 dollars for that. I dont recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU ARE GOING TO CHARGE THAT MUCH AT LEAST HAVE SOME OUTSTANDING WORK TO BACK IT UP. The staff was professional and they are practicing social distancing. Just got my lashes done, the lady that serviced me acted like she had an issue. I shouldve said something but didnt want to come off as an angry black chick which is what Im sure they expect. I didnt appreciate all of the hard tugging an pulling of my eyelids and undereyes. To me, I wondered if she considered that I am a human and could feel the excessive pressure? On top of that she quoted me one price then charged me additional. Either she didnt think I could count or she knew how she handled me and knew I hadnt planned on tipping her. If you go there challenge them on customer respect - but I would avoid them altogether

One star because the atmosphere for the pedicure was nice. Also, there was no wait on mid-Saturday (which is an indicator people may be going else where). HOWEVER, prices are inflated for the same services you can get anywhere in Chicago. ALSO- they do not accept debit/credit cards for some people. I have no idea what the criteria is to pay with debit/credit but they had a handy ATM right in their shop. Pedicure $27 and acrylic with shape $35..SMDH. The staff was okay, wasnt exceptional for the high prices. I dont mind paying for quality service BUT dont inflate because you are located in Evergreen Park.

They are only receiving 1 star because 0 wasnt an option. Terrible customer service. They become very angry when you question them about anything. They are liars. They charge you an additional fee to use your credit card & try to convince you to use their ATM machine card that charges an even bigger fee. The manager got very upset with me because I refused to allow them to take my debit card to the front for payment while I was under the dryer. He told me that if I didnt like the way they run their shop, I didnt have to come back. Hes absolutely correct. I will take my business elsewhere and I highly recommend you to do the same.

This place does a great job on THE DIP this is the best thing that they offer in my opinion. I think they have some customer service issues nothing a little training wouldnt help. They do have some rude customers coming in there and they do their best to handle them. 👍 to Classy Nails and Spa

2nd visit for no chip manicure. No appointment for Sunday. There were 4 people ahead if me, but after a 15 minute wait, several technicians became available. Kevin was my technician for both of my visits and he did a great job. Very clean, professional environment. Kinda corny, but I also like the video playing on screen that highlights their services.

I will never go back to this nail salon. They do not honor their work. I got a no chip manicure last wed, by fri it was chipping. When I tried to get my nails fixed they would not fix them.for free. It had not been 1 week for my manicure before it chipped. Terrible customer service.

I have been here at least 8 times since they have opened. They continue to go up on prices, they refused my daughter service because they said she wasnt 6, but she has been here with me many times before and has received service. I will no loner be giving them my business and I recommend if you consider going here, if you are ok with poor customer service then youll be fine. If you want to be respected while being a client I wouldnt suggest this facility.

Every time I go here they do excellent work and do it quickly. Very friendly people here Every time I return. They are very clean, I always see at least one person cleaning. Their tools get sanitized after each use and kept in a sealed bag for the next use. It a great no worries facility.

Really good service, fairly quick. They did an amazing job when my older cousin and I got acrylics they lasted for almost 3 weeks. Really sweet people too👍👍

Initially everything was great.. Atmosphere is AMAZING! Clean, quiet, relaxing. Love it! BUT THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE THEIR WORK!!! After paying $45 for a fill in, my nail broke that same night and they REFUSED to fix it... Super DISSATISFIED after spending over $100 on services.

My nails began falling off 2 days after they were done. I received a full set of acrylic nails, that looked okay initially, the very next day broke off. I called after I lost the third mail and the manager Angela was awful and rude. Not only doid she not listen to me she acted as if she didnt care that her shops quality was poor. We as patrons need to band together to force these shops to honor is a customers cus fix faulty workmanship.

This has been my favorite place for the last year. Nice, clean and quiet. Dip powder. Quick and easy.

They do a great job on everything from regular manicures, to no chip, to dipping powder. I like the many different options of pedicures and usually go with the lavender or tangerine. I think the prices are reasonable and theyve always done a good job on my hands and feet.

Rene is the best nail technician. She is gentle and very detailed.

Use to be the best on the southside now the staff is rushed and do a half job. Angie and her husband are the best nail techs in there and they are extremely nice and good. The staff has gone down due to the quality of work. Over priced too. If you get Angie or her husband youll be happy.

I had a no chip manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was done well. The no chip manicure was poorly done. In less than 18hrs 3-nails popped off. I returned and spoke to the manager and thosr 3 were fixed and less than 25-hrs 2- more nails on the same hand popped off and 2- on the left hand. Need I share that I will not return. I paid $60 and was getting my nails done for a wedding in LA. I was embarssed to show my nails. The young people they have doing nails are terrible. They lost my patronage.

Went there on a Tuesday early afternoon, October 9 2018 for a pedicure and no chip manicure. The place was very clean and young man I had was polite and nice. He did an ok job on my pedicure. He didnt get off all the dead skin like Im used to and he didnt cut my toe nails low as I asked. Plus he was very slow as if he was new. For my manicure no chip, he went slow as well and when I left they looked fine. I cant remember his name (Lyle?) But his station is the one closet to the wall, third row from entrance to your right. By the very next day, my nails were chipping horribly. Called them and informed them of this but due to going out of town could not return until Sunday to get it redone. They were a bit rude upon my arrival but I want leaving before they fixed my nails. This time I guess the man in charge did my nails, Jack. Sat in first seat of the first row on right side. He redid the no chip and as before they were fine when I left. By the next day they were chipping bad. Will never go into this place again. Especially considering how much their services are. I would have expected more.

THEY CHARGED 55 dollars for the worst french tip i’ve ever received.

Paid $80 for a basic no chip mani/pedi only for it to chip & break just within 3 days. Way too overpriced, definitely wouldnt recommend. The guy trimmed my toe nails, but some ended up crooked.

Went to get a polish change and the young lady had Fingernail polish all over my foot. I asked her if she could clean them up and she did attempt. However, polish was still on my toes and I addressed that to her. She got an attitude and became very rude. The manager is just as rude, when I explain to him what happened he was still taking her side. Nothing but God kept me calm. I will never go back to classy nails.

They have beefed up staff and get you in and out. One of the few whop open at 10 on Sumdays. Small waiting area.Painted clouds on ceiling, changing colored lights, very soothing. A large space that now does microblading, brow shading, eyelashes, pedicure, manicure, gel, acrylic and all types of nails, Skilled techs do great job. Very clean. My go to spot now because they are fast. They do charge you a service fee to use a credit card. I think that is illegal??

No chip American manicure that chipped two days after the service. Employees were darn right rude and unprofessional when I went back for nail repair. They should be ashamed of themselves; both for their incompetence as well as their near condescending attitudes. I wish I’d read the reviews before going. I wish I could give this place negative stars. The only positive thing they have going for themselves is that the ambiance and atmosphere is beautiful. However that is overshadowed by high prices, bad service and unprofessional management. My daughter and I went in for no chip manicures and pedicures. For these services my bill was over $150. That in itself was outrageous to me considering, no false nails were added and received the basic packages. The technician working on my daughter finished her nails relatively quickly. However there were issues with my services. The man that performed my pedicure was not educated on how to perform a proper pedicure. I had to prompt him to perform certain tasks such as cleaning under my nails and removing excess skin. He seemed to become extremely agitated when I offered the advice. He moved on to applying my no chip polish. However the polish would not dry. He applied and then removed polish 3 times before he went to ask for assistance. The new technician that came over simply replaced the drying device as it was not on the entire time he was attempting to us it. This is only a testament to his lack of knowledge in nail services. The young lady that took over finished and things appeared to be fine. After returning home, not even 2 hours later both my daughter and my nails had both chipped. By this time the salon had closed so returning was not an option. Instead I called the next day and spoke with a manager and made him aware of the issue. He informed me that we could come back in and they would rectify the issues. The next day, not only had our manicures chipped but so had our pedicures and all we had done was go to sleep. Upon arriving at the salon the manager that I spoke with was not there. A man told me I would need to wait for the technician that had done my nails to come in order to fix them. However he could not tell me when that would be. Thankfully the lady that had done my services came in and was able to fix my nails and feet. However the technician that worked on my daughter was not there and no one could tell me when he would be in. In fact, they very rudely dismissed me and informed me that no one else would do it because they do not help each other like that. I insisted on speaking with a manager. The technicians directed me to a lady that they said was in charge. She refused to speak to me and flat out told me to leave her alone. It was the must rude and unprofessional experience I had ever encountered. We left the shop without my daughters nails being fixed. Two days later both of or nails and feet had completely chipped on a service that they told me would last 2 weeks. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!!

I havent been here in a while. Glad I didnt read the reviews first. The pedicure was awesome!! Omg the message and the care was spectacular in my opinion. Micky was professional with the pedicure and took her time! She was sweet, great personality. Nice place to come relax and get pampered. Didnt try the mink lashes but if you do please do tell.

Bad experience!!! Went for dip and pedicure, started with nails, finished at 7:20. Closes at 8 told me no pedicure, I walked in at 6:15! Now I have to find another place for pedicure. I am so tired of the Asian owned places! They tell you what to do, no price board, no receipts. Quick changing of employees, cant understand them. WILL NOT BE A RETURN CUSTOMER!!!!
