I have used Dick’s towing twice in the last week and they have been fantastic both times. Jill, the dispatcher was super fun to talk to both times, and the drivers were great as well. It’s never fun to have to get your vehicle towed but these guys made it painless for sure.

I received prompt text. The driver came when he said he would. Worked quickly. did diagnostics which showed a new battery was in order. Appreciated him taking time to clean cable & posts. Quickly replaced battery. Appreciated his knowledge. Was friendly and professional.

I had Jesse G. help us with a flat. At which he swapped tires, waited patiently while i drove to oreillys to get the right lug nuts, and then put those on the new tire! While the whole time hes explaining so kindly what hes doing and how everything works. Such a kind and generous man. You can feel and see that he does his job with a passion to HELP. A great asset to any team.

Great service and more than fair prices. I was able to schedule a tow ahead of time, and the morning of they called saying the could come earlier if needed, which worked great for me.The driver was very friendly and efficient.Everything went great, and Id 100% recommend them and will always call them if I need a tow.

The driver arrived before the quoted time, called me to let me know his plan, and was very nice. We have a difficult street to tow in and out of and a bad drive way. He re parked it for me jus to make sure we had enough room to get a motorcycle in and out of the garage and he straightened the car out. Super nice guy! 10/10

The driver was really nice, even though I asked a lot of questions about my car. I was sad to have my car towed but the driver took really good care of it to the mechanic. Very professional, very patient and nice, and very respectful. I recommend this business.

The first tow truck guy that was supposed to come tow me said he was about 30 minutes out so I waited about an hour then decided to call him and ask how much longer till he will get to me, he says he got rerouted to tow a police car which is understandable but for him nor the office to call me and tell that he wasn’t coming I would have been stranded for hours waiting. The second guy to come help me was beyond helpful and going beyond the standards of his job I’m assuming to get my lowered car (that’s only 3 inches off the ground) on and off the bed of the truck without breaking anything phenomenal customer service

They dont have option for now show for towing.I give them one star customer service for this time. I normally use this company, today called for a tow, spent 10 minutes on the phone working out details, was told they will be here within the hour. Just under 3 hours later, still waiting for the truck I call them back. Was told my vehicle wasnt in the system. Gave them all my information again, asked how much longer I had to wait and was told 2-3 hours. I would like to think if the company messed up they would want to do something g to expedite things to make them right.Might just be the Everett office that had the attitude. One bad experience overshadows many good.

Get a membership guys! It is totally worth the money. It is such a relief to know that I have help if I ever break down.

I accidentally locked my keys in my car, and had to call Dick’s towing with some help getting my keys. The guy that helped me out, Tim, couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. He was quick getting to me and quick to open up the car. Would definitely recommend their services!

The driver was amazing. Was super sweet made sure I was in his truck safe before he did anything. He drove me home and made sure my car was secure and the road I live on is super hard to get out of but he still made sure he made it where we could get my car in a safe please. I REALLY WISH I KNEW HIS NAME ! Also the part that everyone should be so thankful is he made sure the ID matched the debit card witch mine didn’t so he had my husband come out. Witch is amazing because there is so many debit card thief’s. Also WE TRULY NEED TO GIVE THESE TOW TRUCK DRIVERS MORE CREDIT THERE JOB IS SO DANGEROUS AND THEY GET NO CREDIT. Also may wait was only about 20 mins if that from the time I called to get the truck.

My daughter was hit by an out of control driver. Her car was disabled in the middle of the road. The driver arrived within minutes. (We found out later that the PD had called first so it ended up being a PD tow and not through AAA). Driver was very courteous and I can’t stress enough how quickly he got to the scene!

After waiting for my insurance company roadside assistance to find a flatbed for a tow late last night on I-5 on the shoulder for 2 hours and they hadn’t even lined a tow up yet, I called Chris at MV Dick’s Towing and he dispatched a great guy James who was there in quick fashion. Both were pleasant to work with and went out of their way in the middle of the night to provide great customer service, communication and follow through. Thank you!

The driver came relatively quickly, consideringthere was a fatal crash not more than a mile from where I broke down. He met me on I-5 and was quick in getting my car loaded and moving. The driver was super cool and helpful. Really appreciated his professionalism and candor.

Jake called to verify our location within 15 minutes of my call to AAA, was on-site to hook-up the vehicle within 30 minutes of the call and was able to find our home, which is difficult to locate, even with GPS, for the drop without getting lost or having to call. I was parked in a parking garage when I got a flat tire. And currently I don’t have a spare tire in my car so the tow truck driver asked if he could drive my car out of the parking garage to get it on his flat bed tow truck. He did great. And got my car to where it needed to be to get fixed.

The driver was named Luke. He was awesome. Diesel so it took awhile to start it. Still not sure it was low on fuel. I’ll check it later to see if it starts. But Dick’s and their Driver Luke were Great

Service was quick and very efficient! We got stuck in the snow off the mountainside and Lincoln knew exactly what to do and how to get us out while making the whole stressful experience more relaxing.

After showing up 3 hours after our initial call, he said he didnt want to tow my car to shoreline from Everett because he was off work soon, after AAA approved our tow, he wouldnt tow my car because of a made up technicality, my family shares our AAA account and we are all listed on the account, but my mothers name is all they said was listed which was a bold face lie, the tow truck driver was using vulgar language and purposely passed gas as loud as he could on his way out . absolutely disgusted with this company but more specifically the tow truck driver who wouldnt give me his name . They truly live up to their company name .
