When my brakes went out an hour from home with two dogs in my vehicle, I was incredibly stressed. Their kindness and understanding turned a very bad day into a much better one. He was very professional and put my mind at ease that we were able to bring my dogs along with. I hope to never need towing again, but if I do, Arrow & Hook will be the first place I call.

By far the friendliest and most professional people to work with, called multiple places with attitudes and these guys were understanding and willing to help! Will go back to them for towing needs.

My car broke down. Roadside assistance could not find anyone who would tow me in a reasonable time frame and I was stuck in a parking lot for over two hours waiting. The road side assistant called me to tell me it would be two more hours. I told them thats unacceptable as it was getting dark and everything was closing in the area. They got ahold of arrow and hook towing last minute and the truck operator was on his way home for the night but was luckily in the area and decided to take the tow after hearing I had been stuck for hours. He didnt have to take the tow but he did. He showed up in 10 minutes upon getting the service order. Very nice guy who towed me. He came thru when no one else would. Thats why Im giving 5 stars. Trouble free experience and friendly.

Arrow and Hook Towing saved me! I am so happy I called them! I waited for an hour and a half for my insurance carrier to send a locksmith that never showed. Finally, I called Arrow and Hook and the locksmith came to the rescue in less than 10 minutes! He had me ready to roll in just another 10 minutes - if that! The service was super friendly and super fast! Arrow and Hook is the BEST!!!

I recently had a very bad experience with a rental car and the rental companys roadside assistance department but fortunately the owner of Arrow and Hook and his wife were extremely hospitable to my husband and myself going out of their way to take care of us. They were the only ones willing to come out on a cold Saturday night to tow us and help us out during the debacle. I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you need a reliable tow.

Had to tow my vehicle from Bellevue to Seattle early on a Saturday morning. They showed up a few minutes late but called in advance to let me know. They were very professional, courteous and genuinely good people. They were definitely not the type of person you think of when you think of a tow truck driver. After calling Triple A and two other towing companies while being stranded and not knowing where I was, Arrow and hook towing was the only one who stayed on the line with me until I figured out my location. It was late at night and I was having an anxiety attack and sobbing like a baby(my own fault for running out of gas). His kindness and promptness really went a long way! After being hung up on and being sent to call other companies, I’m really glad I got a hold of them!

Not auto related but Arrow and Hook team helped us to move industrial embroidery machines.
