I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. Together we go these 50s cars from a local house and loaded on my carhauler. Only 1 car was running. 1 had no brakes and the rest didnt run. We used a little Ingenuity and determination to get this customer taken care of. They were patient and very safety conscious. Thanks to Mohammed and Ivan. I appreciate you guys!

I’m so thankful for their service! I was helped by the tow driver John, and he was more then a good professional, he was very nice, and helped with everything possible. Was raining, he got there fast, he took a look on my motor and told me what the problem was, was polite and we had a very fun conversation, this company definitely is very lucky to have him! The first time I used them was when my BMW broke down in the middle of the night and then the battery died, they were right on time when they said they were going to be there, got the car towed at a fair price and quickly. They also towed my car without damaging the car at all (car is lowered, so I would expect the bumpers to scrape) without using the tow hook (we couldnt find it). 4 days later, one of my best buds bought a new to him BMW M3, car had original battery in the car (13 years old) so it died while driving. Car has the sportier automatic transmission so when the car is off it automatically goes into park, couldnt get in into neutral. The exact same guys came out and we recognized each other from 4 days earlier. My buddies BMW also broke down in the middle of the night, they were quick on the job and got the car towed without even being able to roll the car since it was in park. Overall, the guys are very friendly and get the job done very efficiently and at a good price. The best towing experience I have had, I would definitely recommend these guys to anybody looking for a tow!

So yesterday I was stuck at the post office in Everett . Locked my keys in after a long troubling last couple days in and out the hospital. I asked the post office if they had a coat hanger because I locked my keys. A gentlemen in line said when I’m finished I can help you get into your car .he did a great job and wasn’t even on the clock. Went out of his own way to help us and in this time it was a god send. Anytime I get locked out and saved it is a blessing but my daughter is dealing with health issues so I needed to be somewhere in a timely manner. I cannot express how thankful I am for this man John and the job that these guys did ! I would highly highly recommend them to anyone . John, was very professional and friendly. He was extremely careful with my vehicle and went beyond with recommending a mobile auto locksmith to replace my key fob. A big thank you to him and this company. I definitely would highly recommend them. Without hesitation, will use them again if I need them.

They saved us! Took literally no time for them to come after my car overheated and I had to pull over. They picked up the call right away and sent someone our way, even though we had no address in an almost no reception area. The driver called us en route which was very thoughtful. Highly recommend to have Road Rescue number saved.

John rescued us today after our boat trailer tire exploded on the freeway. Of course this had to happen on the hottest day of the year. But he showed up right on time, was pleasant to be around and gave us an excellent experience. He even helped us get our boat back into the garage with his expert and pristine backing skills, backed her right up into our garage safely and in a timely manner. He was awesome!! Thanks so much for saving us from the heat and getting our boat/trailer home safely.

This company great. I waited for 2 hours for another towing company to show up and then they canceled on me! I called Road Rescue and they were there in 30 minutes worked very fast and got my car home in no time at all. Thank you guys very much.

My car alternator died and I had to have my car towed to the shop. The gentleman that came out to tow it was very nice, respectful and because of where my car was parked he had to push it out quite far and did not complain. Thank you, I will definitely use you again!

Came & stole our cars like candy. Pathetic (Edit) Hoa board didnt sign off on yall coming in here. Plus, where were we supposed to park our cars, huh? Unless yall have some Pym Particles lying around for us to shrink our cars, we didnt have a choice. Use common sense.

My Jeep liberty was stuck in snow and mud and at an angle that could have made it roll over. Road Rescue was able to winch my jeep to safety in minimal time and at a reasonable charge.

I could not say one bad thing about the company. They went above and beyond what they needed to, to help my mother with her van. They helped in every way they could and it was time for them to go home and they stayed and helped. I would not ever call another tow company, they will always be the first one i call. My car broke down in a underground parking garage and I was so stressed out, I called my insurance to send a tow truck. They didnt tell the tow places the clearance was only 610 so the first 2 tow places said No can do after I waited 1 hr each time. Then John at Road Rescue actually came to the place and said unfortunately he couldnt tow my car BUT he took the time to talk to my insurance and me to educate me and calm me down. His boss was also totally ok with him staying. I assumed I would have to pay a service call and there was no charge! Thank you so much!!

My 2017 Lincoln Navigator was battery jumped and loaded onto tow truck, for trip to Lynnwood for a solution to the battery drain. Odai the tow operator was very helpful and courteous and well deserving of 5 Stars for arriving in a reasonable amount of time.

My dads car stopped working on the freeway and they came within 30minutes. They were very nice, patient and helped us find a mechanic where they were able to fix the car the same day!

They towed my awd cars on 2 wheels knowing it was awd. When confronted with the possible damages they denied it. Very shady. Werent on time. Very unprofessional. I will be suing for damages.

I was very concerned having a 3-month old M8 towed due to an oil leak. When Odai from Road Rescue showed up, my concerns were put to rest right away--his truck is amazing (and has a great light show, too). My car is very, very low and his ramp accommodated it using a special articulating entry ramp and did it without a single scrape. He winched it right up using the cars own towing hook--none of the other companies wed tried would even take the car.11/10 or 6/5--take your pic; simply fantastic!Thanks, Odai!

The gentleman who came to get my car was there right on time even a few mins before his ETA and he had my car securely on the truck within 10mins even though the power in my car was completely out. Set up a tow a few days in advance, pick up time set for 6am to have my car towed to a service appointment at 7am, missed my service appointment cause the tow truck never showed up, I received a call from the tow company at 7:10 telling me they would be a few more hours.. the guy sounded like he just rolled out of bed, this company has no respect for a customers time.. DO NOT use them ! I have no clue how they have a high star rating. Don’t go through the pain that I did. You have been warned !

I had Odai pick up my truck this morning at work (called through insurance roadside service). He was very polite and friendly. He took care of my truck as if it were his own. Id have no problem calling him in the future.

The driver was professional and knew what he was doing. But, it took 2 hours to get to where I was stranded. I was not in a remote area but it was late and dark and cold.

I have now used Road Rescue towing for more than just a flat tire. I have used them when my old Q7 broke down and more recently when my new Q7 was hit in an accident. I have to say that I am still very happy with my experience. I have met two of their drivers, both very professional and both times they showed up extremely fast to help me out, faster than my given wait time estimate.The first tow they did for me was when my car broke down in the summer heat. The driver came to my rescue promptly. He maneuvered the tow truck efficiently in the gas station parking lot. He had my car up on the tow truck in no time at all and was on his way the Audi dealership.The second tow they did for me was when my car was hit, at night. Again they came to my rescue fairly fast so that I was not stuck in the dark alone waiting. By the time the state patrol had finished up the police report and left they were pulling up to help me. They towed my car to my house no problem. Once I arranged to have my car fixed at a body shop I called them back to schedule for them to come tow it again. This time I had a specific appointment time, and the driver showed up right on time.

Dont trust this tow company that tried to still my van and trailer 3 hours after I got back to my apartment broke the lock on my van and damaged my transmission disconnecting it from my van and was going to take my traler to threaten me that if my van and trailer was still at my apartment in the Morning that he was going to take it and that my van and trailer was a peace of junk and the reason that they were going to take both of them was not registered to my apartment and they both were abandoned when they were not they are in the parking lot of my apartment they are registered to me at my apartment

Good luck!!!Got set up with these guys through my insurance company. Insurance company notated I would not be with my car and the keys would not be onsite. Around 12:10 I was told they would be at the location in about 60 mins.At 2:30 (an hour and a half after promised) I get a call from the tow truck driver telling me he needed the key. I advised the work order instructions and he say “look here, they didn’t tell me that”. I explained that this was no way to speak to a customer. If he needed the key he would have to wait 15 minutes for me to get there.I arrive. No one was there. I call their “office” and was told he had to leave. They would call me back to let me know when he would return. Flash forward 30 minutes. Still no call. I’m still waiting.Called again was told I’d get a call within 2 minutes. No call. 5 minutes later I call back and was told he would be back after driving to Everett then Snohomish. Couldnt even give me even a timeframe. The office also told me that he didn’t have to wait. (Even though my insurance confirmed the details of my pick up were submitted to them).I asked if I should just call my insurance and ask for another provider. I was cut off by them saying “yeah,yeah,yeah I think that would be best, bye” and hung up.If you like customer service. Stay away.Ruined my whole day. Everyone in this life just needs to remember that a little respect goes along way.I hope that their company takes this as a learning lesson and provides better customer service to all.
