We had an issue with our boat trailer on the way back from a trip and Hanse’s got a truck out very quickly. The driver was very professional and helpful and got our boat and trailer back up to Everett safely. Thank you Hansen’s for the great service!

I was stranded with a car that wouldnt start even after replacing the battery. Hansens Towing was the friendliest tow company Ive ever called! They quickly sent a tow truck and the gentleman who completed the towing was professional, friendly and fast. Its never fun to be stuck with a broken car but I am very grateful that they made getting it towed to the repair shop as easy as possible. THANK YOU!!!

Awesome driver!I will admit that with all the negative reviews, I was hesitant to use Hansen’s towing, but I didn’t have any other options. I was referred to them by Aaron from Drybox in Tacoma and he was right. Good service at a realistic price. Thanks guys and gals.

Nice staff, not a fan of tow company’s but for what they are this one is a good one. My boyfriend had his car impounded and usually if you can’t afford to get it out you get a huge bill from the tow yard once it’s been auctioned off. But she gave us the choice to pay a disposal fee and not get billed for thousands of dollars for a car that he paid under $500 for. So that was very nice and was very understanding letting us get all the stuff out of it.

Went to the auction they had march 2nd lots of cars went for a great price unfortunately I didnt find one that I wanted to purchase but I will be at the next auction they have.

Called for a tow and was the worst customer service ever. Ended up having to call another company to assist with a simple tow. I guess people just don’t want to work anymore. If you don’t want to tow maybe you should get into a different business!

Took an hour to get there and charged me 100.00 for three gallons of gas ! I was about 5 mi away from them ! And dident tell me the price untill the gas was in my tank ! Riped off!!!!!!

They bashed into my customers car and wouldnt provide their own insurance information to pay for it.I used to work as an automobile claims adjuster and got to visit a lot of tow yards to inspect customers vehicles. Two of the best were Ron May Towing and Skips Towing. Reasonably priced and responsive.My customers SUV had been involved in a front--end collision on Everett Mall Way and was towed from the scene to Hansens tow lot.When I got to the Hansens lot, I noticed the rear of the car was also smashed. I found out the tow driver had collided the rear of the car when he went to move it, causing more than $1,000 of additional damage. The additional damage actually totaled a car that would otherwise have been repairable.I asked Mr. Hansen to compensate the customer or to provide his business insurance information so we could deal with his insurance. He would do neither. He said since the police ordered the tow driver to move the vehicle in a hurry, that it was the polices fault that his driver had bashed up the back of the vehicle. I explained that a tow driver is responsible for damage he causes.Mr. Hansen wouldnt provide his insurance information. I suspect he felt his insurance would not agree with his idea of blaming the police.The customers had to file a 2nd claim for a 2nd collision and pay another $1,000 deductible. I felt badly for them because they didnt speak much English and I doubt they had the capacity to go after Hansens themselves. They didnt even call this tow company---the police just called up whoever was next in the tow company rotation. It was shameful.Anyway, in my personal life, I would never use Hansens for any kind of service mainly because of this incident. I didnt share this while I still worked for my employer, as not to involve them, but as a local resident, I have say I would not entrust my vehicle to this tow yard.

For Hansen’s Towing, ‘reliable’ is the word I’d use. My wife was on the way home from the hospital once and her tire blew out. She contacted Hansen’s Towing and they reached her within a few minutes of the call. They fixed her tire up, and made sure she got home safely. Hansen’s Towing provide gas service too, and they came through at the right time when I ran out of gas on the way to an important meeting. They arrived so quick, I even made it to my meeting on time! You know you can always count on these guys in a tough spot.

Worst service (or lack therof) EVER!!Their driver Nathan is an unprofessional, rude, con artist. They were contacted to retrieve my car from the site of an accident. After hooking up my vehicle I told the driver (Nathan) that I needed to grab my key chain really quickly out of the car (needed my house key as the car was going to the shop). He got nasty and said what the hell do you need to do that for. I told him I need my house key off the key chain as I grabbed it out of my car. I then asked him if he know where my car was going or did he need the address. Again with the rudest attitude ever he said why would I have the address, are you stupid. Which of course pissed me off-as it would anyone. I told him hey, you dont need to be rude. If you dont want the job, drop my car and I will just call someone else. He stated Im just going to charge you extra. Which he did. He charged me $250 for a less than a mile tow. Ive had a tow by Dicks towing before much further (3-4 miles) and they charged me less than $100. DONT EVER USE HANSENS TOWING!! Not only will they rip you off overcharging you, but youll have to deal with rude, unprofessional people in the process

Fair price on a long distance tow, one of two we could find that would even tow far in the area.

Worst towing company.. they broke my bumper when towing the car..and shoved it in the back seat full of mud... when I went to pay to get it out they said the car didnt work but the car runs perfectly..very rude .

Their drivers are helpful, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Worst service ever! They where racist to my mother,brother & me we are Native American & got yelled at just for asking to see if my moms van was there & asked rudely for her id & insurance the old grumpy white guy threw back my moms id back & said the van wasnt here but we called in before we showed up & said it was there it was okay to pick it up. They are incompetent,rude & down right disrespectful towards colored people & women. They lost my service for life.

Charged $245/hr x 4 hours for a 10 mile tow and would not budge one dime when challenged. Use these guys as an absolute last resort: they do not care about your equipment or your money.

Well I gave them a call after I was referred to them,Turns out had already talked with the guy regarding my need to transport a large 3 axel truck.He said what? You already talked to me and I wont take your job because you are calling everyone all over the goddamn CountyI said oh ok. And he hung up.......So thats out.I didnt think shopping for quotes was an issue.Avoid at all costs.

On thursday 06 16 2016 while heading west bound on hwy.16 a Hansen tow truck Out of Everett Wa. Carring a white shipping container changed lanes on the bridge which is illegal while doing so droped a bunch of rocks or concrete from that container, That smashed my windshield hood etc. and the two other cars beside me. I then signaled to the driver to pull over he signaled that he would,he then told me to F my self and drove off. (He also hit two other cars!! who pulled over)He then saw me pull along side of him to get the info off the side of his tow truck he took the exit to gig harbor. He than started running run red lights to evade contact or exchange insurance info I was on the phone with 911 when he ran the first one and by the time he ran the second one I was already video recording him run the last red light. Pretty typical for the class of people who work there. I returned home to call the company and they where very defensive and told me they would ask there driver who denied the whole incident and said he did a thorough inspection and amazingly nothing to find ( it all must have falling off and hit my truck). They told me they wont call me back and I needed to call them if I wanted any answers.I contact the police and my insurance co. and they are now handling the claim. I would have been happy with an apology and my windshield fixed. Now I want every thing fixed that was caused by there rude inconsiderate driver. The video is pretty funny you can see him turn all around in his seat to see if was still following him as he turned the corner . He looked worried must have done this a time or too.The person who answered the phone and handled this at Hansen towing in Everett Wa. is very rude. It was his attitude on the phone that motivated me to write this complaint this company is very unprofessional. I did get the name of the company that owns the container I will be pursuing that company also!! That company did nothing wrong but they made a terrible business mistake using this Company. I will let them make things right before posting anything else.

Asked the man who handles cars and said I have a lowered vehicle and told him about the last row company charging me a certain amount to tow where I needed it towed and all he said was wont they do it for yah. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional will never be towing with these guys again
