Ive gone in a few times & it has always been a pleasure. Its been over 3 weeks since my last fill & I still get complimented on my nails like the first day. I even work with my hands so I was surprised that only one nail has broken (my fault, I flung a tote open) Ive always loved my design & the final look, the customer service is fantastic & they are SO QUICK!! Though Ive always gotten my nails done by the same lovely young lady, shes a ROCKSTAR!!

They do a wonderful job. Very nice and friendly and listen to what u want and then do it. I give it 9 stars

I have visited this location before and had a wonderful experience with the woman that I believe owns the salon. Today I made an appointment for a fill and a pedicure. A different woman was doing my fill today and she was very unprofessional and rude. She started by masking a statement that shortening my previous set was a lot of work for her. Then she asked why I didn’t want to keep them hope they were a couple more times. Again made a comment about how it was a lot of work and that she took half my Nail off. Then when she was nothing down my nail she burned me near the cuticle (which happens and I understand was a mistake) but she jumped back and said that I shouldn’t have had such a jolted reaction to it cause I could have been hurt. Then continued to make comments that I can’t do that. Asking if it has happened before, letting me know she has been doing this for a long time. Then when I showed her the Pattern I wanted done, she said she would try, however when it came time she acted like I only said I wanted it in one nail, when I showed her the picture of it on all of the nails. When I said no, and showed her the picture again, she said she could only do one finger cause she doesn’t know how. It was wavy stripes that weren’t meant to look perfect. Overall I am mostly disappointed at her attitude. I said I didn’t want my pedicure, paid and left.

Was not happy with the results of my manicure. The gel is all bubbled on my pointer finger and the lines are not even and it just looks bad. And on top of that they would not accept my gift card because it had the wrong phone number on it.

I visited with one of my best friends and we both love our nails. I got an acrylic overlay with a pedicure and have no compliants! All three ladies who helped us were so sweet. Definitely coming back if Im in the area and in need of nail services.

They are nice. Their pedicure is very basic and I probably wont go back their again.

My first time going was the week they opened right after being closed because of Covid, that experience was amazing! I had the young girl, we chatted, and she made the experience great so thats why i decided to go back. This time i had an older lady. My apt was for 2:30 and wasnt in a chair until about 3. Annoying but they had some obnoxious wedding party in there so i let it go. My experience with the nail tech although is why im thinking about not going back, she was rough, she made snide remarks about my nail polish (that i had come in wearing) being sloppy and rushed me on picking a shape and color in a rude way. She also didnt fully fill my nail in with acrylic. According to her it would look unprofessional and sloppy like my nail polish. My nails are not even coffin shaped which is what i paid 5$ extra for. All together, she seemed rude. I tipped her 3$ on my 30$ tab out of courtesy but honestly i should have given her nothing. If i do go back it will be for the young nice girl. Not the others.

The nail techs here are highly professional! Ive been getting my nails done with acrylics and/or shellac for over 20 years. The only reason Im leaving such a positive review is because this place exceeds my expectations. They strive to achieve your requests & settle for no less than quality & your satisfaction. After a few visits and building a rapport she discussed the health of my nails too in a professional caring manner (since Ive been wearing acrylics for so many years). These ladies are world class experts (ALL of them) in my opinion. They certainly know their value and offer reasonable & affordable prices. Their services, experience and results arent cheap so dont expect to be paying low-ball prices. If you want to pay the bare minimum on your nails then go have a cheap outcome elsewhere. My fills with shellac cost around 25 bucks or so here. There are some places in Everett where that same service starts at $30+. The experience & finished result at those places were just mediocre. Lovely Nails is busy for a reason so I would recommend giving them a call first before stopping in (even though they DO take walk-ins). The only thing that could be improved/upgraded are their massage chairs- which is not that big of an issue for me really but may be a deal breaker for someone else.

Got my nails done on Friday by Saturday the Shellac was peeling. Went in to have them fixed to only get that my appointment was written down for 11:30 instead of 12. The same person was to fix them, not impressed with her quality and when I asked for another person I was told thats who did my nails. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY HERE!

I would recommend anyone to go there they are very friendly and good

I decided to try out a new salon and so I chose this one. I came there not knowing what to expect. The service was amazing. The lady doing my nails was really nice and she was talking to me the whole time. She gave me some life advice and was just super easy to talk to and you could tell she cared. This nail salon is the best nail salon I’ve been to yet.

This is the only nail place I will ever go to again. The workers are beautiful and so kind and always do my nails exactly the way I want them. They’re also very affordable so I highly recommend going here.

What a great place! My first time. Mehina was highly professional and very gracious. Not only did she do a great job but she was warm and welcoming. It was a really nice way to spend a quiet hour, the price was quite reasonable, and I plan on becoming a regular!

Only nail shop I go to. Ladies are very fast and friendly and they always do a great job. Its nice to go into a nail shop where they care enough to learn your name and how you like your nails done.

I started coming here because it was closer to my home, and boy o boy am I happy that I made the change! They are always professional and friendly. If you want something done that costs more, they tell you before they start doing it (which is great if youre on a budget like me, and some places wont tell you in advance)

They do not follow proper procedure so the nails do not last at all but very cheap so you pay for what you get

Made an appointment for 430pm. Didn’t get started until 5pm. Small color selection compared to other salons. Shellac polish didn’t even last two days without chipping. Hasn’t even been a week and I have cracks in my nails which ultimately mean broken nails. Cheap quality you get what you pay for I guess! $25 seems like a good deal until your nails look like trash within days.

They do my nails amazing everytime. I cant wait until they open back up!

Five star service/quality for around $20, they’re practically giving it away! The girls are really nice too! They don’t mind when I bring my husband and kids (two boys under 4 years). The only down side is that they’re not open on Sunday.

The 1st time I went here was so nice. Decided to go back about a month later. Got there at 4:30p and as soon as I the lady finishing up a pedicure tells me their closed. WTH! The neon sign say open and the sign on the door says 6pm! What is wrong with this picture!

Been getting my nails done here for the last few times, great work, always the perfect shape. Just wish they had more shellac colors.

Came in at 6pm on a Saturday and they asked me to leave when it says it’s open till 8pm. Maybe they have good service but they should update and inform people. Especially when they have an event the next day and get off late from work!

I have been coming to this little salon for over 5 years, and I wont go anyplace else! I absolutely love the ladies here, they know all my quirks and dont touch my feet that way weirdnesses! The prices are great, service wonderful and they always manage to accommodate my ridiculous schedule somehow.

These ladies do excellent work! They really listen to what you want, the polish is high quality so it last longer than cheap stuff, and theyre super friendly. There are closer salons to my home but this is the one I keep coming back to for the excellent service. I also love that they keep the place clean and in good condition, with classy decorations- a rare find in a nail salon! I also saw a man getting a pedicure in there when I stopped in Saturday, so I know for a fact that they have male clients as well, despite what someone else reviewed a couple years ago.

After they took off my acrylics, my all nails got black and took months to get back healthy nails. They don’t know how to take off properly.

Mimosa is the owner and she has done my nails off and on for 18 years now. She does a good job, and is always willing to try new things. This is one of the only salons that will do gel nails. Most other salons who say the do gel, mean they do acrylic with gel polish. Mimosa actually does the gel nails, which work for people who are allergic to acrylic nails! She is also a master at waxing. I always breakout in a rash when I get my brows waxed. With Mimosa its barely a day as opposed to a week and massive swelling from other places.

I TRIED to love this place, but every time I go in my nails always end up crooked, uneven or fall off within the first week. I have even pointed it out and they said my finger was bent... I went in to have them fix it and got attitude. Im over it.

When I went to pay for my services the lady reached out to grab my card wearing the same gloves she was giving someone else a pedicure with. After pointing out her gloves she mumbled something in her language and rudely snatched a paper towel. NEVER GOING BACK
