Three of my nails have broken completely off. I got a nail fungus from this place. I got a full set done an within days my nails broke off they was too thin an next one of my finger started turning red an purple an super sore an another hurting n my whole real nail was lifting right along with the fake nail n it ended up coming all the way off (pinky nail) the one that turned red n purple was my pointer finger an the whole fake nails was completely intact and not broken or damaged on these fingers at all …. It was my other finger nails that broke super easily…. Folding laundry an simple things they’ve broken easily…. If going to this place be cautious…. The service was amazing an great customer service that’s the only reason I gave two stars otherwise I’m very upset my real nails are as bad as they are my other hand my real nails are also lifting…. Smh just be careful an cautious of where you go.

Unimaginably terrible. I had been here before years ago and it was fine but this time was just a nightmare. The acrylic was lumpy and uneven and she got a lot of it on my skin. While filling she did something on my pinky that hurt so bad i think it may have drilled down through to my real nail. Then she kept pressing me with the upsell, i had to tell her repeatedly I didnt want all that. Lastly, she did the worst polish job Ive ever seen. She kept asking if I wanted sparkle, i said no. What does she do? Goes and grabs the glitter polish and puts it on and said pretty right? I was like uh its not bad, and she proceeds to put the glitter polish on the rest of my nails. At this point it looks so bad anyway Im going to have to remove it so I dont even argue. I think she might have been trying to minimize the terrible polish job with the glitter? Who knows. She had the nerve to ask me you like it? at the end. Why is it so hard to say it looks really terrible and I dont like it at all? I responded with its OK.. whats the use right its not like she was capable of fixing it. Hoping nobody sees my nails until i can get them fixed.

Really rushed poor quality manicure. Cuticles were left a mess and polish applied in such a rush that’s it’s all over the fingers and clumpy not smooth on the nails. I tried to understand that they were so busy and just trying to rush through clients, when I left I asked if I could come back at a less busy time to get the polish redone and they said it would be 10$ for a polish change. They did not seem to have concern at how bad my nails looked leaving their salon.

Here now, waiting for toes to dry. Friendly staff, good services and pretty nails! They offer free designs on pedicures every time. So, i have pretty flowers for the first time ever! :) My shellac manicure was quick and basic. Well see how long they last.Dont mind my fat feet! LOL

The service was good. The salon itself was dirty & unorganized, cords hanging from the walls, dirt on the walls etc. This salon is desperate for some TLC. Also, they do not have REAL shellac. Real shellac is produced by CND, what they are using is a brand, DND, an imposter brand. On top of that, the UV booths were extremely filthy, coated in fingerprints & spare polish. I wont be going back here again if it remains dirty & they continue to use unsuperior products. You can spend $35 @ a salon that carries the real deal.

Been going here for almost 10 years, yes they are crazy busy but its cause they are great and have a ton of repeat costumers and Michelle always remembers everyones name (idk how she does that) but as long as you plan accordingly that itll take longer because theres a wait you wont be disappointed!

My daughter and I went in for their luxury pedicure and they did an awesome job. We love the hot wax. Our feet were so soft and our toes prettily painted.

I came into this salon 1 week ago for a regular French tip. Today, I had to go into a new salon to have my nails redone. All of my nails were lifting and the quality was horrible. I was given tips that were far too small and that was causing my nails to come apart. I would NOT recommend this place. Everything is also an extra $5. I paid $35 for nails that lasted barely a week. Im really upset. My nail tech was Tina and I liked her but her quality of work is terrible.

I have been going to Everett Luxury Nails since it opened. They are always friendly and clean with Fair prices. I have been impressed by how they are handling this pandemic: appointments, limited customers at a time and plexiglass between the customer and nail technician. I also applaud them by standing their ground on capacity and appointments especially with small businesses losing revenue due to Covid guidelines. During a recent appointment a customer came in without an appointment and they were as professional as they could be when Karen was upset she couldnt get her nails done on the spot and they asked her to come back in an hour when they had an opening and pointed to the sign on customer limits. She acted entitled and left in a huff SMH.

Michelle has some of the most talented workers in the area. They do fantastic work even though they get really busy (obviously doing something right), they will tell you tell you how long.

Ive been here twice now and have had amazing experiences both times. Their ladies are very nice there and actually talk to me unlike most places I go and they just talk to each other. I also prefer Short Round acrylics and its always been really hard for me to find a place that can round them nicely and evenly and they did that perfect here.

These ladies were so sweet and talented. My nails turned out amazing! They are very good about sanitizing their tools and using brand new ones. (I have had some experiences at other places were this was not the case.) The prices are great and the quality is wonderful.Plus, the hot oil hand message was so wonderful!

I paid 45 for my nails to fall off not even a week later, I look at my nails and they arent even all the way on my whole nail. Pretty upset. I even told the girl and she said no its fine well look now I got a missing nail cool. I think elilles forgot how to do nails. I will never come back plus I gave a good tip on top of 45 nails. I want my money back.

I just went in there last week new owner and new prices$$. I hate when they keep talking in their language in front of customers and answer their personal phone and taking customers time its kind of rude. This place is pretty good. It’s not exactly a place to get the best quality nails, but if you want a cheap price, it’s what you have to expect. I got an acrylic nail set done. The staff did a great job on them except they got some of the powder under my nails and it turned hard. Pretty uncomfortable.

Great services. I made an appointment for 10 a.m. By 10:05 Ellie was starting on my pedicure. She was awesome. Lisa did my acrylic nail fill and gel polish. Wonderful job. I travel a fair amount and frequently get nails done in new places. This was one of the best Ive used. Everyone was smiling, gracious and professional. Prices extremely reasonable.

I used to love this place a lot. But the last time I went in with two of my friends(2 of us got acrylics and 1 got shellac mani and pedi) both our acrylics were falling off within one week and the shellac was peeling/chipping. Hopefully they can bring the quality back up with the new ownership.

This place is my favorite for pedicures! Its clean, I never have problems with my toenails being too short or too long. They are consistent at their salon techniques. Everyone is always so friendly, it makes the visit even better!

Horrible!!! The technician made 3 of my nails bleed. One nail was because she kept using the electric file on it. (I told her several times she was hurting me) my nails are bumpy and the polish job is bad. Wishing I would of got up and left

I have been to several nail salons over the years and have never been wowed before. This was by far the best experience at a nail salon Ive ever had. I got a full acrylic set with tips painted and design. The staff was very friendly, informative and not pushy like others Ive experienced. They gave me a complete list of pricing to keep which I thought was a great idea! Not only was the work exceptional but the price was the cheapest I have ever paid! I was blown away! Im recommending this place to all my friends who were all impressed with the quality and look of my nails. Will definitely be returning even though this salon is out of the way for me, its worth the extra drive!

Great sale prices with combo deals, got hands and feet worked on simultaneously. I got a pedicure and my shellac gel nails removed. The guy that helped me with the prices, complimented my hair! The only issue I had was that their tools are a little less advanced than the previous salon I went to- but the prices were very fair; free perks for nail designs.

I was new to the area and googled this nail shop and read the reviews. They had great reviews so I thought I would try it. I had a great first experience and they were very welcoming. This is now my nail shop and I havent even tried another! They are wonderful and do great work along with great prices and a friendly atmosphere!

So I called early,on a Saturday to make an appointment. Obviously I am figuring the nail salon will be busy, like I am. I also had a Friend with her two Children coming to visit my kids for spring break. I was very limited on time. I show up on time to my appointment. They then tell me I have to wait forty minutes!!!!! Why would I call and make a appointment if I had time to wait. If it was five minutes it would not be a problem but no....forty. I call that extreme poor customer service. Would definitely bypass this place. Very limited on parking as well.

I use to love this place when Machalle was here . But after new management come I no long like to come here . The new owner/boss names Ellie, She is rude . She is add $ for everything. And they rush you .No co customers service at all . I will not recommend this place to anyone .

Must be great services because I can never get taken care of during the week or weekend. I have a gift certificate and have come in 4 times in the last week and a half and have been told they cant accommodate me or wont have time. Ill never get a gift certificate from them again, especially since theyre so busy they cant seem to honor it. Disappointed!

This Salon has 10 pedicure chairs and at least 6 staff working at all times. Great experience the 2 times I have visited. Attention to detail and high interest to make it a great customer experience. I will meet my DIL here again!

Not happy with their service. They did Shellac nails for me, which is supposed to last more than 2 days....more than a week even and mine didnt. I was out of town and right when I got back I called them. Michelle said theyd give me a redo for free. I told her I couldnt make it in Til Saturday. She was fine with that. When I got their Saturday her words changed and she didnt honor the redo. She said it was a week since my appt last.... I was very upset cause I explained to her all of this over the phone and then her change of story. I will never be going back here. Every time they have messed up something for me :/

I went after just having my nails off for about a week. I was excited since it had good ratings and reviews. When I sat in the chair she was already very rude and rough. When I asked her to cut the tips shorter, she continued on her way with ignoring me. When applying the acrylic she placed bubbles and beyond that the ends are already starting to lift. I was not happy with the service as well. No communication, and I am one who likes to chat while getting my nails done. When filing the ends and shaping the nails, I had round nails and square nails to the point where i had to go home and file them myself. I would nog recommend this place. By the way this was my fiance who made this review.

A bit frustrated, I looked then up on Googl & the place has great reviews & looks nice. But when I was finished I came out with not what I wanted. I wanted color to my nails & some design, but I cant out with a blue French tip with 2 color design. I feel Ive been rip off. The people are nice, but they need to listen to what th he customer wants.

I have been going here for years, but this last time was the last time I will go there. Saturday is always busy, that is why I get there at opening or you will be waiting for a couple hours. So many people came in that the nail chairs were full, I was getting a pedi and waiting for 45 minutes with my hands in acetone when I asked one of the girls for a tool so that I could peel off the old shellac polish off my nails. I get a luxury pedi so I had paraffin dip on my feet, waited for 30 minutes more before I decided to peel off the paraffin on my own. Now I am at 1 hour and 15 minutes with nothing done to my nails and my toes still werent painted. Everyone that had come in after me were being worked on. All said and done, my nails look like a 5 year old painted them, particles of nail debris in my polish as well, all uneven. When I said I am not happy, no response. My toe nails are all uneven, polish all over the sides of my nails. I could have done this all myself and saved 52 bucks! This place has gone down hill, it is dirty and the chairs are so old that the massage bruised my back. I have also heard due to not sterilizing their tools other people have gotten fungus (posted on facebook by a different customer). Find another place to go!

I use to come when they first opened and it really was Luxury. After a few years their top coat started turning brown and I felt rushed thru every service so I stopped coming. I decided 2 weeks ago that I would do back for another chance since I was having a hard time finding real gel nails in the area. I waited for an 1 1/5 to come back because they were so busy. When I got my set they were a little shorter and not as round as I like since they dont have time to really ask and listen to what you want but there were the best set I had had in a long time and I tipped Kevin well before I left. My nails started lifting 2 days later by the time I needed a fill every nail was lifted and one had come right off. So I though maybe if I offer to pay full price they will take a little more time on my fill. I understand being rushed to take more clients and desperately trying to up sell colored rips and shellac so I wasnt taking it personal. We had an appointment for 5 my friend was getting a acrylic fill and I a gel fill which was said on the phone and at least 3 times while I waited for 45mins for them to start my nails. There is never one Tech doing your service for whatever reason they split it in between to people. Michelle filed my nails and told me they would be putting more primer where the nails lifted and that Tina was going to finish my fill and then Michelle would paint. I was extremely frustrated that I had to wait over an hour for them to actually start and so when she sat down I put my Netflix on and spent my time trying to really relax and not be pissed enough to enjoy. After she was done and asked me to pay I looked at my nails and they were horrible I started to file them myself since the job was not done. When it was time for paint I pointed out you could see the superglue they used for the lifting rather than the primer and they just looked bad in general I couldnt see thru them like before. So I had assumed it was the quality of the job and glue and didnt realize till the next morning when I woke up that they didnt use the UV light to cure the gel!!!!!!! I called the shop and was told that they used acrylic and not gel and Michelle refused to acknowledge that I asked for gel several time I asked her who puts acrylic on gel nails and she said sometime the customer doesnt wantto pay the cost for the gel. I told her I have never used acrylic there and had an hour long g conversation with both her and Kevin on how much better it is and she said I asked for the acrylic and that she doesnt know why we even come cause they never make us happy. Wow great customer service right so I ask what am I supposed to do with nails that have gel and acrylic and she tells me you can pay $5 to take them off and $20 for a new set.......I had just spent $20 the day before and had offered to pay $40 if they would take their time and really show their skills. I will never in my life go back I felt so bad like they were being forced to over book and upsell clients but after this last experience I realized you are dispenciable to them as a customer and they cut their prices %50 because they dont care if you come back another customer who loves the low budget price and spent mind the low class work will be right there to take your spot ✌✌✌✌✌✌
