The technician Jenny was able to do exactly what I asked for based off another picture from Google. I absolutely love my nails! She was gentle, fast, and efficient. I also liked the AC in the place! Very comfortable. They still wear masks and have plexiglass dividers up for a sense of safety.

Tried to have me soak my feet in cold water, another lady had to empty and fill it with warm water. A lady cut my cuticles and then proceeded to RUB MY SKIN WITH LEMON SLICES. The “sanitized” tools were already opened before they were brought to the chair. The man who was tending to my friends feet kept yanking at her feet when he needed her to reposition and was upset that she asked him to drill off her shellac instead of RIPPING IT OFF with the tool used to cut the cuticles.And they don’t tell you the extra charges for removing shellac.

Nails are uneven, too thick and theres extra nail gel under my nails thats hardened, so underneath it looks horrible. They were immediately rude and talking bad about me some in English some not so I could hear it. There is one nail tech that does great but she wasnt there. The overall service that day wasnt good.

Had a pedicure/ manicure put it on paper what I wanted and checked out and noticed later I was OVER charged. She never looked to see what the paper said . I paid 80.00 when it should of been less. On top of that I tipped well.....moral of the story is Really pay attention to what they do. Because they will get you like they did me.

If I could give them negative stars I would. They literally denied my service for acrylic nails because they didnt have time to do them when I made an appointment to have acrylic nails. They only did my pedicure which they switched my lotion and oil with someone elses. I left that place crying because that was the only time and day I could get my nails done and be ready for a wedding. This place is extremely unprofessional and completely rude. Do not go there and save your money. Its way to expensive for just two pedicure. I seriously spent $150 for just two pedicures. So I repeat. Dont .Go. There.

Called and was able to come in 10 minutes later to get a manicure. My nails didnt fully dry which was a mistake on my end for not getting gel.Downside of coming here is I saw NONE of the nail techs sanitize anything like they should be with COVID happening. They did take my temperature but they shouldve sanitized every station before letting us get what we needed done.

First of all I had to go to a pc to review. but I called at 10:35 and asked if there would be openings and I was told yess! when would you like? I said I needed to make sure it was ok with the hubby and then when I called back at 10:50 I was told it would not be till way later. so why tell me you have availability if your booked out for hours! Tactless and Unprofessional. So why tell people you have openings if your running solo in the nail shop.

My last pedicure was terrible and cold water, Tracy didnt hear my request of me being cold and way to trim my nails, simply ignored me. Extra charges, NOT worth it anymore! I miss Hoan, she was the best!

I’d gone to Bella nails in Everett for years but since moving up north I rarely go down south, but yesterday I was so my sister and I planned to get our nails and toes done. Both my sister and I were cut and started bleeding during our services and not only that I was really surprised at how dirty the nail stations were while I was getting mine done it was like they didn’t even wipe it clean or the dividers but charged us for a covid disinfecting charge, not to mention their prices have skyrocketed due to covid?… to say I was disappointed would be a understatement and sadly I won’t be returning.

The first time I came in, Kathy did my full set and made the acrylic very thick. She also did not adhere the tip on correctly so my nail was separated at the tips and there was a large gap on almost every nail. She even burned my nail bed multiple times during the prep process. Regardless, I came back in for my fill. A different technician helped me and there was no issue with thickness or burning, though there was still a slight gap in the tip and my nail left over after my nails were filed down some. I came back for my second fill and got Kathy again. Again my nail beds were burned multiple times and the acrylic was so thick it hurt my nails the next day and they were unevenly filed with my natural nail underneath so you could feel all the layers. I came back in the next day to just have them removed. They did not refund my money and took over 15 minutes to sit me even though I called and set the removal appointment and was early.Definitely not satisfied overall and I wouldnt recommend going here if you can find some other place.

Tracy did an AMAZING job. I went this Tuesday night 🌙 very late and Tracy was kind enough to accommodate me at such a late hour. She did the PERFECT nail shaping. I love my nails and so does my husband. ♡

Probably the best service I’ve had ever at a nail salon. I came for a walk in and they got me seated and started right away. The lady doing my pedicure was so thorough when prepping/treating my feet for shellac and really take pride in her work which makes me feel really respected as a customer. She also gave me the best foot massage I have ever had in my life. Love the way my toes came out. Don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else from now on.

Honestly we can all say we have conserns due to covid-19. But when i came in today i didnt know what to expect and now i can say i feel so comfortable going here dispite being in phase 2. They are so clean and sanitary they have social distancing, plexi at every station, and they even use fresh tools for every pedicure. I really feel like im more likely to contract covid-19 while grocery shopping than coming here. They were so nice to me dispite me asking for a complex nail art request. All in all i think they are a great nail salon and have fansatic staff too.

Kathy is the one that did my nails and the beauty queen is stuck up, talking her language about the customers. Dont go here, they suck!

Worst nail place hands down, every time I go their super rude and unprofessional, they messed up on my nails for my birthday and I confronted the lady about making the numbers backwards and she just laughed and didnt even apologize, theyll pull on your hands and feet to get your attention with attitude and on top of that they charge you so much for basic stuff, they do good at what they do dont get me wrong but not professional at all.

I like the concept of the salon: high end spa like feel with individualized selections and have been coming to this salon for almost 4 years. However, on multiple occasions (three times), my daughter has suffered from an incomplete nail or cuticle trim that led to an infection from different nail technicians. I have had my heel scraped quite roughly to the point I have had to wear socks for a week to soothe the sensitive skin. Some of the technicians I have had were new and didnt know how to do a thorough nail clean up. I keep on coming back every so often with the hopes that I get the technician I had a long time ago but, alas, I cannot risk another high priced but poor quality pedicure.

The man was rushing to complete my nails, it was painful and unprofessional. I had to ask that he be a little gentle. I got almond shape and it’s been 3days now, my nails look deformed. I definitely do not recommend. He got an attitude because I didn’t give a tip.

I used to like coming to this place about 4 years ago. But their service changed completely. I think since they always have clients they do not care about customer service. Not sure why so many people are going there since their stuff is rude and they do not care about you. You can wait for hours even if you have an appointment scheduled. They dont care about how well are doing your nails they only care of doing it fast to have more people. It is not the quality what they are offering, it is quantity. One other thing I dont like there is that they always ask for tips. They switch between 3 people to do your nails and expect you to tip each one of them. They are not thankful if you pay with card and tip them, they ask for cash. A tip is not something that is asked for, a tip needs to be deserved. I always leave a tips anywhere i get service like coffee shops, restaurants, nail salons, car wash etc. But the service I get it makes me want to tip that person which is opposite to Bella salon. The stuff at Bella salon are very rude, they do not try to do a quality job, they paint the nails like my child and at the end they ask for tip in cash . Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Had a great experience tonight! They were able to fit me in (very last minute and spur of the moment on my end) for a manicure with shellac and the person who painted my nails really took his time while doing them! He did each nail one at a time and had me dry each nail one at a time to ensure they werent going to get messed up in between painting the other nails! I could really tell he wanted them to turn out great and takes pride in his work! I will continue to come back!

Been coming here for years. Im giving 3 stars because I usually really like it here but today I actually really disliked the service I received. Everything was going fine until the polish basically. I had bumped a couple spots and the repairs that were done looked awful; had to go home, take the polish off, and completely redo it myself. The annoying part was that I pointed out both of my toes needed a touch up, but the tech only touched up one. I tried to point out the other but they just told me to dry my nails and walked away. Ended up waiting for several minutes before I had another opportunity to wave down a tech.The thing that really soured my experience was the checkout. They ask that you tip in cash & they offer cash back to make it easy - alrighty. I was in the process of doing the card reader & the menu popped up to proceed through whether or not I would like to tip. The tech, without asking, reached over (nearly messing up my nails again) and began pressing the buttons to do the cash back process for the tip. I had to uncomfortably inform him that I would not be tipping today. I just thought that was extremely unprofessional - he might as well have reached into my pocket and taken the cash from me. I ended up leaving really disappointed.

Ive been coming to Bella for over 5 years. Im very picky with my nails so when I find someone I like I go back. Tran is amazing. Shes a perfectionist with her work & takes her time. Shes the sweetest & I can always talk to her during my visit. Kevin is also great. He does my pedicure & hes very gentle & takes his time as well. When coming in the staff greats you & asks what service you need. They ask if youd like a complementary drink while youre there. They just re did their interior & this nail salon really looks high end. I love Bella Nails & I always recommend to friends & family.

I went there 2 other times before this and loved my nails. I went this time and the experience was horrible. It took about 2hrs to finish my nails and the staff seemed to be in a bad mood. I really thought I found the right place for me but unfortunately I will be taking my business somewhere else.

My husband and I came in for the first time we seemed impressed with the facility and the customer service however we both got cut with the foot file and the process of infection control was absolutely unacceptable! If the state came in for an inspection they would find that you reuse files and nail buffers putting me and my husband at risk of fungus or any other nail disease. Unfortunately our relaxing experience became a painful service. If I have an infection or any other result from my service I will be billing Bella nails for it. Also the technicians were very unprofessional speaking in their language, both Kathy and Tracy.

I’ve been here 4 times now. 3 times for shellac manicure and once for a pedicure. The first shellac manicure lasted about a week—that being said, I’m very hard on my nails, and they were already super short and not well-maintained so I don’t really fault them for that. My regular pedicure was an okay experience, and the polish is still there 4 weeks later.The 5 stars is really for Cindy!! She’s done my last two shellac manicures. She is so careful and precise, and she really makes sure that the entire nail is well-covered. As previously mentioned, I’m very hard on my nails. When I came in for the first time, I had been somewhere else for a shellac manicure, and before she soaked off the old shellac, she noticed where the polish was starting to lift on the sides. So she paid particular attention to filing down the sides of my nails so that wouldn’t be a problem. And it wasn’t!! I came back in after 2 weeks—even though I was very close to getting it to last 3 weeks. Short version of the story, I had a VERY stressful week so when the polish started chipping on the ends, I started picking at it, and before I knew it, I’d torn off all the shellac. When I explained to her, she paid careful attention to really covering the ends this time too so chipping wouldn’t be a problem this time.I won’t go anywhere else now. I’ve never asked for a manicurist by name, but I did the second time, and I will from now on. Cindy, if you ever leave, please tell me where you’re going!!! :-)

I went into this place super hopeful as my family member said it was really nice. But I ended up paying $65 for a gel pedicure that started peeling off when I got home.. I’ve had gel done for years and have never experienced this. I chose one of the nicer pedicures hence the price and honestly I felt like they rushed it and weren’t focused. I’m disappointed and feel like I wasted my money for not quality work. Not only was the gel peeling but there were spots still left on my skin and parts of the nail missed/wavy. I won’t be returning especially at their prices. I would suggest trying a different place if you’re looking around.

I was VERY unhappy with the quality of my nails but i was even more upset with the customer service I received from Tim. Probably a sweet guy but was OBVIOUSLY distracted by his co-workers. He seemed scared to paint my entire nail or something. Between the nail polish and my skin was a white gap looked like I already needed a fill. He painted my nails, told me to put them in front of the fans and then disappeared into the back to sit down with coworkers and eat and laugh for the next 20 MINUTES. I looked back there confused and he still just sat there eating and laughing. VERY RUDE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Didnt once come and check on me during that time

I love this place! Been going to them for years! Just hard to choose between SNS and Acrylic with Shellac. I go pretty hard on my nails and they last a good long time! Definitely recommend this place!!!

My husband went there for a simple manicure-not even polish and the female technician was constantly rushed my a male manager. Made him feel like he was bothering her and she needed to hurry up with him. He likes to keep his hands neat but decided not to ever go back and neither will I.

I’ve gone here for a couple years now and this last time I went and the guy was rushing and very rude and he made me bleed in 3 fingers and he didn’t fill my nails in all the way it looks like I might need a fill soon. Absolutely terrible.

TIM did my nails and I honestly dont believe he has done this very long. I could tell he was just helping out as it was really busy.

I have been coming to this salon for 5+ years, always nice, courteous and want to make sure your happy. They have a couple a nail technicians that are superb at special designs anything from hand painting to custom powder designs. I recommend bringing in a picture of what you would like and they will try or alternatively suggest a way it can be done to accomplish the design. Best to make an appointment for the harder designs. I really like Jenny and Handsome and they always take my challenging designs on with a fun bubbly smile and say Ill try it!!

Ive been coming here for about two years and each time I leave I tell myself, Thats it, last time. and then I come back in because theyre convenient and open late etc. But my nails look like I did them myself for $40....Ugh! I have a wedding to go to and now Im going to try and get them redone somewhere else.

The best job I’ve seen in a very long time! They got me finished in no time and did and amazing job! Absolutely loved Jenny who did and amazing job on my nails! The place is very clean and organized and has the best selection of colors after going here you want be able to go anywhere else!

Awful customer service. I came in for a pedicure and a fill. The only words my two techs said to me were what color, other than that, I might as well have been a maniquine. They both had plenty to say to their Co workers in Vietnamese though. I did get a few minutes chat with another worker who was waiting for customers and she asked how my day was going. Another worker was watching a show on her phone with headphones WHILE doing a fill, since I wasnt being talked to I just sat and watched her work for a few minutes, pause to watch her phone, back working, pause again.

I had made an appointment at this location they didnt seem to even know if someone made an appointment. Also got red top nails. They looked okay at first but within one day the paint was so thick it lifted so now I have lifted paint in some areas. Secondly one of my nails was a different shape then the others also shorted. She also had shaved my nails underneath so poorly. I wont be coming back.

I’ve gone here a few times and liked it until my most recent visit I got a fill and my nails are sharp because they were so poorly filed. The polish was also very poorly done. You could see where the polish and the acrylic nail separated. The polish was a dark color so the white sides of the nail and the tops are very obvious. Probably won’t be returning :/

This place is amazing! It is such an experience, they serve drinks like slushees too. A guy named “Handsome” did a shellac fill in about 30-40 minutes with a trim, and my nails had the perfect shape, all were the same length, and looked very natural. He said he was very busy that day but still made sure I was taken care of and I know that can be hard when you have a stressful day.

First two times coming here, I had great experiences. However, the nail tech that started my nails last time was rough when taking off my shellac and the lady the finish it did a terrible job with the dip powder. I still have old shellac on the sides of my nails that she didnt take fully off. They charged me 50 dollars but are supposed to be running a special. Ill never come here again. Waste of time a money.

My usual salon that I love was unable to get me in till Monday. So I came here sense I was desperate for a fill. It cost me $60 just to get a fill with shillac and a marble design on 2 fingers. $60..... This is in no way a high end salon for these high end prices. There is no set price here, many times I heard the manger going around telling people different prices, one women got 2 little rhinestones on her nail, she walked up and told her that would be $30 extra. For two rhinestone. The same ones you can buy off amazon for less then $20 and get over 100 of them. So clearly she was not happy. They didnt know I was semi-bilingual so I listened to employees make fun of customers the entire time. Including a mother and young daughter. The employees where very loud, I mean like screaming across the entire business, laughing and whispering to each other and pointing at costumers. It was like I was in a bar or middle school. Mind you there was at least 8 to 10 employees at once in this small space. I watched them use the same tools on 2 different people without disinfecting. On top of that a women next to me was getting a what they called a luxury manicure, she was older and very sweet. After the nail tech was finished she asked if she could have the lotion massage sense it was part of the package. The man literally plops the lotion in front of her, says here and walks away.my design turned out pretty good, but there was a lot of jagged edges so I had to file them down when I got home and reshape a few nails. Even if I wanted to say something there was no way to get there attention even though she was right in front of me. To them the customer was just a thing in the room, disturbing the party. So I just say quietly and really just wanting out of there. I paid and ran. I really should have waited till Monday.

It was my first time coming to this salon... my sister in law and I walked in and we asked for 2 pedicures. My sister in law asked for a design and the guy said they didn’t have time for it. She didn’t like that at all.. My guy was fine, although he rushed through, he asked me what color I wanted and I wanted my 2nd toe silver and the rest baby blue, but he didn’t even let me tell him and he was like “oh no no It will look better with the silver over the baby blue.” He didn’t take his time AT ALL! He only went through it once and put the silver coat on and left. We payed $52 and my in laws nails are ruined. Never coming back.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I paid almost the price for a full set of what I pay at my favorite place just to remove my nails and get French tip painted on. The lady who painted my nails cut and ripped my acrylics off of my nails and when I told her it hurt she just continued like nothing happened. NOT THE CORRECT WAY TO REMOVE ACRYLICS AT ALL. I did not even feel bad about not leaving a tip.

I love coming in. Jenny always takes care of me and does an awesome job. The nails.last which is hard for me with my nails being naturally thin and working with chemicals and as a bartender lots of alcohol and juices.

I just got my nails done and let me tell you, natalie is a peach. She does an amazing job on my nails. I have gone to many different nail salons and i have never had someone so quick and efficient. I had to have her take my nails off and put a full set on and she was very attentive making sure she never hurt me. I recommend this place to everyone!

My maid of honor took me here to get ready for my wedding in 2013. I had such a great experience that I will never go anywhere else even though I moved 30 minutes away. Jenny is the best, she is very sweet and even when I come up with crazy designs she creates them on my nails. They have competitive pricing which I like and pretty good service, I will be a life long customer!

This place is horrible. In sanitary and in how they over charge. I got charged $75 for a shellac manicure. Afterwards I saw on their website it is normally $45. I came for a gel polish manicure and the technician completely ignored me and did shellac gel manicure. When I got a massage as a part of the manicure, the lady used the old towel she had been using on the previous customer with all the nail dust to wipe the lotion off my arms. She also drilled (with previously used DIRTY drill) my healthy nail so thin that when the shellac was applied it burned my sore nail beds. I had the nails removed and there were red splotches of blood underneath the nail bed. Its been a few weeks and my nails are so thin, brittle and so sensitive. I will never go back to this place, after reading other reviews I see that Im not the only one who was taken advantage of.

I went in today and tried to check in for a pedicure and as Im waiting in line they let three different people cut in front of me. They never said can I help you, they never acknowledged me until I said to another worker there Ive been waiting here and your co worker keeps letting people in front of me. They never said Im sorry. It seems that they did not care at all I have been going bella nail bar for a while and I will never go back again terrible customer service. That is not how you treat customers you try and acknowledge all who enter your place of business by saying Ill be with you shortly or just one moment please. I have worked in customer service for many years and I would never ignore or treat anyone differently.

I had never been here before, but went out of convenience and need after being at the mall. I probably should have checked the reviews. Its the worst pedicure Ive ever had.My feet are still completely rough, my toenails are completely uneven, the polish job looks like a 5 year old did it with polish over my cuticles and strangely on the bottom of one of my toes. I asked her to even my nails out and she told me they were fine. The polish was so old and thick it didnt even go on evenly. The lack of caring was obvious.Worst 42 dollars Ive ever spent.I am heading to another place today to get them fixed.This place sucked.

There are monitors that rotate through pics, specials, and their policies, one of which says they will give you a discount if the technicians speak to each other in Vietnamese the entire time. This is a good policy to see in place, but still greatly needs to be improved. My techs definitely chatted with each other in Vietnamese more than they spoke to me. My mani was good and the pedi was outstanding. Plus the selection of free beverages is a nice bonus. I look forward to going back.

I am so disappointed. I heard great things and they did a horrible job on me and all my wedding party. One rushed and didnt even make it look good and match, when complained to manager the nail person got upset fixed it but used a different color. One was told NUMEROUS times that she needed to add a silver line, did not do it!! They completely over charged . I WIL NEVER go back. 115 dollars for a full set and a pedicure, just to go somewhere to have someone else fix them.

I was recommended by a friend to go get a pedicure from this place. I went out of my way and drove to Everett from Lynnwood for the best pedicure ever. Everything seemed fine except for how rude the lady was, which thats really not a huge deal to me. BUT when I woke up this morning my big toe was THROBBING and twice its size and I can barely walk because Im in so much freaking pain. I will never go to this place again!

Got acrylics TWO DAYS AGO and theyre already lifting, the nail polish applied is extremely uneven, each nail has its own shape rather than them matching, you can see my natural nail sticking out from under the acrylics, it already looks like I need a fill because the lady didnt apply to my full nail. Dont waste your time here.

Dont go here!! They rush through appointments and I got shellac and it chipped within 4 days of me getting them done. Go to Queen nails just down the street because they are fabulous and my nails lasted so long!!

Just moves here and looking for a place. Made the mistake of going to Bella Nail bar. I like my nails squared which they were when I went in. Just had a manicure with shellac and I have rounded nails and every single one is different. Soupsetwith this place. Not a single person that worked there speaks English. Other customers would say what they were requesting and it would take 3 or 4 of them to figure out what they wanted. Not ever will I ho here and I will not let anyone I know go there either.

Great place, great service. Wish it wasnt so expensive, but I guess all nail salons are these days. Nails turned out awesome.

I have no idea why people are critical of this salon. I have had my acrylic nails and pedicures done by Handsome and Cindy. In the year Ive been going there Ive never been disappointed. Every day compliments on my nails. And I have never heard anything but compliments from the other customers. The employees are Vietnamese, and often speak their language but it never seems to be about the customers. The technicians are friendly, professional, and extremely excellent at what they do. I highly recommend this business.

Went with my 2 granddaughters. We made reservations so we could all be done at once. One granddaughter was halfway done and then ignored. After 20 minutes I asked when they would finish her and was told in just a minute. After asking again after 30 mins, same response. My other granddaughter and I were done. Took at least 45 minutes to get back to her and half hour to finish.

I went there today and usually have a great experience. Today my nails are very uneven and poorly polished. When I tried to mentioned it they take it like your criticizing them. If you know good business then if a customer ask to have something fixed it should be fixed and not be a bad thing.

Awesome experience, comfortable environment and friendly customer service. So many choices for Nails, mani and Pedicure service. I love Cocktail Pedicure. I don’t why not good review from Google, but totally excellent Highly recommend to everyone.

I’ve gone to this salon for 3 years and I can count on my hand the number of times I DIDNT wait for at least 15 minutes for my appointment. If you don’t mind waiting almost 30 minutes than they do a really great set of acrylics. On occasion they will argue and tell you what they think is better but for the most part give you what you ask for. However, I will not be returning.

They are awesome and dedicated, and they gave special scalp massage. Highly recommend!!

A place that is really amazing. It was clean it was friendly it was affordable and best of all it was probably the best pedicure Ive ever received definitely going back my new place.

Worst nail salon ever !! My daughter and her friend came in to get thier nails done. My daughters friend showed the nail tech a picture of how she wanted her nails he said he couldnt do that exact color but would do a different white with some small jewels. Besides ripping of her skin while doing the nails the nails looked horrible, Im not sure if they did an awf job becuase they thought the girls were young and wouldnt say anything but terrible service. I told him thats not what she wanted and if he could fix it he immediately got mad and yelled at her. I told him to fix them like the picture she showed him, he demanded that she payed before he fixed the nails it came out to 53 dollars absolutely ridiculous.
