What I asked for was not what I got. They were no help trying to help find the color I wanted. Couldnt tell me if the matte top coat would darken the polish. I showed many pictures of the color and shape I was wanted. She got frustrated because she shaped them different and I said thats isnt what I wanted. Showing the picture again. Finally just let her do whatever and paid just so we could leave. I will post pictures of what I wanted and what I got. I was a regular with the previous owner. I will not return now. $75 down the drain. Pictures of color and shape I asked for then what I actually finally left with.

Disappointing experience. The woman who did my nails (shellac manicure) was very nice but this is easily the worst manicure Ive experienced. She did not trim my nails (which were obviously uneven and needed to be trimmed to be even) and the shaping with the file was uneven and chuncky. She did not clean under the nails which id expect in a manicure. Polish was ok with some evenness issues but the real concern was the lack of appropriate shaping and cleaning.

I had an amazing time here. I got a full set with gel and 6 days later it still looks like the day they gone done and they look amazing. I have gotten so many compliments and I would be so glad to visit again. Thank you

This was my first time walking into this nail salon. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and service offered. Loved my pedicure and manicure done in shellac. Love that they cover the foot tub in a bag for cleanliness. Definitely will come again for nail services here. Come give this place a try.

This is such a random hole in the wall place that I honestly wasnt sure what to expect, but every time I stop by my experience is 5 star worthy. The employees are super friendly and welcoming when you walk in, the woman who does the waxing is very nice and adds extra touches like filling your eyebrows in with pencil after theyre done (and does a great job), sometimes a quick temple massages, etc. This is pretty cool and unexpected for nail shop prices which makes me want to come here vs others. Ive had pedicure here also and always been happy.

I will go black to this nail salon. As a walk-in I experienced a short wait and a very thorough manicure. Great costumer service as well.

Don’t be fooled by the empty salon and dim appearance. Kathy did a stunning job. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 13, so I’ve been to plenty of places. I was skeptical with her technique at first, but the finished product is adorable. They feel and look amazing. I just left the salon, so I don’t have any authority to say anything about wear time or durability, or if they’ll get infected, however, she sprayed my hands down w alcohol and wiped everything pretty well, and they feel very sturdy. I will come again next time I’m up this far north.

The first time I went here, my service was amazing and the owner was there and he was fun to carry a conversation with. I would’ve rated my first experience at 5 stars. However, I went back 3 days ago for a fill and a nail color change. I wanted the pink and white ombré and got something else that looks bad to me. That’s not the worst part. Tonight my real nail literally broke in half horizontally under the fake nail and started to bleed horribly. I didn’t hit it on anything or damage it. I believe the use of the electric tools on my real nails caused them to be so thin that my pinky nail literally broke in half. I will not be returning because this “fill” and nail colorChange was expensive for what I got. And I can’t figure out how to post a picture or I would.

If I could give a lower rating I would... my friend and I walked in and the place was completely empty and the lady there seemed to be very sweet and pleasant at first. But as soon as we got settled and sat down, the lady decided to take up 10 minutes of the time talking about some customer’s eyebrows, going all the way to getting a sketch pad and drawing what she was talking about it. At one point she was poking at my eyebrows in her explanation. We somehow got her to talk about something else and she got to work on my pedicure - hot stones were included, which was nice - but not much of a foot exfoliation even though it appeared she did - but I still had dead skin on my toes. The pedicure itself, other than that, was good.But then she got started on my manicure. Again, the skin on the sides of my fingers by the nail wasn’t really touched. She was painting the nails and then after she was done painting them, she was trying to convince me to add glitter / nail sparkle to it. I told her very clearly I did not want to. She continued to try and push it and eventually she said “you may not want to but I want to!” And she took my fingernail and painted the glitter on it!!! I told her I did not like that, to please take it off and redo the nail. She then went as far too ask my friend if she likes it to try to convince me to keep it!!! My friend had to tell her “No, she does not like it!” AND THEN SHE JUST PAINTED OVER IT AND CALLED ME PICKY FOR NOT LIKING IT AND NOT LETTING HER DO THAT. I didn’t even make her redo it because I was choosing my battles (WHICH SHOULD NEVER BE THE CASE) and by that point we were already there for an hour. We just wanted to leave by then but my friend chose to stay for an acrylics mani which took her over an hour to do. Needless to say, worst salon experience I have ever had and never going back. I’m not sure if it was just the worker there that day, or if it’s just that bad in general.We went there because there were so many good reviews - can’t always trust them is my lesson!

I came in a little nervous, due to my last experience elsewhere. But the lady who greeted me and did my nails did an awesome job. I asked for a full set and to remove what I had (only because they looked horrible and I just wanted them off!). She explained to me that I only needed a fill and she would fix the shape to save me money. When she was finished they looked SOO much better! I love them! 😍 Ill definitely be coming back!

I have been going here for 7 years came with previous owner who was amazing and when it changed ownership I stayed and gave them a chance, they are wonderful Im very very hard on my nails and the lady that does them now does an amazing job they are strong and stay looking great til I can get in for fills, they are always so sweet and do what I ask and make sure Im happy before I leave, they also go above and beyond to make sure Im happy give a little massage on my hands, and my eyebrows look incredible. I have also come in to have a pedicure and on those they definitely make sure people feel good best pedicure Ive ever gotten. TRY THEM OUT. Totally worth it.

Always excellent work. Very friendly service. Never have premature lifting around the nail bed. Quality work that lasts and not pushy with upsales.

Horrible experience DONT GO HERE. Scheduled my appt 1 hr and 30 mins in advance just to get there and door is locked no employee anywhere. She arrives 10 mins late has an attitude while she is throwing the pedicure tools on the floor during my service. Told me to leave if Im not happy because i flipped towel to the clean side. Gets on the phone with owner cussing me out in another language instead of finishing my service. Go Somewhere Else and Save your time and money

Let me tell you about my first and last time I come to this nail salon . When I arrived the nail salon was empty and I was seated right away which was nice . The nail tech was nice too at first until she came to do my nails. I politely asked her to wash her hands because she had just came from the pedicure area working on someones feet! & she said I sanitize okay I let it slide and she got started and all I can think about was 99.9% kills germs... as she proceeded to do my nails she had two teenagers that were obviously not nail techs observing in training over her shoulders . I had asked for coffin shape nails with shellac and as she was filing the nails they were so uneven and I pointed that out to her and she said I fix it no worries. Okay, at this point she had to keep getting up multiple times to assist with other clients as well due to being understaffed and then would come back again without washing her hands and just wanted to sanitize her hands. I was already grossed out . After she finished my nails after being there for 2 HOURS I also needed a color change on my toes . Originally I was suppose to get a pedicure as well but since I was already there for so long I decided not too and just change the color . I sat in the pedicure chair and the teenage boy that was observing came over and did not even know how to do a color change or even file my toenails . I was already very irritated and just wanted to leave ! I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I had never had such a horrible experience. This nail salon was very unsanitary. Oh and I forgot to mention a client and her daughter also came in and the little girl was suppose to get a manicure and they did not soak the little girls nails and just started to push her cuticles back with the metal tool and I could tell that it was hurting her so bad and someone else had to tell him to soak and put lotion on her hands . Fast forward.. time to pay, I told her how unhappy I was and all she did was give me a discount of a few dollars which was appreciated however she told me to come back in two weeks to give me more of a discount . Not even 2 days later two nails break off and are lifting from the cuticles . My toenails were not filed properly and are at a slant with sharp edges . I had to even come home after leaving the nail salon and file my own nails and toenails because it was just a horrible job . I will not be coming back here again. Theres nothing ORGANIC about this place!

I went in to get my nails removed and I was crying cause of pain. They don’t soak the nails they just start to peel them off. After they finished I got them painted and it’s very clear. I got blue and they spent a few minutes then had me dry them. It’s bumpy, thin and clear and just crappy! Not worth $15 dollars.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! SHE GAVE ME A FUNGUS!! She was polite enough, however she is very hard to understand. At first, I was moderately satisfied with my nails. I do tend to be very picky about my nails, after all Im paying good money for them! But, after my first fill I started getting uncomfortable with her practices. I started watching and saw that the tools were being used over and over on different clients. Same tools, different people. Then, I noticed she missed some nail polish from the last color and put the acrylic on top of it. Couple days later I noticed that what I thought was nail polish? WAS A FUNGUS GROWING UNDER THE ACRYLIC ON. MY FINGERNAIL!! 25 years of getting my nails done at various nail salons and NEVER had this happen before!So, I went back and had her take that nail off, she TRIED TO BLAME ME!! She said You let water get under nail, thats why fungus If she had done my nails right water couldnt have gotten under there! So I left and did some running around with my daughter, but ai went back and asked her if shed take the rest off as I didnt want to take any chances with my other nails. She finished the pedi-cure she was doing, then came and started working to take the nails off. Wasnt too hard I was due for a fill anyway. As shes taking my nails off she gets a phone call from the girl that works with her. She quit because she needs to make more money! They are not very busy there, I guess now I know why! As shes gets the last one off she turns around and pickles up a small trash can, reaches in and pulls out a file and buffer TO USE ON MY FINGERS.......OUT OF THE TRASH!!!!! I got up to leave, she said $10 for nail off I told her NO. YOU give me. A FUNGUS on my fingernail! YOU take off nails! When she started laughing, I turned and walked out!!I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN! Giving her one star is being generous!

Best Salon Ive been too!Sense Ive started getting my acrilic nails done, I havent found a salon that I was truly impressed by until now, let alone ever went back to a salon more than once.Lets start with the location, if you blink you might miss it. The outside is deceiving and blends in with the rest of the shops on the corner of 41st and Rucker.When walking in first hesitant because of its appearance, I was pleasantly surprised with beautiful leather pedicure chairs lining the wall, and marble and silver manicure tables also with more than comfortable leather chairs on the opposite side of the room.I was greeted by the owner of the salon, Tammy. A beautiful Vietnamese woman dressed in stylish clothing and gorgeous nails. Of course a reassurment that Id come to the right place.She first asked me to sit down at her table before she soon followed. Of course asking me what I wanted which was originally just to fix two nails that had lifted off and a fill with a new accent nail design.She started taking off my nail polish and filed my nails down to prepare for the fill. She soon noticed my last set was lifting and said that she could still do a fill but because the original acrilic was lifting it would likely come off the the who before.So knowing that I got a new set, and let me tell you. I LOVE them! They are thin but have the arch across the stress line of the nail unlike my last ones that broke at the tip on several fingers.Then to top it off she told me what I should watch out for when having my nails done to make sure they are quality.For my nail art I asked her for all seahawks, and she painted them on without even looking at a picture. I was really suprised by the skill it takes to pain something that small let alone the Seahawks symbol.I was so extremely excited about my nails, and just the care and time she took on them.Its rare when you meet someone who enjoys the tedious effort.Ill DEFINITELY be coming back again and again!Next time for a pedicure!Ps:25$ for my set of acrylic10$ for my extremely detailed nail art on every fingerIncluding a football, yard lines, alternating colors of blue and green, and the Seahawks logo.

Just went in to get get my nails painted and it was like she was upset and used the thinnest layer of color. Pretty disappointed it was only 6 bucks but wont be going back. My nails look awful...

She was being very rude to me and my mother and she wouldn’t fix the crooked nails she had messed up don’t waste $30 on crappy acrylics here guys she was also being disrespectful and would push and tug my arm like if I were a toy and she also said the color choice I had made was ugly
