Really hate to have to leave this review after having had so many great experiences and recommending multiple friends and family here. But today really changed it all. I’m writing this on behalf of my sister because I know she would never, because she already had a hard enough time trying to get them to reason with her. Really long story short, her nail technician yday did a horrible job and left her dipped nails rounded, wide and bubbles. She wasn’t mad and didn’t want to embarrass the technician, so she returned to her car and called them immediately instead. Explained the situation and they agreed she would go back today to have them removed and get a full refund.Today it went super south.When she arrived they told her they didn’t look “that bad” and they were not giving a refund.Then told her they didn’t know how to do a refund, so she had to take a gift card (so they wouldn’t lose the $).She kept things polite and really insisted she wanted them removed and wanted a refund they proceeded to tell her that the technician did her nails twice now and now asking her to remove is a third time and she is “stealing money and time” from the technician. At this point the original technician comes over and starts telling my sister it’s her fault. The dip was reluctantly removed. Please see the photo of her nails and how she left them. She also let the tech keep the original tip and tipped to have them removed.Not into businesses gaslighting paying customers who aren’t getting the services that are paying for, and then made to feel bad about speaking up. Super whack.

I got a new set of acrylics and they did a great job. The manicurist took a lot of care and effort and clearly took pride in her work. My friend got an semi intricate cherry design she had found on tiktok and they executed it flawlessly. Well priced. Good experience.

Best place I’ve been to in the area. Take their time and are very good! They have so many colors too!

Went in for basic mani pedi with my bf. they took him right away and I sat there for 40 minutes. My feet do not look any different my legs are covered in oil and my feet are covered in dry dead skin. His nails are still super long and I feel like we just wasted over $100. She did a great job with the polish it’s perfect but that’s the only upside. These photos were post-pedi. You can clearly see they did nothing. My feet weren’t even that bad to begin with they looked exactly the same as when I went in. Minus the polish.

Had dip done on my nails and they were the wrong color, asked to match my toes so the woman obviously annoyed did two more layers over the wrong color because she didn’t want to have to have to start again. I called and asked if I could come back to have them removed/refund but of course she could keep the generous tip I left her and when I went it another woman doubted what happened, blamed me, said she could only give a gift card back (which I wasn’t going back after how uncomfortable the whole thing was) I was still calm and just asked for a refund, she proceeded to say how I wasted the woman’s time from yesterday making her do another coat and her time today as she now had to remove them. I said sorry and just kept asking for the money back (not the tip) it was a lot of arguing on their end and finally I left with my nails looking terrible. Before getting the dip my nails weren’t cleaned at all, removal of the cuticles and everything else wasn’t done, frustrating experience to say the least.

I was blown away by the professionalism at this salon! My pedicure looks fantastic. The technician was careful, thorough and did a beautiful job. I will be going back next month!

Cut my cuticle and now my finger won’t stop bleeding. Other than that, great manicure

Overall fantastic experience. Everyone was very nice, the place was clean, and they did an outstanding job with a regular manicure and pedicure. Will be back next time Im in town!

The atmosphere was well kept but the prices were too high with services not meeting expectations .

Great ownership and always the best quality. They also own Elegant Nails in Medford which speaks for itself. They remember your name and always treat everyone with professionalism. Not to mention my nails are always perfect!!

My friend and I came at 7 when they close at 8. Only 2 customers were in the salon but we got told to leave because they were too busy. All we wanted were pedicures and one worker was clearly just sitting. Upset needed my nails done before a trip

I went early in the morning on a Sunday as soon as they opened and bumped into poor customer service. They asked if I had an appointment,I told them no so then I asked if they don’t have walking and they said we do, but we are busy so instead of the lady telling me to wait until someone becomes available she told me she couldn’t do my nails. I would think they want customers since the place is new. Poor customer service

This was an amazing experience! Not only were they extremely professional and kind they kept the venue sanitary and safe; which is especially important to me due to COVID. My nail tech was attentive and was able to take my directions perfectly. The owners are always present and attentive to customer needs. Prices were reasonable and service was timely. I cant recommend this shop enough!

This salon opened two weeks ago and I am blown away at how smooth my visit went. I got a full set of French tip acrylics and Kim did a wonderful job. She took her time, paid attention to detail and was extremely polite the entire time. She made friendly conversation and most of her and her associates seem to be bilingual. After, I got the deluxe pedicure. At first I was skeptical about paying for “deluxe” but they really massaged each of my legs four different times and used hot stones and warm towels. The massage chairs work great and all of the equipment and furniture appears to be completely brand new. The entire layout is well planned, classy and comfortable. I will be returning!

Unprofessional employees, even with appointment was abandoned while other customers were serviced (came in after me). They had me waiting way past the appointed time with no check in from staff after I told them of my appointment. Very disappointed in the business.

Wonderful experience. It was a clean and very welcoming environment. Staff was cleaning the entire time I was there! The leg massage with the pedicure was unmatched by any other nail salon I’ve been too! Mani pedi came out excellent! Lux nails did a wonderful job and I will be going here for all future nail appointments!

My new go-to. The staff is really friendly and I’ve been very pleased with the amount of detail that goes into my dip manicure and gel pedicure. Highly recommend!

I never write reviews, but not only did I receive an poor quality pedicure and manicure... the nail technician cut my toe nails too short and now I have an ingrown toenail. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN INGROWN TOENAIL. I will never come here again.

Over priced, the nails look terrible and they do a rushed job. The cut deep into my skin while filing my nails. The shape was terrible. They didn’t do anything that I wanted ! Stick with what you know . Save your money and go to your normal nail salon

Yesterday I went to have a design made, I showed him and he did the opposite, some were very big and the other small ones I have always gone and yesterday they did a bad job.

My gel nails lasted 2 weeks and only started chipping cause of my work. It would of lasted if I didnt have to constantly dig my fingers under pans at work to restock the food

Find out this new store when I had dinner in taxes road house with my friends, gave it a try the other day, it is very clean and big, the staffs are very friendly, will go back again

Great new place. Beautiful modern decor and equiptment. My 9 year old niece and I got mani pedis here. My tech Jay was friendly and through. The entire staff was kind and engaging.I really enjoyed my experience at this salon it just opened and has a lot of specials for kids and students.

I have never been to a nail salon that glues your finger to the table well guess last night I did it was mine then she laugh ... There over priced and the nails look horrible .. If you wanted to go there trust me save your money and stick with your regular nail salon !!! Not a good experience at all...
