Best place to ever go. I will never go anywhere else for my lashes. Kim is the most amazing at doing lashes and always makes sure they’re beautiful and the exact way I want them. Thick and full. Won’t ever go anywhere else! Amazing prices too!

Amazing service they did so good on my nails, the owner Kim was very nice, made sure I like my nails (I had told her about having issues the last couple places and needing a new place to go) I told her who sent me there she knew exactly who I was talking about when all I said was my friend first name (which is a common name) this is my new nail place for sure!!

Kim is amazing! She did my nails for a long time and if I could still have acrylics I would still get them only from her. The lash extensions she does are beautiful. I’ve seen some complaints on wait times but it’s to be expected if you call and book with Kim, you won’t be disappointed.

Really a happy about my nails the first time the second time I went I wasnt too happy with the price or the nails after they were finished.

I will not be going back there! When I arrived and told them what I wanted done with my nails they said it would be $35 well I get done and not to mention they are not that good looking at all! Well I went to pay and they told me $50. Not cool at all! DONT GO THERE!!! its a damn joke!

As a licensed cosmetologist, it is hard to find a decent nail salon that actually cleans their equipment. Labella nail Salon is clean, with great prices, hours and great girls. Specifically Kim is my favorite. She does amazing nail, amazing free style art on nails and amazing eyebrows. I refuse to go anywhere else.So I love. Try them. You wont be disappointed.

Kim did my lashes beautifully. Perfectly what I wanted even though I couldnt articulate exactly what I wanted. Also gave me brows I didnt know I had. Feeling like 20 years younger. Made me a believer. Ill go here from now on. Just Awesome!

Terrible service. Went in for a pedicure & not only was I there for 2 hours sitting in the chair waiting on them while they worked on other people, but they completely rushed my nails once it was finally my turn. My cuticles were never cut, my nails were never shaped, and the nail polish work was worse than if I had done it myself. They also dropped the nail polish brush on the floor and continued using it on me. Unreal. Once I finally mentioned the sloppy work, they acted irritated, tried to “fix it” and proceeded to do yet another rushed sloppy job for a second round. They also had what seemed like two 15 year olds working on their clientele (including myself)? They had no idea what they were doing and constantly misplacing tools and bickering with each other. Must have been family because I’m not sure they were even old enough to be legally employed. On top of all of that they charged me almost 50 dollars for this horrendous experience. Will not return.

Kim was amazing! Loved my nails. She was super busy but still got me and 2 daughters going.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The ladies are nice, but they do HORRIBLE work on nails. My nails werent straight, I wanted stiletto with a rounded tip and this is what I got. The lady stopped working on my nails to go do her daughters eyebrows and had me look for the colors I wanted in their cabinet. I also got my toes done and I asked them to cut them shorter and they didnt, they didnt even get rid of the dead skin on my feet and made me walk barefoot on their nasty floor. I was leaving out of town the next day or else I wouldve gone elsewhere. This is my warning for other girls DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Customer service was great. Kim did my lashes today, very friendly. Loving my lashes, I will be returning.

Should not be doing lash extensions glued my eyelashes together they all fell out over a week. And then her to sleep with there’s no way this lady should be doing lashes she talked on the phone the whole time a customer was complaining about getting her while she’s done before I even stepped in the room I should’ve known better she should not be doing lashes. Her name is Kim if you go to do lashes with her be where you’re basically just giving her $100 to mess up your eyelashes not pleased at all.

I love this place. Very warm and welcoming. Best place to relax after a long hard day at work. Get a pedicure, it is worth it! Ask for Kim, she is awesome. I had my nails done here for my bday. And I am very satisfied. I would recommend to anyone. Check it out for yourself!

Best nail salon EVER!!!I had broken my ankle and went in to get my nails done and they are so sweet. I had one of the girls working on my nails while another one of the girls cut and painted my toes since I could not get up in the chairs to do a pedicure. They sat me down on a chair put my foot up so it was comfortable and pampered me all the way!! It felt so good!! this is really the best nail salon in Snohomish County!! Go see them you wont be disappointed!!

Not the worst place don’t get me wrong but do not get any type of pedicure here... because the older man that does the pedicures does not finish doing a good job at it and has even cut my toe which I got an infection the next day. Save yourself some money, go somewhere else.

Spent 5 minutes here.Told them I wanted a manicure.Employee1: Shellac?Me: No, just regular nail polish.(Employee1 looks at employee2)Employee2: (walking towards me) you want a manicure and pedicure.Me: No, just manicure.Employee2: Shellac?Me: No, regular polish. (I walk towards polish wall.)Employee2: (Walks to Mani station opposite of polish wall. Pulls out chair.) You can sit here.Me: Ill pick out a color here.Employee2: (Pats chair a bit insistently and then picks up a basket of shellacs.) You pick out Shellac color.I said, Im gonna go, because I dont think you are understanding me.Well, they might have understood. Or they might not have, but I would be surprised at this because the conversation was all about their business, no new ideas or vocabulary to process.

Kim is the best! I love their premium pedicure packages and the price is unbeatable. I wont let anyone but Kim touch my eyebrows and even if you dont come in often they always remember names!!! :)

Miss Kim dose the best nails. I have tried several nail salons and labellas is the one I go to all the time. They are friendly, prices are good, they are clean, and they do more then nails. I love this place.

My friend and I have had a really hard time finding a place that #1- is clean and #2- gives you good customer service (not talking to each other over you.. and not rushing a pedi and mani in 50min).We have gone here 3 times now.. and each time, they have done a fantastic job!Kim will have her family come when she gets super busy, so very family oriented.I like the atmosphere much better than these super big, loud, and rushed places that do cheap work..

All I can say is Im disappointed! The older gentleman who did my nails got acrylic all over the sides of my fingers and couldnt take it off. He did not know how to shape my nails when I asked for square. He shortened my thumb nail trying to get the acrylic off. So now Im stuck with raggetty nails. Never going there again.

Me and my friend came to this nail salon 30 minutes before they closed and they did an amazing job and stayed a hour and a half over time for us and were extremely nice !

Long long wait, but pedicure was good. I think they need more staff. There were only 3 of us there and I waited an hour.
