HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!! This is the most amateur place Ive ever been. It is a total waste of your money. This place needs to be shut down. Way too many places to choose from thats so much better. I will never be back to this place!!! I should have trusted the other reviews. It looks like my 7 year old did my pedicure and charged me money. I asked her to fix them and she couldnt because they looked so bad. They would have had to start all over.

They are so nice and friendly! Ive been coming here, along with my daughter since she was 3 years old. Shes now 17. We still love it. The same people are still around for us to know which makes it extra special. Good prices and worth the care we receive.

I have been coming for over a year to Palm Spa Nails and have always gotten great service and my nails hold up great. Every time I come I enjoy my time at the salon and my nails always look great when I leave.

They did an amazing job, my acrylic nail on my middle finger snapped and they fixed it. It hurt so bad, and they took me in and sat me down right away to fix it. Yall are awesome!

Nice small salon. usually get in within 1/2 hour. have had a few gals and there work is consistent. could improve their massage!

The nail techs were all doing a great job with the COVID sanitation procedures. The hairdresser that was there wasn’t wearing a mask and picked her nose while shampooing a client. So maybe don’t get your hair done there. She also used glass cleaner to disinfect instead of bleach.

Very clean. The staff is very friendly. They make my young daughter feel very special and do a fantastic job! I will continue to go there!

Omg! I just went there and I loved it! I’m definitely planning on going back and continuing my pampering there! Thanks to Michelle she gave me a beautiful full set for an acceptable price!

Took my 71 year old mother with a walker and 4 year old daughter for manicures and pedicures. My daughter did have to wait for the walk in client to finish up, so maybe a little understaffed. The massage chairs are awesome. The pedicures with massage was excellent. They were so kind to my mother. Access to the place is easy, lots of parking and disability access is available.

Was first time there today, had both m&p with Dona. I think it was a good basic service, reasonable priced. Dona was nice and friendly. Will come more.

Ive been getting my nails done here a few times now. The last time I came in on Saturday with another nail technician I was pretty disappointed. I normally see Michelle the owner and never had any problems. I came this time and it was with another lady. I was requesting to get my nails done a certain way, and style. Instead of going home with it done that way she pressured me into doing it another way. She said its old school nobody does it like that. So at this point I felt discouraged and quite disappointed, I went with another style and color. Mostly to just get out of there sooner!! We continued with another color. Then she mentioned I cant have them too short if Im doing SNS. While showing another photo with what I was trying to have. She says you cant have the same nails as in the photo!!!. Im sorry but I pay $50 to get my nails done. Expecting a good service! And with the nails I want. Instead I walked away SO GLAD TO GET OUT OF THERE. I should not be yelled at like a four year old. All the customers kept looking over as if I was asking for so much. Its basic needs and wants when I get my nails done. If you have a full schedule maybe dont fill it to the point that the customers arent able to get the needs that they expect to receive. Using old fashion as a excuse that you dont have enough time.

Ive been getting my nails done for years here. I used to have acrylics, but decided to go natural. Now I get my natural nails with shellac manicure. I also get my brows waxed regularly and the original pedicure. They offer a wide variety of services. The staff is amazing. I am very particular with how I like my nails to look and there are a few very talented techs that I like, Michelle, Donna, Vee and Tracy! Thank you for always taking good care of me and treating me like your favorite. I get tons of compliments on my nails all the time!

Best nail salon I have experienced. Michelle does a great job on shellac (gel). Easy to talk to. My daughter is treating me to a mani/pedi for my birthday. Looking forward to a fun time

Just had our nails done yesterday, and were all very happy with the results. We didnt have an appointment, and they were kind of busy, but Michelle said she could start us in about 10 minutes. She was spot on, friendly, professional and the atmosphere was very warm and inviting. This was 3 walkins at once! Well definitely be back 😁Thank you Palm nail spa, were all very happy with our nails, theyre beautiful!

Cindy did a great job! I had a pedicure and a manicure. The foot and hand massage was great. She paid close attention to filing straight and the polish was put on perfectly! I will definitely go back.

I have been to a lot of nail salons. Not once did I feel like 100% Im coming back. I kept jumping around trying to find a good nail salon. Someone who can communicate back and forth with what I want and be sweet about any concerns. This place is very very professional. Already referred a few people here. HIGHLY recommend. Amazing like always!

Staff are so friendly and upbeat. I always have a good laugh when I visit. I have been going to this salon over 2 years with only 1 disappoint which was when my SNS dip gel top coat did not cure correctly and began to peel the very next day. I couldnt go back to the salon because I was out of town but I am pretty sure they would have worked with me. The ladies here are great. From my experience they always get my nail shape perfect, gentle acyrlic removal and reasonable prices. My mother and my sister also loved this place when they came to visit.

Friendly, clean environment, the staff are knowledgeable about their craft. Good positive energy.

Not my favorite place. If they cannot help fix your shellac color after completely coming off when you had them do it three days before Is ridiculous. I walk in 1 hr before closing and they say they can’t help and come back tomorrow. Not going back!

Nice staff but wasnt impressed at all with how they do SNS. There is no need to out SNS under UV lamps, you actually should not, and they did. They also put way too much of the polishes on and not enough powder . They left chunks of the powder on side of my nails and missed parts. Not impressed at all.
