They are really good. He took his time on my nails and everything was just so nice. Very easy to talk to owners and also to understand them. Very happy with my nails and love the relaxed atmosphere at their nail shop. Will definitely come back

They wanted to charge me $10 to sand my cuticles for my acrylic set and my nail broke 3 days after getting them done.They are rude and short with customers. Go somewhere else.

Very very low quality. I asked for sparkles 3 times and then she pressured me into getting the shellac for $5 more. The tips are very bubbly and not even. The clear coat on the top is way bumpy. I am very upset I paid $40 for something that looks like trash. THEN, I tried to call and get a refund and she said she was busy to call back Monday. And hung up the phone. I don’t recommend at all. Very poor quality and bad customer service.

I went here for the first time a month ago for an acrylic overlay over my real nails and finished with Gel polish. I have had about a quarter inch of grow out after a month later my nails still look great although going to get a fill today and some new color. The first time I was in my pink finger was in so much pain because my regular place had done a dip and somehow did not get it right on that nail. Tom worked on my nails and was careful with that nail and even saved it from having to be cut. He was gentle and had a wonderful experience.

Absolutely the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten and I’ve never given a negative review on any business ever! Do NOT use them. It’s suppose to be relaxing and they rushed. Didn’t listen. Chairs don’t decline and lady was a beeep.

This place really shouldnt even one star. I came here with my daughter they didnt know how to do her nails. My nail got infected it turned yellow and brown. Dont go to this place.

I got a shellac manicure here. They took me right away and were very friendly. Also helped me pick out my color and the manicure looks great! Very nice shop and very comfortable

This place was miserable. The person who did my nails caused me physical pain, and dug their nails into my fingers multiple times. I asked for a magnetic gel color. After they completed the service, they told me they couldn’t use the magnet because my nails were “too short”. After. Not before. Which, it should be noted, is nothing but an excuse because the magnet would have worked just fine. This resulted in my nails not even being the color I requested. In short, I would not recommend this place.

I really like the guy that did my nails. He did an amazing job like the shape and everything they got busy when there was only 2 of them versus 4 of us . They are a good team .

I decided to try it because it was nearby. Big mistake. I went in for a brow, lip and chin. She squeezed me in between a manicure and a pedicure and I mean squeezed. No prep on my face, slaps on the wax without asking how I wanted it and told me I was finished 5 minutes later. I expected to be given a mirror but I was not given a chance to check her work. When I did check it was only half done. I will not be going back.

Worst nail experience of my life. I went in with a friend today to pamper myself a little before having my baby. I rarely get my nails done due to saving money, but I wanted to spoil myself a little before baby. So we went to Top Nails on Colby AVE for shellac. The workers were nice, but I noticed right away the nail polish went on kind of chunky and the cuticles were super messy. When we walked out my nails were still tacky so I thought they maybe just needed more time to dry? Well two hours later I noticed the cuticles lifting and they peeled off like soft rubber one at a time. Only two hours later. 30 bucks later and my nails look worse than when I went in with my chipped nail polish from home. This establishment should be shut down. So much for treating myself.

Thorough pedi complete with a sugar scrub and lotion massage. $25 is just right.

The prices here are hard to beat. Ive always had a nice experience, though visiting on a slower day will probably mean the job is done the best. Ive had my pedicure look a little messy during a busy Saturday afternoon appointment but nowhere near enough to keep me from coming back.

Rush job on my shellac nails, had to come back not even a week later to get one fixed because it completely broke off. When I went to get it fixed it was put on at an angle and its not straight and doesnt match the shape of the nails! Way pricey compared to others that give me nice straight nails... Im not going back

My nail salon couldnt get me in last minute, so I went to them. I asked for almond shaped nails and got a mixture of almond shape and round nails. So I had to shape them myself. I got 20 minutes of complaining that my hands were cold on a 35° day. The place was very very dark, polish was old, kind of dingy, and poorly decorated. But the good thing is, my acrylics are not to thick

Terrible! I got A regular pedicure and a shellac nail service. The nails service was terrible it peeled off started that evening and next morning I had threefull fingers that were peeled off all I did was go home and go to bed. Went in the very next morning because I was leaving town and they wouldn’t even see me to make amends I asked for my money back just for the nails they refused me. The location is very convenient the only reason they’re still in business I will never go there again and advise you don’t waste your time and money.

I went here for the first time today and it will not be the last. I didnt even know you could get colored tips. They have so many different colors and I didnt feel rushed while I went back and forth with a couple of them. Such wonderful work and the atmosphere was wonderful. I felt completely welcomed there. I was a first time comer and yet I was made to feel like I was a regular.

I walked in with a horrible nail job from a different nail salon. I was worried they wouldnt be able to fix my nails. One had broken off so low it was in alot of pain. The gentleman who did my nails was very gentle an took his time he repaired my nails and i left a very very happy customer. I will be returning. My nails look amazing!!

Was not given an honest reply when I asked if they do gel nail fill. A parent ly they dont.

Avoid at all cost. If I could give zero stars, I would...I didnt have time to get to my favorite, wonderful, sweet, gentle, talented manicurist in Mill Creek, so took a risk and went to the closest nail salon near our house. I read the warnings in the reviews... Trust me, they are all true. :-/The lady that did my manicure was rude, pushy, and treated my hands like she was butcher: pulling, slapping, pushing. She did a rush job and treated me like I was an inconvenience, which was odd since there was no one in the salon (and in which I understood why there was no one there).Sure the manicure was $25, but what you pay for is what you get (except I didnt realize I was paying to be treated horribly and anything like a salon/service treatment).

Friendly service, great work mostly. The massage was well above and beyond. The only complaint I have is that the actual nail work was rushed and it shows.

I went in wanting a simple manicure and the lady suggested shellac, so I went with what she suggested only to be utterly disappointed the next day when the polish chipped away. Such a waste of money. They seriously need to listen to what the customer wants.

I got my nails done here a month ago and the entire time they were smooth, never chipped or cracked, and looked amazing. 10 out of 10 for sure on quality of product and service.
