They are super polite and do a great job. Im new to the neighborhood, so its nice to have found a place I like so close to home.

Went in to get a full set and no matter how many times I asked for a shape I was told what I should do. Every time I asked the gal to do them the way I wanted they all started talking in a foreign language so I could not understand them, however I understand much more than they think. Very unprofessional, very overpriced, and some snobby workers! They make you pay first so when you get the horrible work you’re stuck with it, I even tipped these horrible nail techs with no choice. I had to pay a different salon to remove the nails that Bellagio had done. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Save yourself the money and time go somewhere else.

Well, i brought my wife for her manicure and pedicure, i thought Id sleep in the car... but the wife got me to go in and do a manicure with her.... the location was clean and tidy. Staff was super helpful and kind. Dont have much other experience to go on other than it was a great time. Very impressed.

Great experience! The last time I had a pedicure this detailed was at a much more expensive day spa. The technician was very thorough and did a gorgeous job. Tastefully decorated with a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

First of all, they make you pay and tip first, there were two of us, I was later getting started, and my girl literally rushed to catch up. Pricing for Pedicures, all over, have gone up and to have a bad experience is not acceptable, will never go there again!!!!

Best place to get manicures & pedicures. They are awesome with the details especially if you want a design. Tiffany and her staff are always friendly, CLEAN and patient. Moved away and tried several other locations but couldn’t find any that compared to here. We now just suck it up and make this a destination stop.

Im super disappointed with my pedicure today. I had a male technician who sped through the entire process. My nails were not filed nicely. They came out uneven. The massage wasnt even a massage- he just rubbed his hand up and down my leg. He didnt exfoliate my feet. He threw all the dirty materials in the bowl as if he just wanted to be done. I paid extra to get the paraffin wax and it was on my feet for no more than 3 minutes before he took it off. Im really disappointed. I will request anyone than him next time.

I’ve been coming here for years. All of the nail specialists are excellent! They are very good at what they do and they listen to what you want. The place is comfortable. The prices are great.

You need to go see Sarah. She has been taking care of my nails for years. She has wonderful technique! I love to come in to see her. Bellagio Nails have new pedicure chairs that are very comfortable.

Sarah is my go to person for not only professional care but also her relaxing care for tired feet and calf. Never rushed and always a pleasant demeanor .

Today was an awful experience at this nail salon. First, we were told it would be a short wait for a simple manicure and a polish change for a 3 year old but our wait was anything but short. I asked for a bowl of warm water so my daughter could feel like she was getting a manicure too and I was told they would charge me for a manicure. Really, over warm water??When the woman was done with my nails, she sat down to start my daughters and then told me she needed to wrap somebody elses and it would just take a second. When she was done wrapping I asked her when she was going to do my daughters and then she told me she need to keep working on the other woman because she had an appointment. We ended up leaving with a disappointed little girl who couldnt get her nails simply painted.

The only reason I went was because my husband purchased me a gift card for my birthday. So im sitting in the pedicure area and right their beside me the tech is giving someone a manicure right beside me. It was tight quarters and her finger nails were flying across my face and landed in my lap. Ill check this up and just never go back.

This is the best nail dip place ever. It lasts for so long. I love it. My wedding nails lasted the entire time we were in Mexico. Thank you.

Squeezed me in as a walk in first time customer when my two regular spots were booked. I got a dip manicure and Bellagio did a great job!

Current customer. Im very disappointed in my service. I have been coming here for almost 8 months. I pay extra for French tip dip manicure and always tip them. Typically I really love my results. This time the girl has ruined my natural nail completely. When taking off last set she buffed off a too much and I could literally see thru my nail in the light..she put super glue on it to fill in the gap. I asked her multiple times Is it ok? She said yes and continued with manicure. Long story short my nail is now getting caught on all my shirts, the glue underneath cant be filed anymore or Im just filing away my nail. Ill be speaking to someone about a discount for my next set or finding some where else. $45 is too much for this. The girl us very kind tho so I feel bad with this review but hey I pay a lot for this and expect to have time taken on me I deserve not rushed shaving off half my natural long nail. :(

Great service but i did get cut when trimming cuticles

The girls there are sweet, however Ill never go back again. Nails break, chip and lift just days after a full set or fill. Ive gone back and have had them fix them each and every time, to no avail. It continues to happen. Paid $50 plus tip for a pink and while full set for it to last just 2 & 1/2 weeks. Now am looking for a new salon that the nails actually last the time they are supposed to.

Have been coming here for years Heidi is the absolute BEST!!!

I got an acrylic set a while ago and I decided I wanted them off. But, getting them off is near impossible without acetone. But the service was great and my nails stayed on for quite a while. Will return if I want long term acrylics.

I went in for a shellac pedicure and dip manicure and received above and beyond service. Great experience overall.

The wait was very long, but they did a good job on my pedicure!

I love this place! I love my dips, it takes only about an hour and the price is right.

I reluctantly returned to this place out of desperation. Last time I was there I swore never to return. I shouldve taken my own advice. This place is terrible on a consistent basis.-They are RUDE! Zero customer service. They only talk to each other. If they talk to you, its not in a kind, welcoming, friendly way.-Ive been there more than once when theyve gotten into arguments with customers and customers have refused to pay and walked out.-Nail quality is average or below. They dont listen to what you ask for and definitely dont want to make any extra effort.-Its not the cleanest or most hygenic environment.-Theyre in such a hurry to get you out of there that Ive been cut, burned by the sanding tool and had the cuticle under my nails sliced because theyve cut them too short.-The last straw was a pedicure. She trimmed my toenails, then taken the clippings and piled them up on top of my feet. GROSS! I almost got up and walked out. I was fuming. And disgusted. And pissed. I didnt say anything because I wanted my toenails finished so I could get the heck out of there.-On another visit they pulled off relatively new acrylic nails and then charged me for a full set. Without asking me if I wanted a new set.-If you walk in and they say Just wait 10 minutes. Count on it being 20-30-45.-If you want to go somewhere to be treated rudely, maybe even with blatant disrespect in my case, where they dont talk to you and they dont listen - go here. If you want to get what you pay for, go elsewhere.

Terrible place to go if youve never had your nails done before. i was laughed at when i offered a tip. final product was subpar, i wouldve just done my own if i wanted them to be this uneven.

Salon is okay, they offer SNS nails which is an organic powder similar to acrylic but not chemical. Im allergic to acrylic so SNS is the way to go. The girls are so quick and value quantity over quality. My SNS nails lasted 10 days... bitter sweet because they are one of the only salons offering SNS but their service is not super great and the quality isnt there.

I went there years ago .everytime i went i had a differt girl work on br three at a time one woukd start a ped forsomrone then someone come do me then leave and hrlp some one rlse rush rush time is money.not very friendly went a whole year diffrtent know my name and didnt try to

Horrible. Made me bleed during a pedicure and they said nothing until I felt my toe sting. They never apologized and wanted to proceed without giving a second thought. It stung so bad I told them to stop and THEN they did something about it.Stupidly I decided to still get my nail polish color change there and then when I wanted to pay, stood near the counter for 5 minutes. They all then rudely glanced at me and asked what I needed. I mentioned paying and they all giggled and THEN someone jumped up to the counter. HORRIBLE work, HORRIBLE service. Not going back.

If I could I would give this place 0This place is very dad, BAD quality my nail start chipping after two days since Ive been in America I never been treated like this this is the worst place Ive been I took my daughter for the first time to get her nails done for being honor student and they treat her so bad assault her with their language, I wouldnt recommend anybody to go to that place.
