Second worst massage I have ever had. Will not go back. The gal said nothing to me the entire service.. Massage was 1.5 minutes each leg/foot. No effort at all. I get pedicure solely to have my feet massaged and was extremely disappointed. At the end they added a card fee of $.50. I found this petty because their prices are already higher than most.

My dip nails chipped 2 days after being done and they make you wait a long time without saying there is a wait. Left the foil on my nails for 30 mins

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I got a manicure and shellac nails done the lady doing my nails was so rude she was being really aggressive with my hands I work in a coffee shop and she was making jokes about how dirty my nails were. When my phone was ringing I told her I needed to answer it and she rolled her eyes. When I got my nails done somewhere else it took them 30min to remove the shellac. GO ELSEWHERE I WISH I COULD REMEMBER HER NAME I THINK IT STARTED WITH A J

Diana was my go to.. Never again! She was so rude! I tried to tell her what I wanted. She steam rolled over everything I said, interrupted me multiple times then ignored me completely. Tried to charge 50$ for a stripe on 4 nails when a full is 30$. After explaining the fish flake was apart of my last fill and she said the paint would cover it. It didnt. looks blotchy and 3 nails are completely crooked. Then she says its not my job THEN WHY ARE YOU DOING NAILS IN A NAIL SHOP IF ITS NOT YOURJOB!? I told her I would pay for half she said she would call the COPS! do NOT GO HERE! CROOKS!

I came in tonight, I was told to pick out a color and Moon came up to me and sat me down. This was the best nail experience I have ever had. She was so nice and pleasant to talk too, so reasonably priced. She also NAILED my coffin nail shape (no pun intended). Moon is seriously the best, she took her time and just completely exceeded my expectations! I’m so excited to come back and see her in 2 weeks!

Ive come here before and had good experiences, but yesterday was frustrating. I received a pedicure, but my peducirist barely acknowledged me as I tried to make small talk, didnt ask me about my nail length, and actually caused me a good deal of pain on my big toe. When she clipped the nail, she used nippers, didnt trim as she went and just pulled the nail down the side of the nail bed all the way to the base. She did this on both sides, and it still hurts a day later with a bunch of inflammation and redness. Pressure on my toe legitimately hurts. She had no consideration for my pain tolerance and even after I said Ouch! several times, she didnt apologize or even acknowledge I said anything. She also rounded the nail, so now Im worried about it getting ingrown. Overall a very frustrating and painful experience. I felt like I was just an inconvenience instead of a paying customer.

Extremely high prices for the services they provide! They are lazy to do what you want, I came in for a white shellac (pedicure) and I didnt like it. I have done acrylic here before and not recommended! If you want something fancy for wedding or speacial occasion do not go here.

That was probably the worst customer service and worst manicure i have ever had. The girl who waxed my eyebrows kept pointing out how red my face is because of my roseacea and didnt want me to open my eyes because she didnt want to see me flinch when she waxed my lip. I am not normally sensitive when it comes to my skin issues but she would not stop about the redness...which wasnt very red today at all... then I I just needed a set of acrylics put on for a wedding tomorrow. Nothing fancy, and a small manicure because well - my cuticles suck. The girl did NOT touch my cuticles, she didnt ask about nail shape and squared them even when i asked for rounded nails (its hard to type or do much for me with square) and the polish was not put on well at all. it didnt even go to the end of the nail. The girl made me feel like an inconvenience and a troll. Nope never going back there. At home now trying to at least do the polish right.

I had not been in this salon since around 2010 which was a pleasent one, but recently went & loved what they did with my nails! She did a great job & was vey nice! I went in the next day for an eyebrow wax to give new shape to them & loved what Michelle did! Overall great experience!

Did a pretty decent job on my nails but didnt have the color that I originally chose and when waxing left some hairs behind that are very noticeable but did a great job on my eyebrows

I got acrilic nails and shellac over them. I was leaving And I noticed that the polish was peeling so I went back in to get it fixed and the lady angrily just lightly filed it and put the wrong polish, not only that but the nail was left lumpy. The service was also terrible I had the tips put on but then I had to wait roughly an hour and got them painted. Terrible terrible experience would not recommend going there

This salon is under new ownership, from September of 2014, they are making the salon a much cleaner place with a friendlier atmosphere, if you havent been there in a while I would highly-highly suggest you just stop by and take look, they are all very friendly and give great hot rock foot massages.

Im not very happy with the service I was given over the weekend. I called and made appointments for 2 pedicures and a shellac manicure for myself and my friends. Our appointment was at 2:00pm and we just sat and sat and sat in the chairs with our feet in lukewarm almost cold water and my friend who got a shellac pedicure sat in her chair for the same amount of time. My feet were not touched till almost 3:00pm. An HOUR is a LONG wait! Ive been going to this nail salon for YEARS and I am very disappointed on how things have changed. The atmosphere feels very unwelcoming, no music, golf playing on the TV, and I feel like the employees are rushed even though it takes forever to get a service done. I do have to say my pedicure was not that great. If you are busy dont book appointments for customers when they call or get more employees to help with the incoming business. When I was sitting there for an hour, 5 ladies walked in and walked right out a few minutes later because of how long it was taking. I do have to say that I did like how the lady did my eyebrow wax. Im not one to complain but I thought the new owner should know how your customers are feeling. Thank you.

Horrible horrible horrible quality the are lazy and overpriced for the job they do. These photos are not of real customers caught them taking photos of books asked why she said for show... They yell at customers and push you out when they dont want to be open anymore after making you wait over hour!!

Went in for 3 mani/pedi, even upgraded to the $35 pedi. Polish coming off whole nail in less than 24 hours. One of the manicures didnt get done because we waited over 45 minutes for her to get finished up, but ended up just leaving. Other customers coming in were helped instead of finishing us up, it was a bad experience and waste of money.

Exactly what you would expect from a nail shop on Casino Rd. Not worth my time or energy. My acrylic nails popped off in a matter of 2 days... by the following weekend I had no nails left on. I went there again the following Saturday and got a full set put on again. By Wednesday I had a total of 3 nails that had popped off. This time I stopped in the shop to say something and get them fixed. They had the audacity to tell me that they are too busy to fix my nails and to come back tomorrow. By friday the only nails that remained were both pinkys and both thumbs.I have been getting full sets for over 10 years and I have never had a nail pop off on the second day like I was two weeks overdue for a fill or something.If you have any kind of class or respect for urself then dont step foot in this ratchet nail shop. Cheap product and crapy service. On a positive note, they do a great job on eyebrow waxing. But they will never get a dollar of my money again!

Excellent attention, I do not speak English and the person who attended me had incredible patience and did everything as expected or even better. I have always had bad experiences in nail sites for not being able to communicate how I wanted and obviously on those occasions they end up doing everything as they believe, but this person left me delighted with their work and kindness🙌 beautiful work and excellent price 💸🎉

Whenever I go, my fingers bleed and they make me wait ... they have a preference for other people. They leave their nails thick, dull and if you tell them to fix it they will get mad the worst experience in that expensive and lousy place.
