Love love love this place!!! It’s so hard to come by a good nail salon and these two ladies NEVER disappoint. I’ll keep updating with every nail set I get 💘

1. the nail tech didn’t even tell me how long she just cut them 2 i asked for a long square shape and it came out chunky 3. i showed a picture of a light pink french design and they totally made it bad 4. they over charged me $60

My mother and I were both walk-ins from out of town and they took amazing care of us, our nails were GORGEOUS, they weren’t chunky or uneven but smooth and perfect. And she loved her pedicure because of the hot stones they used. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be coming again.

Ive been coming here for 3 years and I am always satisfied with my acrylic/ gel nails and a Fancy & Deluxe pariffin wax pedicure.

The owner is super sweet and always willing to take feedback unlike other places Ive been. She also always remembers how I like my nails and helps me decide on designs when Im unsure, which I appreciate. Ive been going for almost 2 years now, I just love how kind and welcoming all the staff is!

My first time getting my nails done here.. they greeted me with a warm welcome. They did not rush me at all. They were patient and made me feel so comfortable. They’re mail artwork is amazing also. Tien took her time with my whole nail process. She did exactly what I wanted. Other salon’s would always tell me I can’t do a certain design etc. I didn’t catch her co workers name but she was also amazing and made me feel welcomed. This will be my new nail spot.

I got my nails done (acrylic nails to be specific) here about a week ago. I’m so sorry if i got her name wrong but i think Tien did my nails :] It was my first time getting acrylics so i was quite nervous and i’m not a very talkative person but she did exactly what i wanted so i didn’t need to talk a lot which i am grateful for :) She welcomed me in and overall it was a wonderful experience!

I started coming here about a year ago and it is by far my favorite place I have ever gone. I always have to run in from work so I am in a hurry and they have never made me wait long. Tien does an AMAZING job every time. I have never gotten a bad manicure from her once. Every time my nails are exactly the way I like them and I get a lot of compliments. Tien is patient and highly skilled. The salon is nice and clean and everyone that works there is friendly. I highly recommend this place, you really cant do better!

Amazing ladies work here! They always take good care of me and even fixed two of my real broken nails at no charge until I had more time at the end of the week to have them re done. The quality is top notch, the service is beyond incredible. I love this place.

Absolutely love this place. First time coming for a full set. I have searched and searched for a nail salon that does good work. I finally found it. They not only do great work they are super friendly. Me and my sister finally found a spot where we are both happy with the outcome. Thank you nail concepts 2 for a great experience.

I love the nail polish variety and the deluxe pedicure. You are able to choose the flavor or your pedicure which is a fun touch. They also have have great massage chairs to end your pedicure or manicure, which are so relaxing. It loses a star because one of the staff (I assume) came in and changed the channel on the TV, even though my mom and I were watching it

Got my first pedicure here this evening with the wife... Lee did the dang thang.. the wife and the daughter visits the shop regularly and they love it. Nails always look amazing.

I really enjoyed my pedicure and manicure. The ladies, Lee and Tien, are wonderful. I will definitely be coming back. Im so glad to find such a nice place near my home.

After your pedicure you can sit and relax in amazing massage chairs. Was watching a cooking show on the TV they have, some guy came in and turned the TV to basketball. Nothing against basketball but hey man I was into the cooking show. Would be 4 stars if not for that rudeness.

If I could give minus stars I would. My feet were badly infected after having a pedicure here.Dont waste your money.Go to the salon in Everett Mall. For 35.00 they do the best work including parafin wax! No sores after.

This is a unicorn of nail salons around here! It’s CLEAN! They take a lot of pride in their work and spend time making sure everything is perfect. They don’t use and reuse dusty, nasty files on you. The pedicure bowls have disposable liners and the ladies are sooooo friendly and lovely people. My old nails were completely soaked off, instead of being filed off which was amazing. The soaking machine to remove the old SNS made them come off 10x faster. The new SNS was done by Tien and looks awesome. The pedicure was done with a nice strong massage and lovely hot stones. I found my new spot and I’m so happy I did!!!

1 star is to good for this awful place. they made my eyebrows look like pencils. they have no shape & are to thin. definitely never going back. they are horrible. awful. terrible. raped my eyebrows. they suck.

The nail shape it’s self is amazing

Walked in and had a welcome greeting. Tien did a beautiful full new set with coffin shape. She was able to do more than what I wanted, was quick, and I was overall impressed and will be coming back.

Nails are not smooth like acrylic nails should be. Very uneven and bumpy. Put acrylic past nail bed on sides. Poor job and it still cost $33 just for a fill!

, lady was doing my nails made me move because she had an appointment come in. She had barely done one hand. Had me waiting an hour. Yes ma’am it was an hour cause i got there at 10:40 i left at 12:10 or so. Plus started giving me attitude.not the lady that was doing my nails the other lady. The nail tech that was doing my nails did a fantastic job. I didnt have no problem. Simply do not do a half job, even the other customer agreed with me. It isnt the first time. You charged me 43 ? An you said the discount was cause one of my nail was shaped bad?YOU DID A WONDERFULL JOB, SIMPLY DON’t stop in the middle. NO THEY ARE NOT “WALK IN WELCOME” friendly.. simply next time if i do go in i will make an appointment.

Tien was absolutely amazing!!! She made me feel at home in her salon, Tien and her assistant had gracious hospitality, Tien fixed my nails after they were done poorly from a different salon, her prices are phenomenal!! I cant wait for my next nail experience at this salon!!!

I hesitate to review as I want to keep this place all to myself! Haha! Very clean shop, great services..they definitely go beyond my expectations each time I go there. The cream on the sundae is when you have a pedi, you get to have a massage in a full body massage chair (not just what is built into the pedi chair..this is a separate chair) at no extra cost. Prices are very competitive (clearly listed on an easy to read menu so you know exactly what you are getting for your money up front). English is a second language but most employees are fluent in English.

Best service Ive found throughout everett and Lynnwood. Its just a major bonus that its so much more affordable than anywhere else!

Absolutely worst place ever I took my sister to get mine and her nails done they charged me 90$ for just mine and her acrylics they messed her nails up tried using a sticker for marble and said I had to pay more to have them done right I got gems put on my nails and they only used a clear coat so almost all of my gems are gone already I have only had them done for two days 2 of them broke and when I called and asked for a refund they refused me my money and said they have a no refund policy which is not posted anywhere in the store if I could give less stars I would I recommend never coming to this place
