Ive been getting my mail here for about 5 years now and just prepaid for another year, even though Ill be moving out of Everett next year lol... I love them that much. Bets is usually the one I have the pleasure of chatting with when I pickup mail or packages, shes down to earth and very kind. Sometimes due to work I cant pickup my packages right away and theyve always been beyond patient with me and my stuffed mailbox! If you need a safe and fairly priced place to get your mail or packages please consider this little place, its all you need and more.

I love this place. Betsy is fantastic. Never had a permanently lost package. Im glad this place exists where I feel safe getting my mail.

I rarely review places but the staff here is incredible and never had an issue shipping and over the year and change Ive used them ( The same cannot be said for 90% of the shipping places I use)I will continue to use them moving forwards. Thanks again to all of the helpful staff!

I have a p.o box here, it is well priced and the lady who runs the place is very nice and helpful. Anytime I am waiting for something important to come and I let her know, she texts and emails me when it comes. She is great :-)

I had to ship something fragile and the lady there helped me out so much with choosing the right box, packing it safely, and getting it shipped. Super friendly and professional; I chose this place given the other reviews and I agree that this place deserves all the praise it does.

Very customer service oriented. I would get reminders when payment was due on mailbox rental, could make payments over the phone and always friendly service!

Great place to have important shipments delivered. The delivery fee is $3.00 but well worth it considering I had a medical equipment shipment stolen off my porch a couple of years ago. Also, my wine club shipments come here so I dont have to wait at home to receive them. Outgoing shipments are also good. Bets will look for the lowest cost way to ship (UPS, USPS, FedEx) and help you repackage if it saves you some money. Shes great!

Betsey is the best! My terriers have all their Chewy.com orders sent to The MailRoom and I know they are safe!
