10x15 unitl was the perfect size!

HEATED! This place is nice. If you care about keeping your stuff nice, consider this storage place. It’s new. It’s clean. It’s HEATED. There’s plenty of parking, easy to access from anywhere in Everett. Check them out!

Ive used them 3 times in the last 10 years. Never any problems. Staff is courteous and respectful.

Dry and clean. Carts and elevator readily available. Doesnt smell bad.

Confusing inside but well maintained

This was a good storage place. The rates were pretty good compared to other places. They are gated and they have a loading area as well as a truck you can use to move stuff in. The staff is friendly and helpful. When it was busy, though (on weekends, for example) it was difficult to find a place to park let alone a trolley to move stuff. Otherwise, decent place in an easy location.

Awesome place to store your items and have a mail box. Everyone here is great, friendly and professional. There was a issue with a couple of my packages, when they new manager started here but it was just a mix up and found them and still have my mail box cheapest in Everett.

Extremely convenient, and very affordable. The staff at Premier Storage were so very kind, and were quick to enlighten me to any of their many conveniences that come with renting storage from them. I originally approached them because they were the cheapest storage solution in the area, but beyond affordability, I also discovered the excellent condition of their property and the added benefits of being a renter with them. Would recommend this business without hesitation.

We had a great experience at Premier Storage Everett. We have to drive a little farther to get there, but we got great service and the facilities are in great shape. We havent been there long, but so far we are pleased with our experience. They even let us borrow the moving truck for free. Great place. I would recommend it.

This is a great place to use for storage. I visited other places before coming here and needless to say I didnt feel comfortable storing all of my worldly possessions there. From the minute I spoke with Leroy I immediately felt this was the right place! First off after being completely full and not having anything to rent me he pulled some strings and was able to get me into a 10x30 unit on very short notice. The facility is very clean and secure as well as affordable. I even had access to their company moving truck complete with a hand truck and furniture pads at a much more reasonable price than other moving trucks. This included moving in and out! I kept my entire house stored here for a little over a year without a single worry or problem. I highly recommend it and wouldnt consider anywhere else for my storage needs! We have had a wonderful experience with Premier Storage. My mother relocated from across the country and Leroy has been extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. The facility great! It is clean, not dusty, has clean restrooms and a number of moving carts in great shape. We used the truck as well and it has a new dolly with moving blankets to borrow. The covered loading dock was so great in the rainy weather. We could not ask for better service and a better facility for our storage needs. Thank you!

This place is great. Its well-maintained, the staff is nice and super helpful, its safe and clean and conveniently located. They have rolling carts, clean bathrooms and coffee and bottles of water for their customers. The storage fees can be paid easily online. I would recommend them to anyone who needs climate-controlled storage.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!In March 2918, “somehow” two thieves not only got into the property, and not only got into an “electronically locked” building, but also managed to spend 1.5 hours drilling and bending in my storage unit’s door. This happened around 7:30-9pm and I was not notified until after noon the following day. Leroy Brown (manager or wonder) supplied us with video and photos, AFTER we were asked to pay for a new unit. When asked today if they had fixed their electronic issues, no answer was given. Nor was the security camera in the building itself actually recording.It’s not worth saving $5/month when your belongings are at stake.RENT. UNITS. ELSEWHERE. It’s not worth your belongings being stolen (and Leroy doing next to nothing to help you except charge you for a new unit).

I have rented here for several years and I have ALWAYS been satisfied with there servce. When I first started looking for storage they were the most reasonable in cost for what you get. Well lit, secure, and heated.

I really like the storage facility itself, BUT the office closes early on a regular basis. As someone who is employed, I count on a company to go by what their hours of operation are listed at. For instance, I drove out of my way to go pay my bill, got there at 5:51pm and the office was closed. I was irate seeing as that this had happened once before, but I didnt mention it bc I thought perhaps there was an emergency that the employee had to attend to or something happened out of their control. Well now I know that the staff just leaves whenever they feel like it. If I didnt have 2 units full of my belongings, Id change storage unit companies.

Not Recommended!!!We visited our families storage unit today to discover that someone had entered our unit and rummaged through all our stuff. A person can easily hop over the short walls and bypassed our locked door, really a terrible design and bad for business if they want to claim theyre a secure facility.Manager confirmed there was indications that someone climbed into our unit and said to make a police report and notify our insurance company. When we asked what the facility was gonna do about this, he said theyll up their security, well how about you guys take care of the obvious issue of people being able to climb over the units walls? He responded saying to cover our stuff with blankets so people cant see what we have, wow great suggestion. Extremely dissapointed and will be looking for a new storage facility ASAP!

Cleanest storage facility I have ever seen. Plenty of carts to move your things from the loading/unloading area to and from your storage unit. Staff is friendly. Security cameras are all over the place, BONUS!

Ive been storing here a few years n never had an issue except yesterday I drove outa my way to pay my bill n they were locked up yet it said open but ... Ill try again today. I was just bummed bc wasted my time and gas. Never had an issue w my actual unit and always friendly staff. Love goin into the office!
