Wonderful experience - brought some really bulky weights for Amazon return and they took care of the packaging for me. I’ve been here a handful of times and always efficient and friendly service. Easy to find parking and it’s nice that they’re open late!

Sent 8 page faxes, cost under $3, FedEx quote $20! This UPS store charges nothing to use their computer, FedEx charges per minute, dont remember exact amount but its expensive. The UPS gal nice and professional. Waited 3-4 minutes to be served then poked my head into the side room to get their attention, other than that Im very appreciative of the great and inexpensive services!

A gentleman named Jason took fabulous care of me in a very short amount of time. He was accurate, efficient and polite. The short guy with salt and pepper dark hair acted indifferent and bothered having to answer a basic question about UPS’s services.

Very unpleasant customer service I experienced at this location on several occasions; I came to pick up my package, and management was coarse; I do not understand her unpleasant personality, but I am thinking about taking my business elsewhere; I know we are in some dire times, but if we choose to work with the customers; we need to keep pleasant attitudes

I needed to replace my lost passport for an upcoming trip to Mexico in 4 weeks. The post office did not have any openings to get both the picture and the appointment for 2 months, there was only one appointment without picture, so I made an appointment with UPS for the pic. And $16.00 charge. I got the pics and took them to the post office and they said, it was not an acceptable picture, it was both too big, and the background was gray and not white. Fortunately, she said she’d do me a favor, a (bit begrudgingly, because she has customers every 15 minutes), and took my picture there, another $16.00. Hmmm, shouldn’t UPS know the rules, both for size and background color? Grrr.

I recommend not shipping with UPS!I went in to ship a package yesterday and asked for 2 day air as requested by the buyer. The guy working said it’ll get there Thursday but he’s just going to charge me for their standard shipping which will get there Thursday as well. I said but doesn’t the 2 day air have a guarantee, he said none of their shipping has guarantees. I refunded the difference in shipping to the buyer and updated paypal with tracking. Today the buyer messaged me saying that tracking isn’t working. I double checked the receipt and it was entered correctly, i then noticed it says USPS tracking even though it was shipped through UPS. I changed PayPal to USPS and noticed it now says ETA is Saturday for delivery. This was an expensive order and myself and the buyer were more than willing to pay for 2 day air for it to get there in 2 days. (ALL of my UPS orders in the past shipped 2 day air have been on time). Not happy with UPS. If i wanted it shipped USPS priority i would’ve just gone there. He also spelled the buyers name wrong even though i spelled it out for him

I worked in customer service all my life and have taken a few lectures on how to improve my attitude. I dont think UPS, has ever taken the time to teach their employees on how to be a pleasant customer service rep. You dont have to get on your knees and worship the customers every wish but just a smile goes a long way. say the customers name, people like to be acknowledged. Not only does it make the customer appreciate the effort it can make the employee feel better too. It is a win win situation by being friendly and courteous. It also makes the customer want to return to the location. This location must not have a good manager, because it is always in an unorganized shamble of a mess. Boxes every where, no rhyme or reason of how and why they are so unorganized. Makes you feel like they really dont care about anything, especially their customers. I do give it a 2 star for the convenient location it is very close to my home.

Seriously. Avoid shipping to this location. The one on 10121 Evergreen way is much cleaner, much faster service, friendlier staff and more attentive to details.Its been like pulling teeth to get anyone at this location to give me an answer as to where my package is. Ignored my requests, rolled eyes, and just said it wasnt here. Went to the one 6 minutes away from here and was promptly notified where my package is and even called ahead to ensure my package was set aside at the hub where it got rerouted.Just save yourself the headache and ship somewhere else.

I had something sent and Purchased insuranceThe package and everything and it was damaged on arrival.It’s been over 3 1/2 months and not one person has been able to help me with this claim or talk to somebody in charge there’s one guy that works there and he does not help whatsoever.This has been a nightmare

I had a frustrating experience with the employee, Kristie. She asked how she could help me, so I replied that I needed a form notarized. The moment I said this, she rolled her eyes and huffed off to find a pen. Then she took my form and scribbled as fast as she could, grabbed the stamp without even making sure it was in the right direction and just stamped down, and walked to the cash register. I told her she stamped it upside down and she said “that’s ok, it’ll be $10.41”. She was doing everything she could to get me out of her face. So if you don’t want your official document to look sloppy and unprofessional, I would go elsewhere!

Had a very awful experience buying postage stamps, I have an accent and it looked like that bothered the short guy at the counter, he was very unprofessional, wonder if I could even afford to buy. Made me feel like I was such a bother to deal with a foreign paying client. Im always polite but this time I feel the need to speak up.Still shuddering from this experience

My package has been delivered to wrong address here in Everett I am being told that sender put wrong Everett address on it. But all my information from sender is my true address. Also was told it was from Amazon when in truth it is from eBay/PayPal.The young lady at this store was very helpful with to let me know what to and continues to be as

The employees are nice but I would be nice too if all I did was take smoke breaks all day. It shouldnt take a week to sort packages, which was before the black Friday rush. Come on!! The employees are nice and helpful, just super unmotivated.

This store is awful. Twice in the past 45 days, I have had shipping issues. My husband took a package in to be mailed to my cousin in AZ and it never got there. He paid cash for the shipping and didn’t get a receipt. Now, I got an email from Amazon saying I am going to be charged for an item that I already was refunded on that was supposedly shipped from this same store. According to Amazon, they never got the item but since they have proof that I returned it because it was scanned at this location, they are cancelling the charge. This store in disreputable and I will neverGo there again. They have shifty employees is my guess. Never ever had this problem with any other UPS store but have had two issues inside of 45 days

The employees have been nice every time and the wait isn’t bad. My only complaint is that today I had a package I needed to get out by days end, but I had to work later than expected, so I got there at 6:20 (the hours online and posted on their door say they’re open until 6:30) and they were already closed down and seemed to be long gone. Super disappointing.

Poor customer service. The store is cluttered with boxes everywhere, no sense of organization. The employees were unfriendly, he was too busy I assume to even smile let alone acknowledge me or other customers. He would look up then back down to what he was doing. Never saying hello or Ill be right with you ... nothing. Finally I left in search of a different location that would be happy to assist a customer.Avoid this UPS location if possible

Printed my label & paid for the shipping using the UPS web site and dropped it off on Wednesday @ 3:30 at this location - asked to ensure that the package would be picked up that day and was told yes. Not picked up Wednesday, Not picked up Thursday, called Friday and was told that it absolutely left and that the UPS driver sometimes didnt scan all the items he picked up - so called actual UPS Customer service and they said even if a packaged was missed in scanning into the truck, it would have been scanned when it reached the UPS hub that same evening and that the package had to still be at this UPS store. So guess what? my package was found still at this UPS store on Friday night. It would have been delivered on Thursday if it had left on Wednesday, now it will arrive on Monday. I have shipped a package every single month for the last four years to this animal shelter using UPS, this is the first time that anything like this has happened - I was lied to by the staff at this location, no excuses, no apologies as to what happened to my package - am NEVER using this UPS store again.

Great, convenient little UPS location on Evergreen. Ive seen some bad reviews on it, but for me its been everything youd want in a UPS Store. Ive never waited in line more than a few mins. I love that I can drop my Amazon returns here without even packaging or labeling them, and just show my QR code to the cashier, and UPS does all that for me. My refunds are auto-issued as soon as my code is scanned into the UPS system. And generally speaking, UPS gets my letters & packages out faster and more affordably than USPS. I also like that they open early at 8:30am, and close late at 6:30pm Mon-Fri, and 9:30am-5:30pm on Sat. Theres plenty of parking in the strip mall theyre in. This is my go-to UPS Store.

Great place to go if you need to ship something they can help you with everything you would need from buying a box to put it in and helping you select the best shipping option for you. This store also has po boxes inside that you can purchase I always come here to drop off my ups packages because its always fast and more convenient than the post office

Unprofessional, did not take the extra time to locate package, did not apologize for not having package and wouldn’t contact the employee (manager) who signed for it. Was delivered and signed for at 13:00 and at 14:30 it had magically disappeared. The employee said to file a claim with UPS. In all fairness, I became quite argumentative and insisted they call the manager or look through each package to find it, that was a non starter.Looking over the other reviews, eleven out of twenty-one are 1 Star with the exception of a 2 Star; the reviews say it all. I have a hunch that there are a number of issues with this franchise, and that loss prevention will be involved at some level.

Walked in to no one behind the counter, then this girl walks out from the back room with her cell phone up to hear ear talking to someone she said hold on ive got to do something like i had unconvinced her. To top it off she was back on the phone before i walked out the door. If I had to do anything other than drop off a package i would go to a different location. I will never come back!

I paid $13.50 for expedited shipping. It should have been here a WEEK ago. I recieve daily alerts that it is out for delivery, followed up by daily alerts that delivery was attempted, WHEN NO ONE HAS EVEN DRIVEN UP MY STREET. UPS is refusing to do anything about it, will not allow me to pick up in person. They are claiming that it is inaccessible, even though it is physically being scanned multiple times a day. I am LIVID, as I am waiting for my debit card from social security for my sons surviors benefits, and NO ONE will take accountability for the location of the package.

I just went to this location to pick up a package I had rerouted. It looked generally unkempt at first glance. The girl was on the phone outside when I walked in and didnt make eye contact until about 2 minutes later when she mouthed, sorry. Then another 3 minutes went by with me still standing there as another customer entered the store. I waited for another 2 minutes before finally asking if she minded putting the phone on hold and she said, Its my owner, so no, I cant. I said, well, Im sure they understand customer service comes first. She promptly asked the person if she could call them back and handled my transaction with all the angst she could muster. I will not be back.

Convenient location, but unfortunately, the regular guy in there has been abrupt and rude lately. He ignored my daughter who Id sent in to drop off a package - he needed to do no more than look up and take it from her, but knowing that she was there, he continued to do what he was doing for 5 minutes - wasnt waiting on anyone else in the store either. Last week I went in myself and he was just rude, as though I was annoying him by wanting to use their services. There are plenty of other places that will take my $40 to ship an envelope and will be friendly - I dont believe Ill be going back to this location.

This place is a joke and gross. They opened 1/2 hour late. The place is a pig sty with garbage, cigarettes, and energy drinks everywhere; not to mention it reeks of b.o. I went to get something printed and the guy who claimed to be the manager didnt know how to work the printer. Ill never go back.

I have been taking Amazon returns here for about a year. Then something amazing happened. Kristin (or Kristie or..sorry! ) Who is someone who is no nonsense, and strait up great at her job - Im talking efficiency and speed here - let me know these items are actually fed ex labels. She would have to charge me for shipping. Fair point there, Of course Im not doing that when fed ex is doing free, she took my broke down jacked up re wrap boxes, taped them up proper like, STILL PRINTED MY LABELS, even tho they were fed-ex, slid them into some plastic sheeths stuck them on my boxes, all set for all shipping. She didnt have to do all tihat, fix my boxes, thats Im sure what they joke about between each othero guys uptoo did you see that idiot guy thinking hes gonna ship that haha ? Customer like me. Do NOT send packages with this UPS Store! We purchased a case of coffee syrup from the Everett Cash & Carry and took it directly to the UPS Store #2912. They willingly took the product but dropped the case and broke all the bottles. Not only did they refuse to reinburse us for the broken case, they also refused to reimbuse us for the delivery that was never made. Do NOT deal with this store unless you wish to have to fight with the owners. Find a different location to deal with!

Well well well...my experience up into this point had been fairly decent however, on October 4th I second day mailed a package to California which still has not been delivered. Ive had very inadequate customer service from: UPS direct and as of today (day 3) of dealing with Pony Express on Evergreen Way Im thoroughly disgusted would not recommend that UPS Pony Express store at 5129 Evergreen Way... to anyone! they promised to call 3 days ago (Gary) never called back 2nd in I spoke Alex (Owner) no word... their word, not reliable. Just hung up the phone thoroughly disgusted and yes writing this review in the midst of my anger. The woman I spoke with knew who I was and what the situation was. Informed me that she just got off the phone with UPS direct and that the claim was open and that we should know something in a couple of days. This gal was so matter-of-factly with that statement, couple of days... Im sick to my stomach. I refuse to except mediocracy from a service company any longer. huh.

I was overcharged for the copies that were made in error. The manger is rude and not a happy person and provided horrible customer service. I had a $13 package that I was planning on sending at the store and ended up sending through the Staples store across the street. One other time we were charged for a fax that did not go through. Sorry, if the fax does not go through than I should not be charged for it. I will not be going back to this store. I tried to reach the owner of this horrible place and that seems to be impossible.
