Great place to workout with nobody really distracting you, 100% judge free zone. I get in do my thing & Im out
I was visiting a friend in Everett Washington. The hotel I stayed at Inn at Port Gardner had day passes (free of charge) to workout at Peak Health & Fitness. I was excited to be able to continue my routine and enjoy the sight seeing in Washington. The staff was friendly and helpful. The gym is full of everything you need. Yes it might seem older or vintage at times, but I am there for the fitness. I dont care about the newest or greatest. I care about the diversity of the equipment as well as a community of like minded people to surround myself with. With that said I highly recommend this gym to anyone visiting or living in Everett Washington.
I like this gym. Nice equipment, always mostly clean. Not sure what this building was before, but its in good shape and the owner comes in and does maintenance himself, touching up paint on the walls, etc. It would be nice if they did something cool with the second floor like workouts with your dog :)The showers have a little mold, hopefully theyll get on that soon because Im highly allergic. The shower floor could use some grout but these are all minor things that dont negate the fact that this is, overall, a great place to go. Staff are all friendly, but you always have that one.... No matter where you go. I stand by my 5 stars.
This place is amazing! Great pricing and has a ton of equipment! The staff is super nice at the front door and the gym is pretty overal sanitary. The only draw back is there is only two stair masters so I had to wait for one. All in all great gym for the price.
The trainers are extremely informative and helped not only with my training but also gave me invaluable nutrition advise.
Nice space. Enjoyed the free weights area as well as the cardio trainers. Sauna is nice and parking was pretty easy. Visitors have to pay $10 - a little pricey in my opinion. Members should have visitor passes, maybe 5 to 10 a year. Oh also, nice to have the smoothie bar at the front. Loved being able to grab a protein shake on the way out.
I like Peak, good classes, helpful staff, and a lot of equipment. Price is good for membership, and they offer discounts for certain employers as well as multiple memberships (like family or friends).Parking can be a bear, but its definitely not the worst.
I have recently joined PEAK. I have to say the experience has been far better than I could ever imagine. When I was given a tour the person showing me around the gym said PEAK is a very close gym - Everyone is friendly and knows each other. I was pretty skeptical when I heard this as I was coming from a very close knit gym. I have to say, PEAK has exceeded my expectations in every way. The gym is always clean, there are classes and equipment to meet all my needs. Nancy, one of the managers at PEAK has made the experience even better. She has been like a personal welcoming committee. She heard my needs and acted right away to make PEAK a perfect fit for me, I have, and will continue to tell my friends about PEAK.
Awesome gym! I was visiting Everett for 2 weeks for work, and Peak was certainly a nice home away from home. Absolutely everything you could need for both your weights and cardio portion of your workout. Never busy and very clean. Big shout out to staff member Brandon!!
Good gym. It’s a no frills place, basic equipment and little else. Staff were nice and other people there minded to themselves. There was always a group of older guys and gals that all must have been going there for years together. They would chat a bunch and sometimes tie up equipment I was hoping to use.
Been going 2 years. Great facilities, free classes, lots of room and plenty of free weights and machines. Fantastic perks included with membership including daily freebies from the local co-op and discounts at local businesses.
On the surface they have a lot of amenities and opportunities. They close early on weekends, which is a bummer. I found a bunch of the machines are either broken or non-standardized - two machines saying 100lbs will feel completely different, which makes it difficult to adjust accordingly.Customer service seems fairly uninvolved as well. To each their own, but a friendly attitude goes a long way in retaining customers.
I was contacted by Heidi at peak in post falls and was told that I could sign up with them for $38 a month and a $30 sign up fee. I went for it because they have multiple convenient locations for me. When I went in to sign up the total came to ~ $90 and I was confused. But she said that after the first month it would be $38. I call to cancel at the end of the month because I moved and they say I have to come in to cancel. She never told me that so when I come home for the weekend I cancel my memebership. I go to look at my statement for the month and it’s for $50 I call to ask because Heidi told me it would be $38 after the first month. I was told there was nothing they could do for me in less I come in. Again I moved. Peak is a great place to workout but they are nearly impossible to work with and all they care about is getting their money.
I joined PEAK at the beginning of the year when I moved to downtown Everett and for the life of me I could NOT motivate myself back into a gym routine. I had left my previous gym of several years and was completely stuck. I had dealt with some back issues and problems with my knee, and quite frankly I was concerned about reinjuring myself. At the suggestion of friends I decided to seek out a personal trainer, with the intention of learning the equipment and familiarizing myself with the new gym. I only intended to have a trainer short-term, maximum two months tops until I met Nancy.Let me preface this by saying I have had sessions with personal trainers in the past and I trained for two years with a private aerial (circus arts) instructor. This is the first time in my life I have not felt like I was injuring or straining my body during workouts. I feel stronger. I feel capable. I feel like everything I am doing is working with my body and not against it. Nancy is the greatest! She knows exactly how to guide me through my workouts. Her knowledge and expertise of the female body is off the chain. And now I cant imagine working out without her motivating me, pushing me, and encouraging me to be the best version of myself.I cant recommend Nancy at PEAK Fitness enough! A+++
Im here 5 times a week at least. Clean gym. Good staff and good selection of freeweights and equipment.
I love it here no big bells and whistles concentrate on decent equipment and fun classes . Open early close decenltly late. Fair membership prices not to big not tp small great friendly environment no pushy sales BS. Highly recommended . Friendly professional staff.
Cool gym in downtown Everett. Low key place, you dont have the macho bros flaunting around like a peacock and everyone is helpful if you need a spot or help with an exercise. Go for the gym facility and classes, stay because youve made a new friend.
No parking, dirty gym, bathroom needs the health department, and it always too busy to get a good workout. Thanks for reminding me to cancel my membership
Facilities were nice and clean, and the showers rooms had apparently been cleaned right before I arrived
Nice, well run local gym - reasonably priced, and not part of the national chains which is refreshing.
Great place and great staff. Fair rates and well kept equipment. My only gripe is that the carpeting in the cable pulley multistation needs to go due to sanitary reasons.
Great gym. Plenty of equipment and free weights. Multiple squat racks. Not over crowded. The staff are nice and greet you.
The staff is super friendly. I always enjoy seeing their smiling faces when I walk in after a bad day at work. The only thing that I would improve is more tanning available.
The classes are always lively so you dont get bored and the trainers are always upbeat and energetic.
Convenient location, plenty of parking, very friendly staff, never crowded, abundance of workout choices, and very clean.
Great Gym with cool group fitness classes. Love Cardio Kickboxing on Wednesday nights and Body Fit Thursday mornings.
Good chill place to work out. Cheap fees.Clean. Sauna. Yoga, exercise classes.
Great equipment and great gym. Getting a little crowded with hipsters though. Get out of my squat rack!
Nice people and classes are frequent for easy scheduling.
Its a great place for hardcore working out. It could use some newer cardio equipment. Staff is friendly and personable.
All the amenities/location you would want in a gym without the box gym feel. Nice equipment & classes. Clean & organized facility. Free parking ¢ral location. Friendly & knowledgeable staff/ instructors/trainers. No judgement or meet market feel.
I had a contract with these guys, realized I wasnt going to be using it and wanted to cancel. There was going to be a hefty cancellation fee. They talked me into hibernating my account for a few months and it was reactivated again. I still wasnt going. I attempted to cancel over the phone, but that was impossible. By the time I could make it in again they had charged me for another month of service. I asked if they could help me out and refund me that last month. Of course they couldnt and I was laughed at and told that I was going to have to pay for the rest of this month because thats in the contract. Wow, way to stick to your policies, guys.
Very good gym! Ive been a member for years good friendly staff and plenty of equipment to get a great workout.
Great local gym with great rates, and best of all a day care.
Great rates, plenty of diverse equipment, not too crowded. Friendly staff. Cant speak for their classes.
Love to get my workout on.
The coaches are amazing and knowledgeable. From beginners to the pros, everyone is welcome and treated like family!!
Great atmosphere, lots of awesome classes to try and theres always machines open. Locker rooms are clean, staff is friendly.
Great local gym that offers a whole bunch of programs for such a small space. Even the patrons are friendly
Clean n safe with nice good working equipment
This is a great, very clean gym. My only complaint is the equipment tends to break frequently but theres always enough leftover.
Excellent gym with excellent staff and members! Location is on point too.
Been here for 11 years now and is my favorite place to work out at.
