A adequate place to exercise. Friendly staff, clean. My only issue is a few constant people refusing to wear masks. Told staff that a gentleman wasnt wearing a mask which are required. They stated that he was mean. 20 minutes later the same man is still working out and the only person in here without a mask on. I know its hard to enforce this but is absolutely critical to keep everyone safe. Its a health club right? Last Ive heard our health is insanely valuable.

Great place to workout with nobody really distracting you, 100% judge free zone. I get in do my thing & Im out. About 4-6 a week for an hour or so. Nice staff & good people to be around.

I enjoy coming here especially after being on lockdown. Only thing I wish they would be better at is cleaning the shower curtains better. Even after cleaning they have a pinkish red residue. Also the vents on the ceiling in the shower had a buildup of dust. You would think after covid they would stay on top of these things. Also wish they were 24 hours on weekends but its not a big deal. Overall, good spot.

Everyones really friendly and motivational, willing to work at your pace. Gyms a decent size, equipment seems well maintained and regularly cleaned. Classes are intense and target a variety of points within the group muscles targeted during the workout. All in all, Im glad I got the PF Black card membership

I love this place..... Ive got severe back issues and just want to finally start feeling better mentally and physically. Let me tell you, I usually come late at nite 11pm and the nicest people are always so kind and helpful. I asked Christian a question about working on my arms. Not only did he help me. He basically showed me everything I still can do with my physical limitations. I feel like Im not being judged, just truly seem to care for my physical well being.... I would give an award if I had one! 🌝 also the hydro massages are AMAZING!

Service was great. Guys at the front were very friendly. App was easy to install and set up. Everything was very clean, everyone wipes after themselves with easy cleaning stations located through out the building. Looking forward to reshaping my body and over all health.

Large gym with a lot of equipment. Clean with a laid back atmosphere. Even when it’s packed I can still find parking.

Not my fave location. Machines are old w/computers that are challenging to use. They arent on the WIFI so the LFConnect app doesnt work. Ive asked the desk staffers n am told they dont know how to use them. To talk to the manager. Frustrating. Makes me not want to go there.

The trainer, Michael really takes the time to learn EVERY person, and will tailor the workouts to challenge you to your abilities but still pushes you when you need it to do 5 more! The fitness classes are amazing and convenient!

You cant cancel your membership over the internet or phone. You must go in or send a letter.

I love The Everett PF!! It’s been a couple of years since I have been around and I luv the set up, very clean and smelled fresh!!Staff was very attentive as soon as I walked in the door. I dealt with 3 Diff staff while I was there my first day and they all had a wealth of knowledge. They are a good Crew together. They all seemed like they liked their job, especially the crew member that had lost 300lbs. Lots of TVs, and plenty of cardio machines! I’m excited to see what kind of results I can get working with Michael the Trainier.Would recommend this gym for sure!

Clean place, well maintained, everything is as it should be.

First time customer. Went inside had no idea what to expect. Guy at the counter wasnt friendly. He acted as if he didnt want to be bothered. Explained that Im new and it was my frist time stepping in the building. Its bad fir business and makes me want to take my business elsewhere. He didnt explain classes or anything to me. I had tobask if there was anyone in the. Building to help me. He just said look online Monday-Friday for a new member orientation and thats when i can get help. I just walked away.

Although they are friendly and for the most part clean they should really up their sales technique. They are selling memberships without explaining the fine print to buyers which is not okay... as it is a contract including bank information. TheY mention on their higher end membership there’s and annual fee but where they get you is telling you for only $10 a month you still get equipment access. What they don’t tell you is that with that amazing price you will also be getting charged $40+ every 6 months for an “equipment fee”. Which in all honesty is a good price but you guys should really disclose that information before any transaction as we are in the middle of an economic break down and people should know what and when something is being pulled from their account. Being in sales I’m aware you guys want to make your sales and call it a day but in the long run disclosing the contract before taking someone’s money would save you guys from mad or shocked customers

What I love about this Planet Fitness is the fact that my trainer and staff listen to my needs. My trainer was able to listen to my back issues and recommend exercises for my back issues and that fixed my back and both shoulder issues. And therefore I didn’t have to go to a Chiropractor! The trainers at this location are very experienced and knowledgeable on how to treat back issues!!!

Great set up. All of the equipment I know and love, plus more to learn. Friendly staff! And love the tanning salon to use after a hard workout!

I have been workeing out at planet Fitness for 2 years.I really like the gym.Price is very reasonable.Very nice equipment .Luv the staff & luv the hydro massage beds.

They charged me $40 without me knowing since I downgraded my account no one told me and when I went into cancel my account they were all laughing at me when I was irritated with the fact they took money from me bad customer service they were not helpful and they kind of smell so they need to put deodorant on. Whoever was the white male with long blonde hair needs to be fired he threatened me He said I’m gonna fight you and I said let’s take it outside then very rude do not go to this gym they are all a bunch of pansies.

WORST GYM EVER!!! they got me on a membership and then never notified me that they were back open. Just started charging me! I tried to call about getting refunded since I had no idea and haven’t used my membership AT ALL. The guy on the phone was super rude and said he wasn’t going to help me with a refund or anything. He told me if I want to cancel I needed to MAIL THEM A LETTER, and he wouldn’t be able to do anything, which feels A LOT like a lie. After I told him I never received any notice, he told me that I had. Apparently he thinks I’m full of it. Overall poor customer service and rude employees. This place just wants to take your money and does not care about their customers. I would highly suggest going elsewhere.

The best time to go is between 1AM and 4AM. Theres no one there and you pretty much got the floor to yourself, and if you have a black card, tanning room is all yours as well...

Now that this gym has started back up they obviously resumed payments, I was unaware they were even open until I got charged for my membership. Obviously during this pandemic a lot of us have been hit financially, so when I called to cancel my membership due to low funding and to get reimbursed for a month that I’m literally not going in or paying for, I was rudely greeted by the manager on how I will not be refunded at all and “how I should work on my finances better” Like I’m sorry, what? Anyways, as someone who is a general manager for a different company I’m completely shocked by her response and the lack of empathy during a time like this. I won’t be returning to this gym since all they care for is the money, even if you can’t afford it or don’t use your membership, they’re just money hungry and don’t care for their customers. Which is sad because I loved coming here, but in the future I’ll be willing to pay a bit more for better customer service.

Management in the Marysville location is questionable. They constantly complain about dumb stuff, like accidently slamming the weights, not allowing my son to work out because he was wearing pants, always trying to charge late fees...etc.. Stop complaining to your customers about their lifting habits. When youre bench pressing three hundred plus pounds, its not gonna be quiet when you rack the bar.

Cons: This place gets crowded and extremely crowded no matter what time you go. am or pm. Unless you like working out after midnight and before 4am. At any time there are so many persons not wearing the mask at all or wearing it under the chin. I never saw any of the staf members saying anything to anyone about this.Also doesnt make any sense to me why they keep the music so loud since 99.9% of the people in the gym use their own earphones.Pro: Cheap

I go here everyday. It’s starting to get packed but you know. It is what it is. The people (employees) are nice.

The worst customer service! I spoke to people at the Everett location that I will not be using the gym all this year and most likely until we still in pandemic. They charge me few times but cancelled . I speak to them over the phone. I haven’t received any letter saying we will charge annual fee n it will not be refundable. So frustrated . They can’t cancel my service over the phone or electronic .

I was a member at the Marysville PF for a while and recently switched to Everett. They were beyond friendly, helpful and gracious.

The person trainer is excellent. I have seen results in 3 days. My health and fitness have improved, due to the equipment and excercises.

One week of membership, then they closed down and I got none of my money back. Unless they reopen soon, or pay me back what they owe, I will keep fighting this legally.

Ladies, time your visit so you wont need to shower between 8:30 and 9am. The cleaner guy comes into the locker room at this time. Although, he missed cleaning the showers which needed it most. There are lots of showers and the water is hot and the pressure is good. There is only one dressing room near the showers though. The equipment I used was in good repair but could have been cleaner. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Oh Im ticked off! I just found out the gym is open because I saw the fee taken out of my bank! Not one email or some sort of notification sent out that this gym was open, nothing! I cant believe it. That is low.

I will start by saying, l am not a gym type person. But I felt welcomed to this gym. The staff are fun and personable. The gym is always clean, even though they are going through a remodel.

That black spa treatment is fab! Without it, I would not be walking due to the swelling of my feet and ankles because of my pregnancy. Staff has been great and the hours are so convenient. Thanks planet fitness!

Let me start off by staying this was a fantastic gym, but it has changed because of covid. Yes, it is unfortunate that the amenities are closed off, as well as the bathrooms, because of “covid”, but it is understandable. Recently, a buddy of mine and I (who we both have been customers here for over a year) got treated badly by the blonde manager here. He rudely approached us saying we were both making way too loud of noise with the weights and need to have our masks on while we’re actively working out. Let me just say we only come here for exercise and leisure, it’s a good way to get our mind off things, and we’re not here to make a disturbance (which isn’t what we did at all). We were both upset with him and felt there was nothing we can do because he’s at the top of chain in management at this gym. All the other employees treat us fantastic, but it will soon change with the mentality and leadership this manager has over the gym, and especially the way he treats customers, because I know we can’t be the first, and definitely won’t be the last to be treated this way. I hope the owner(s) of this gym sees this review and figure something out because you’re close to losing two customers already to emerald city athletics down the street already because of this manager.Update: Since posting this review there has a big change, and for the good, at this gym; the manager mentioned has changed his attitude and has made a better environment for the other employees and customers coming in as to what would be expected. So, I have updated my review because of it.

I have been coming into this gym since it was Fitness Evolution and it has always been so welcoming to come into. I have taken many classes and very much enjoy the current trainer Mikey. Emma the manager has worked there since it converted over to PF and is always so helpful and friendly. The staff is always really supportive in all of your goals and I have never seen such a professional group of young adults. I LOVE THIS GYM AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE THAT IS THINKING OF COMING IN TO SIGN UP!!!

I am a black card member here and the amenities are awesome. I usually get the hydro massage before my workout along with stretching to help relax my muscles and to help stimulate them. I definitely recommend it. Have never and probably will never use the tanning though, but the booths look cool, and after using every machine the equipment gets wiped down using one of the many cleaning stations located threw out the building. So very sanitary

Absolutely the worse place I have ever had to deal with, my wife was a member and they where billing her for the annual fee saying she never paid it even after we went to the location and showed them a bank statement proving it was paid and even pointed it out on there statements that they showed us saying we didn’t pay it, the General Manager Emma who was rude and condescending to my wife said they would credit us back, but yet they continued to charge our account and continue to overdraw it and never credited our money back, I would love to be able to have a conversation with the franchise owner over this situation so they know how rude and poorly we where treated. If you believe planet fitness is a judgment free zone I rest assure you all it is not.

I love this gym. It is SO spacious & all of the equipment is like new. The trainers are great, unfortunately they dont have classes on the weekend though. I love their mentality of no judgement. Decent music, lots of tvs. The womens locker room is huge & has showers, changing rooms, its beautiful. Highly recommend.

Great experience so far. Better than any gym Ive been to yet. Wish it had a pool. Treat my teenage kids with memberships like adults. Greatly appriciated. No one has ever rushed me off of a machine while I need a moment to breath. Plenty of cardio equipment, you never have to be right on another person, which is important to me.

PF serves my needs at a very affordable price. Plenty of machines. Friendly staff. It has been a challenge the past two months or so as major renovation is in process and no men’s bathroom or shower is available. Once renovation is complete I recommend PF.

PF is pretty great, the cost is low considering you get access to lots of classes and quality equipment. I also really like the hydrotherapy beds, its a nice way to end a good workout.

I just recently joined due to a promo I had seen. I brought a guest with me to the Everett location a couple times before she decided to cancel her LA FITNESS membership and join Planet Fitness. When she signed up she didnt realize she had to be specific on location she was joining. Today, we show up to work out and this is where her positive experience joining Planet Fitness went South.We were immediately greeted by a brand new employee and my friend now being on her own membership asked for guidance in obtaining a key chain pass. The new employee was confused and did not know what to do and since other members were in line behind us trying to check in as well.So we went and started our workout and within 5 minutes we were approached by a very rude employee by the name of Emma. She scolded my friend for signing up at the wrong location and then began to be very rude, negative and unhelpful in advising how to switch locations. This employee made it seem like its impossible to switch locations. My friend wasnt even aware you had to choose a specific Planet Fitness. I had a very positive experience until running into this nasty employee.On my way out I asked the same employee if it is possible for my friend to change locations since I never got a direct answer and with an attitude she stated she was looking into itThe membership my friend signed up for is not on contract so now Im entirely debating on canceling my contract and heading to LA Fitness with the negative experience I had today dealing with Emma...

Right now these people are putting their customers in jeopardy of getting Covid 19.They say masks are required to enter but as soon as people start exercising off come the masks.Russian roulette.The Governor should enforce the mask rule. And change your hours so people dont have to work out with maskless people.

It was about 5:00 pm on Tuesday night. I came in to take a look at the gym and sign up. I was super excited to join. I get there and the guy at the desk informs me he is the ONLY person working at the gym. He wasn’t able to take me on a tour of the facilities or let me look around. He was rude and didn’t want to answer questions for me as well. He wanted me to blindly sign up. I find it disappointing that an establishment of their size would not have at least 2 employees working and offer better customer services than what was received.

Enjoy working out here. Very chill atmosphere with their No Judgement philosophy. Good amount of equipment and plenty of space so you dont feel cramped while working out.

As someone who is just looking for the basics, this is the place to go. The staff is always friendly and make it a point to get to know the members. In the mornings when I go, the gym is always clean and orderly. Staff is always walking around and making sure everything is put away. By far the best gym in the franchise!

I had never been to this planet fitness before. The first time I go, I get my car window shattered and broken into. I parked next to a few other cars. I was in the gym for 30 min. This place is terrible. A lot of weirdos walking around. Not to mention management said cameras were put in last week but aren’t on yet?! What does that mean?! The manager wasn’t even sorry. His body language was not there. I’ve worked retail before and know what it’s like to be considerate of people’s feelings when things go wrong. So no footage of anything that happened. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here or park in their parking lot. Cops said that the parking lot gets a lot of break-ins. Again, management hasn’t done anything. Might wanna park right at the entry way on the curb while you’re at it. Maybe someone will see it. Good luck. People suck.

Staff in the morning look very bored. They arent knowledgeable about the equipment and cant answer basic fitness related questions -- or maybe its that they just cant be bothered. Conversely, the staff at nearby Mill Creek P.F. is very helpful, energetic and mannerly. They will actually lead you over to machines, answer questions, etc. The staff at Mill Creek seem fit too, as one might expect from people working at a gym. Not so much in Everett. I think its management.Other members: This may be a difference between people in Everett and Mill Creek in general, but manners are poor in the free-weight / Smith machine area. Guys routinely save the next machine they plan to use, by leaving keys or cell phones -- essentially keeping 2 to 3 machines occupied at once. Also, guys often walk up and take weights off the machine Im using...without even ASKING! Theyre basically bipedal pigs.Everett P.F. is a pretty depressing location to exercise in. If you have the time, I recommend going to Mill Creek instead.
