I stopped in here about a month ago to get an estimate on about three,maybe four jobs on my truck. The estimate was more than fair and I was able to get an appointment that 100% worked with my schedule. Just had our car serviced here. We dropped it off this past Friday and was able to pick it up, today, Tuesday. Phil was the man that I talked to during the whole process and he was phenomenal. He called to let me know what the issue was as soon as they began working on it. He was thorough and very kind. Great experience, I went for electronic seat adjustment issue. I paid for replacement but when I get home the issue got resolved. Probably because the technician reset the program board. I made a call and Eddie said totally fine and initiated a refund. He assigned to a person and they called and informed me about the refund. Great customer experience, will visit again if needed!!

I called these guys late Friday morning to see if they could squeeze my classic car in for an alignment that same day. This was a huge ask and I expected to be turned away (everyone else did) and despite their busy schedule and full lot, I was welcomed to drop the car off and the car was ready just a few hours later. I didnt bother to ask about price because I needed it done, ended up spending much less than I thought I would and the service was professional, friendly, and top notch. I brought my Audi A3 to replace its brake pads. This was my first time of replacing break pads, but Phill, an advisor who took care of my car, very friendly explained what the problem was and what to change. All services were very smooth and stress-free, as he did reconfirm appointments and presented an accurate price. From the moment I arrived I was treated cordially and respectfully by the manager.I was immediately attended and before my truck went inside the shop the manager made a quick inspection and pointed out possible problems and solutions. Well when I first went into Fast Eddies I came in looking for a simple alignment, asked if they could just fit me in and if I could hang back.I came in really with my mind on the fact my car was pulling to the left, and after having it inspected at another place that couldnt do alignments, I stopped by.They fit me in even though I was being kind of pushy and not really being aware of request I was asking as they were busy.Well they got me in, Phil one of the guys behind the desk came to give me a break down of what I was looking at as the alignment wasnt going to be possible with the state of 2 inner tie rods and end Right Front. Which would have to be done before the alignment could even be done. Along with a couple of Struts and tires that were bald.I wasnt expecting this, as Phil explained the situation the price and the situation was racing through my head, and I was trying to take it all in at the same time thinking how to mitigate cost of this unexpected news.My first instinct was to call around do some price comparisons and come back, Still not appreciating the situation as I should of, I declined the work at first to do some checking around.And OF COURSE NOBODY has either the prices or the long history of 43 years of Trust. Nobody is obviously perfect, but in terms of Fast Eddies work everything I researched said they are flawless and no history of running people up or being dishonest.I was worried, but honestly I should have trusted their work. Later that same day on a Thursday I called to ask if they could eventually do the work by the end of the day at about 2PM, they were straight forward and honest about that not really being a possibility.Finally realizing the situation I was in totally, I kept calling around nobody else was going to be able to do it either.So the next day I called first when They opened on a FRIDAY, while being busy and being pushy about asking if it could be done by the end of the day.I was told I could come down and they would see what they could do.So, I dropped the car off, still unsure because of my being pushy if they would get it in as they were really busy as they stated.BOTTOM LINE They got it fixed, went above and beyond Phil who I had been dealing with this entire time was patient and understanding considering my stress and the situation. Its my car, I created the work, but they were fair and worked with me and NOW my car not only is fixed it Rides better than ever in a long time. This was a Sky Blue Ford Taurus from 2000, yeah 2000 168.000 Miles and it rides like new and considering my options and the prices of he competition Fast Eddies cant be beat.TLDR: If you are in need of repair and you need the best in the business with the 43 years of earned positive experience, Go to Fast Eddies Pro Tire.Even all the other shops know it too, since one said they could charge me more for the work but always advised Fast Eddies by their competition.I made this long review for the next person in a panic going through the reviews like I did, this place is legit, they wont tell you what you want to hear, but they wont feed you nonsense or over price you, all the other reviews you see here are right.Again thanks guys for putting up with me and helping me out Special Shout Out to Phil!

Wonderful!!! Had multiple radiator leaks, dead battery, and very worn alternator belt. Had to make a appointment because of the covid 19. But car was dropped off at 8am had car done and ready by 3pm!!! I had a bunch of other things done as well. Ended up replacing the radiator drain plug. Three different hoses. Had a vehicle inspection done electrical and overall diagnostics done as well.. I am sure I am forgetting things. Bottom line fast service meet my expectations. I figured the car would be there for at least a day if not too. He also gave me a break on pricing and did not charge me for a free things. Paul is awesome. This is my primary automotive repair store. I bring both my honda pilot and kia Sorrento there for all my work. I hardly ever give anyone 5 stars. If I could give them 6 I would. This is my new go-to shop! I brought in a 2014 Ford F-150 with 125,000 miles that had never had any of the manufacturers suggested services completed. This was my first time at Fast Eddies, I was looking for a quick tire rotation without any hassle and without overpaying. I contacted Fast Eddies the night before on Yelp and Ed himself responded! He told me the tire rotation would be only $20. I asked him if that was for real. He said yes.I got there for the tire rotation, it only took 20 MINUTES even though there were a ton of cars!! They also gave me a flower! They didnt even try to sell me stuff I dont need and he was really honest about the condition of my tires. I wont be going to anyone else, Eddie is a really cool guy and he earned a customer for life out of me!

The oil change went well enough.Mostly bummed they left dirryfloor coverings and greasy finger prints all over the feshly washed classic car we brought them, only because our usual mechanic was on vacation.Wont be going back.

They have done a great job on my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Replaced the heater core for a very reasonable price and broke nothing. My TPMS issue continues but they are backing it up at no charge. I will bring further work for them and I am a do it yourself guy I would recommend this shop and will send other people including my kids. Picking a good shop is very difficult and expensive. I think this one is a good choice.

All the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. My brakes needed repairs during the snow downfall, the shop was extremely busy during this time and because I will not drive in this kind of weather they were grateful I wasnt demanding my vehicle now and I was happy to get my vehicle back repaired and safe to drive. Came from work one night and I notice my signals and wipers weren’t working anymore. took my Jeep Patriot Here and they told me that the multifunction for my Jeep is broken. So I paid for the order which is $200 and had to come back the next day for them to put it on. So they put on the wrong multifunction and charge me another $200.Came home and order one on eBay for $41.95 and fix it by myself.

Ive taken my vehicles to Fast Eddies multiple times now after increasingly disappointing experiences at another local shop. I feel like I am getting honest recommendations and reasonable prices. Phil has gone over and above what is normal what most other shops would do. I feel like my vehicles are well cared for and I receive advice to keep them in top condition.

I took my car in for a new alternator. They got me in quickly and replaced the part on the same day. I have other issues with my car, and even though they did address them, there was no high pressure sales pitch. Just recommendations on different options should I choose to have the work done I am very happy with the quality of work done and will return when I am ready to fix the rest.

I had a weird alignment and steering wheel issue and they are the only ones who have ever been able to fix it!! I noticed the difference immediately on my drive home. Excellent staff who were willing to work with me and get everything done correctly. They listened to me and my issues and gave me a personalized experience Ive never had with another shop. This is real deal customer service and I am sure I will go back to them for whatever I need done on my truck in the future. I had my car in this past weekend for an oil change, and went there because of all the positive reviews I found online. Im pleased to now be among those who can report an exceptional experience. They were fast (true to their name) -- I was out of there with an oil change, tire rotation and new windshield wiper blades in less than an hour. Both the mechanic and gentleman running the front desk were courteous, honest and very communicative. I got an exact rundown of what needed to be done, and they gave me a heads up that Id need a brake job on my next oil change, and quoted me for the work, too, so I can start planning for that expense now, in advance. And they gave me a carnation on my way out the door, which made me feel extra special and like a valued customer. I will definitely be going to Fast Eddies for all of my auto repair needs. I called Fast Eddies in a bind this week. I had a tire delivered to Walmart, which took a week to arrive; it was shipped site to store. When I got to the location, they told me they couldnt replace the tire because they were first come first serve and were booked for the night. That info would have been helpful when I called the store the day before to advise I would be coming in.Long story short, I said bye bye to Walmart, as I needed the tire replaced that day (there was a gash in it). It was about 1 hr before close, I called and spoke with Phil, who said hed take care of me. I brought the tire in, just paid for the mount and balance and had the replacement (and safe) tire installed that night. These folks came through when I needed the help....it was an amazing demonstration of customer service that a lot of companies lack today. I am very grateful to them for making the end of a busy work day better for me.Great work Fast Eddies!

Professionalism. What i got quoted is what I paid. Friendly.However I do wish the oil changes did not take over an hour. Although I know they rotate the tires and check all the fluids and perform a 121 pt inspection.Nevertheless 5 stars. Outstanding job.

As a manager of an auto repair shop myself, I am pretty good at seeing right through crummy shops, technicians, and managers. Fast Eddies has never been anything but awesome towards me and my challenging needs. This shop just finished a flawless engine swap on my 2002 Jaguar X-type which is an absolute and total nightmare requiring 30+ hours of labor and careful attention to detail so as to avoid screwing it up and buying a new car for the customer. Most shops are terrified to see any Jaguar coming, and to make mine even more challenging, its heavily tuned. Jeff and his father run an efficient, skilled, and reasonably priced shop in a challenging environment where mom and pop shops routinely fail. Furthermore, the mechanical skill of their technicians is second to none and certainly beyond those of my own technicians. Jaguar engine swap? Mercedes S-class air bag suspension faults? Problems like these can be solved by these people, and this is quite amazing for a generalist shop such as theirs. From oil changes to engine swaps, go to these guys...

Good auto repair shops are as hard to find as good doctors, but I found one!! Courteous, professional and honest.I just had new tires installed on my 2014 Lincoln MKX. I had an appointment for 3:30 pm. I arrived at 3:15, and they immediately took my car to get started. Jeff Hemp was my courteous professional service advisor.I typically wrench on my own cars, so I am quite familiar with how to repair them. As I was waiting for the tires to be installed, I could overhear Jeff taking numerous calls from customers. His descriptions of the issues the customers were having were totally logical and sound. I never heard him even attempt to upsell customers. He just provided honest consultive advice. Just listening to him with other customers convinced me that he was knowledgeable and honest.I will be bringing in my Miata next for new tires and would trust him and his shop for any repairs I need in the future as I know he is the real deal.Thank you, Jeff.
