Avoid this place at all costs. I should have trusted my gut. We purchased a car about 3 months ago from them, against my better judgement but we were under a time constraint. They assured us it was in great condition. The car fax looked great. We JUST took it to them for an oil change (complimentary) five days ago and not only did they not reset the oil indicator, but we started having issues with our battery immediately following the appointment. Today we are supposed to head out of town and instead we are spending $1000 to replace our alternator and another $350 to rent a car on a holiday weekend- mind you when we called them to ask that they look at it because this is unacceptable, they have begun dodging us. We have been nothing but respectful and easy to work with but the buck stops here. Deplorable business. I hope you feel gross about how you have treated us and other families.

Not the stereotypical car buying experience. I went in to support my 19 year old daughter, her first car, and was met with nothing but professionalism from Victor and Javier. I appreciated that they engaged with us both equally, patiently answered all her questions, and didnt talk down to her/us. The car was great but we noticed the power seat adjustment wasnt working. The service department went to get the part and fixed it while we were doing the paperwork. Great service all around!!!

Fernando and Javier were amazing! From the moment I first talked to Fernando he made me feel welcome. He took his time to make sure all my questions were answered. He took me on a test drive and showed me all the details of the car and he did t make me feel rushed. I appreciated his honesty. When it came to financing he worked with me to make sure I was happy with the sale from start to finish. I would definitely it’s just recommend him to my friends and family.

Came in last fall and bought a Chrysler 300 and it was fine, days go by and the check engine light is on (misfire in the 5th cylinder) and my tire pressure sensor has been going off since I bought it. Let me remind you I brought a mechanic and he said that there were NO codes showing any issues. I come to learn that when they said they were “updating parts” during the buying process these issues popped up. Came back to trade it in and they said after 7-8 payments I can trade it in. Came in today and they refuse to help me and hung up on us. Crooked car dealership I’d advise everybody to stay away from them. They don’t care about the safety of your children, parents, friends whoever is in the vehicle. Just a bunch of con artists who wanna make a quick sale. Now I gotta see if I can trade it somewhere else. STAY AWAY.

Be Careful! You should check everything on your own otherwise they will not tell you if something is missing from the car. I bought a good looking car but after taking home I found out that the back speaker is not working.

Worst expierence. i have gotten one car and it went great went back recently to trade it in for another vechicle. long story short i came out with the car i wanted a few days later i got the call that they needed more money for the down payment after the deal was signed. we did not come to an agreement ended up getting my money and my car back worst experience ever i would not recommend this place to anyone there are better dealerships the same day went to a better dealership nd got a better deal with the same amount of $$$

Bought a car from them for almost 12k cash within the first couple days the battery went out. And then after to weeks put the car in reverse and the check engine light came on the car died out and wont start. Also watch out as youre signing papers they sneak in a negation slip that exchanges your implied warranty (pretty much covers if anything goes wrong with the powertrain within a certain amount of time) for a free 40 dollar oil change. I wouldnt reccomend anyone go there. They care more about making a sell than the integrity of there vehicles. Also all these good reviews are probably from them pressuring people while your waiting to leave them a good review and awkwardly standing there waiting for you to do it

I found the car that I wanted on True Car. I went to the Del Sol website and requested more info. Someone from the team called me later that evening and we set up an appointment to come in. I met with Luis, the entire sale team was/is super friendly. I didnt feel any pressure. Luis showed me the car, let me test drive. I didnt need financing. The process was smooth and easy. Luis even followed me he so that I could getyou new car home (I brought him back)Proud new owner of a 2014 (plasma green) Subaru Crosstrek hybrid.

I made an appointment for an oil change. When making it I told them I was to provide the oil and filter, well they ended up doing the opposite and did nothing about it.. they told me I could return the one I had purchased because the mechanic didn’t use the one I provided which it wasn’t what I wanted to use in my car.. then they said my car couldn’t use a sintetícele oil because it was not new when the one I brought was for cars over 75k miles.. then they said the invoice was left done by the manager and he wasn’t coming till Tuesday next week (today is Friday).

If you are ready to buy a car or just looking, this is the place to go. The office is cozy and not overwhelming. They have a great selection of vehicles at affordable prices. I think of it as a mom & pop shop where you get all the services needed with love and care.The sale agents are friendly and will even pick you up, in some cases, if needed. If you have children, they offer coloring books and crayons to keep them occupied. I was in and out in a maximum of two hours. We went in, looked at a few cars, drove it around then made a selection. Did the paperwork and went home with a new car.I highly recommend this place to get you a car.

Do not reccomend. I called to make it clear what I was looking for. The guy I talked to wasnt available even though he said he would be at that time slot for me. Then had 4 different people trying to make us spend double than what we were looking for. We were there for like 3 hours! Sids in Everett was amazing! We were in and out in about an hour! He was straight forward answered all our questions and gave us a wonderful deal on the same car Del Sol had for double the price! We even went to get the car we purchased that was the same year and model to our mechanic thinking we would need a lot of work done and turns out the car Sids sold us was in tip top shape and like 30k miles less than the one at Del Sol!

We went in to look at a specific pickup truck we had seen listed on carfax. Price was very reasonable according to KBB and we were in and out of the place in a short amount of time, especially for a busy Saturday. After we bought the truck we took it in to get an independent mechanic to check it out and they said it was a great car and had been very well maintained. We worked mostly with Victor but all of the staff seemed helpful and friendly. We would go back again.
