THE BEST mechanics to go to for everything except for tires(they don’t do tires). These guys, and gals, keep it straight to the point and let you know exactly what’s wrong. They give quotes up front, free diagnosis, most affordable oil changes, quick service and are super reliable. Been going to these guys for over 4 years and they’ve never missed a beat. Highly recommend all of their locations. Mike is a highly skilled and seasoned mechanic, also a super chill to-the-point man. No BS here, just ease of mind to get your car up and running. Seriously can’t say enough good things about my experience with Emily’s Garage mechanics and reception. Also very female/minority friendly.

The lady who works there called “KATE”, I think she don’t like black people. She wasn’t kind and polite towards me during my time there; but when white customers showed up the whole atmosphere changed. Her whole demeanor improved drastically and she started treating me nice for the show. She Seemed to be annoyed at me when I asked her anything. The older mechanic who works there seems to be unhappy working under her, she needs to be disciplined.

Emilys has always been reliable, punctual, cost effective, and competitive with their rates. Not to mention theyve never tried to pull a panic or up sell on me for parts and service I dont need. They are my go to mechanic for just about anything to do with my vehicle. They also require masking up and their staff is personable, courteous, but down to earth as well. I have taken my 05 Grand Cherokee in twice to have work done on the suspension (upper control arms) an oil change, the front brakes, and a pesky check engine light. All the items have been correctly repaired in the time frame they promised and for a reasonable price. Mike the mechanic keeps a clean, I mean amazingly clean shop. Impressive . Excellent service! I got a pre purchase inspection here that was thorough and very reasonably priced. When my check engine light came on, they were able to check it out at no cost. This shop is about 15 miles out of the way for me, but I plan to continue taking my car there.

I recently had one of the tires patched at a place I won’t name, who didn’t suggest the switch—they just wanted to sell me more tires. I called Emily’s grease pit simply to speak with a mechanic that works there. One of the mechanics was sold a vehicle Thats legally in my name and is using it as his daily driver With plates in my Name, I was simply trying to clear up the mess. I was greeted on the phone by the most inconsiderate piece of trash, this lady hung up on me in the middle of trying to Give her my contact numbers she just assumed the number on the caller ID was a good number for her to give him. I found this out when I called back and told her how rude that was hanging up on me, I was trying to give you my numbers.She says I’m going to give him the number on the caller ID! And hangs up again. That’s extremely unprofessional, you shouldn’t be picking up phones if you act like a 13 year old child. i Will never use the service of this mediocre, unprofessional, overpriced establishment in my life. Inconsiderable In my opinion.

Never received a response via text questions sent to Everett location

I could not get a nut off on a motor mount. Mazda dealer wanted 130$ to get it off. Checked with Emilys to see what they would charge. Barnabus told me to pull car in and they would get it off for free. He got it off. Im new to the area and found an honest auto mechanic shop. So happy with them.

He explained things I didnt know to even ask about and offered me less expensive alternatives. I did not feel condesended to nor did I feel that my ignorance of mechanics OR the fact that I am a middle aged single woman were being exploited. Fair price - clearly explained, fast service And everyone is friendly and welcoming. And I love that Ems Garage is owned and run by a woman!

I recently went to Uber green zone in Seattle. It was 7 days back and they are still conducting background check.I went to Lyft today, ou was super smooth and by the time I reached back, my account was reactivated and I was good to go.Lyft rocks!! Uber sucks!!

So bad. I made an appointment on their website. They took my car model and year. Appointment was confirmed by email and sms. I drove 35 miles away for the appointment only to be told that they dont have the tools for my car. They knew what my car was before confirming the appointment. To add insult to the injury they knew I was waiting outside their store and decided to call me and tell me that they wont be able to perform the service. You could not walk over to me and talk to me like a man? You should be ashamed of your service.

Beware- the techs are not certified (their lead tech does not work at this location) and caused us more damage to our engine due to incompetency! My sons engine swap turned into a nightmare when they busted the transmission while installing the new engine. Also they did not reattach hoses, clamps and cables which almost caused an engine fire. The lead tech stated several times they dont have the tools to do major repairs and shouldnt even take big jobs. We are contacting our lawyers to have them pay for damages.
