I called on very short notice. I talked to TIM. They said bring it down we’ll fix it today! They quoted me a price I was happy with. They hooked me up with getting my dads truck muffler fixed. Very reasonable on pricing and like I said very fast..

Went on a Saturday, because this is one of the only shops that is open. Tim was slammed with customers, but was handling everything like a professional, and got my car back to me within a couple of hours.Thank you!

Exceptionally poor work. Promises made that they didn’t fulfill. Painted the underneath of my chassis with exhaust paint🤯 The guy that welded my exhaust (they said he was the best) did a poor job and was angry and didn’t want to do it. I was very specific on my requests and they just did whatever was easiest and not what I asked. They wanted to give me free oil changes...to make up for their poor workmanship, however they will never touch my car again. My suggestion, stay away.

This was my first time here because I needed a part removed from the engine bay of my Honda Civic. Not only were they willing to take the vehicle in immediately, it was also a zero hassle experience. The fair pricing, polite staff and hard working atmosphere gave me confidence that the job would be done right the first time through! I will never return to this location ever! They had my vehicle for 5 days while I was told it was going to be ready the same day as appointment some how they got the wrong part several times. They definitely lack hard in the communication department as well. I coulda spent my $1500+ else where an been waayyy more satisfied.

I went today to have my brakes and oil changed. the guy told me it is $300 something so i said ok do it then..since i have the time to spare..but when i paid it he charged me $564 something..He said the $360 was the labor..i was blewn away by the price i paid..im not happy with it..Update: Tim called me right away about the matter and it ends up, there was a mistake..He gave me a refund right away.. It was terrific! I called and told them what I needed (muffler) on an old weekend racer. They put it up on the lift and showed me what I needed. Price difference? 100 (exhaust pipe was completely destroyed by rust). Still needed the muffler but it would have not made a change because the exhaust was not going to make it there.

I have been a professional mechanic for 15 years, but sometimes I take my vehicle into a shop if it requires specific tools to do properly or quickly. After replacing a brake component I brought my truck in to the Everett buckeys to power bleed the brakes. They warned me that they had trouble using the bleeder, and that I could not hold them accountable if it blew up brake lines. Having just checked the entire system over, I felt confident that everything would hold up and that my vehicle was in the hands of competent techs. I came back a few hours later to find my engine compartment covered in brake fluid. They informed me that the master cylinder was leaking. In fact, the master cylinder was the part I had just replaced (after bench bleeding) and I suspect that these guys applied full shop air pressure to the power bleeder, blowing past the seals in the master cylinder. In their eyes they had done a fantastic job diagnosing a faulty component so the charged me a full two hours of shop time for what appears to have been about 15 seconds of mechanical mayhem. I paid but I will never return.Places like these are the first Jobs that mechanics have. These are often young people still learning the trade. Though it pains me to say it, patronizing a national chain gives some assurances against negligence.

I made an appointment for 8 am to get an issue with my car diagnosed and possibly fixed. I arrived at the same time as a walk in oil change. Despite the fact I had an appointment they choose to do the oil change first. I was there for an hour after my schedule time before they touched my car. They were ultimately unable to work on my car and suggested I take it to the dealership. I understand being understaffed and not being equipped to solve all problems, but it’s unprofessional to ignore appointment to finish the “easy job” first. I’ve gone here before, but I doubt I’d trust them with my business again.Also the tech never put on a mask despite Washington state mandate. Highly unprofessional environment.

They were honest which is always my fear. My car cost a lot to fix, but now it runs brand new. They asked me to bring back in five days to make sure everything is doing what it is supposed to. I started going there for my oil change which is the best price in town.

I had an amazing experience at Bucky’s, A shop prior to taking my car to Buckys had stripped my oil pan and never told me. The well trained men at Buckys informed me of the problem right away, found the part I needed that day and had it done with in a few hours, at a price I could afford. No scams, no lies. I could of had it done for free at the place that ruined it in the first place but I’d much rather have amazing quality work done and my car in the care of well trained professionals . I felt very taken care of by the manager Damian and sales associate Tim through out the entire process. The men there take their time and treat you like a friend. I called the day before, they told me they could take me in the following day. I showed up in the morning at the time they told me to come in. 9:00 AM. Tim the manager told me it would take about an hour.1st WARNING SIGNHe quoted me on the phone the day before and then try to DOUBLE the price when I showed up. I told him I was there for the price and he finally agreed with me. Tim said it would take 1hr.Then the welder who is going to work on my car ask him if you wanted him to get started on it right away and I heard him tell him “No finish up what you’re doing“2nd WARNING SIGNAn hour later I come back and I see that the car hasn’t even been touched. I talk to the front desk and they tell me that they’re real busy and that they don’t actually make appointments. So it’s kind of a first come first serve even though I was one of the first cars there. He then proceeds to tell me that I can take my business elsewhere. I explained to him that situation and he doesn’t seem to care. He has a real arrogant attitude about the whole thing. he tells me that Tim is at lunch and will be back soon.3rd WARNING SIGNTim walks in shortly after and starts telling the guys “Hey I told you to start on it right away”. 20 minutes later as I decided to wait this time and no one has touched my car. I step outside and see all the mechanic working on other cars. I go back inside and ask for my keys so I can leave, Tim comes out and starts yelling at the mechanics. I start to tell Tim, But I’m not blaming the mechanics but rather his lack of leader ship. He tells me then that it’s getting started on right now. I say nothing and grab my keys. Avoid this place unless you’re OK with shady managers and unreliable service.

The service I received from Buckys was beyond belief. I routinely take my car to be serviced at a competitor. When I experienced a major oil issue, and was unable to make it to my usual vendor, I stopped by Buckys. I have had my oil changed at Buckys before and I remembered the exceptional customer service. This made it an easy choice. I dropped my car off and was met by Tim the manager. He listened intently and asked me several questions. I brought my vehicle in to have a downpipe installed. Fernando made sure that the job was done correctly and installed an O2 sensor the following week due to a seized one. If something wasnt being done in a timely or correct manner, Fernando would step in and fix the issue. He is a great manager, Ill be returning for more exhaust work

I called two days ahead and made appt for oil chg. I was told no need to drop off car as it would be quick.However, it took over a half hour for them to finish previous oil chg so now I have been sitting here for over an hour...still waiting.When lady before me paid she was told her transmission fluid was low so a flush at next oil chg appt was needed to avoid damage. She had to ask them to top it off which seems a no-brainer that they should have done that snd hadn’t. Either they didn’t think to do that, or it really wasn’t low.Will be my last time bringing a car here.

As a single independent woman I have had some problems with car repair shops around town. Than, months back, a group of YMCA folks, (that I work out with) suggested Buckys as a good shop with excellent service. Unfortunately, my Explorer took a turn for the worse. Since the first visit and 3 more tow in visits I have trusted Buckys to be prompt, to fully explain things to me when I didnt know, they have been honest and forthright in their pricing. Even though I hope to not return to them, if something goes wrong, I most certainly would. Thank you for your excellent service.

Went in for a brake flush. Dropped car off at 0930, picked up at 2pm. After driving truck 20 mins the brake went to the floor after maybe 5 or 6 stops. And was told to bring it in but hes booked out until friday. I expect someone to look at a it ASAP if it just left your shop and not working properly. I literally have the same problem as before. I gave away $100 bucks. I need brakes and I will not return here for them as fixing brakes is definitely not their priority. Its getting money first, fix brakes when they can.

Edit: Sent them my information on their website like they asked me to and they never tried to get into contact with me.I went in because of a ticking issue in the engine. The mechanic misdiagnosed it and thought it was coming from the top and did about $3000 of repairs on the top end. After 3 weeks when he was done and he started the car up the problem was still there and he said it was the transmission. He eventually realized it wasnt the transmission after he took that down and took it apart to find no problems and eventually found the actual issue, some very destroyed bearings. He replaced the bearings and my total bill was $4700. However the vehicle didnt even last a week and the engine completely failed. Im probably going to take it to a dealership to tell me why the engine died and hopefully they dont misdiagnose it multiple times and replace parts with no warranty. But that doesnt matter much since after paying $4700 to still have a broken car I can no longer afford any more repairs that are needed at this point and Im stuck with no money and no car.
