We love calling Kinect our home! The team here is wonderful! From our virtual tour, to signing our lease, to move-in day, we could not be more pleased with our experience and interaction with the staff. The amenities are wonderful, and the community has been very friendly.

Leasing here has been a wonderful, easy experience. After leaving a bad landlord/apartment complex, I was nervous to rent again at all. Mindy answered all my questions, and was kind and funny through the whole process. There was a level of clarity and communication I’ve never experienced in renting from a larger company. All the rest of the office staff was super helpful too! The place has incredible amenities, safe parking if you go that route, and feels very high class. The apartment itself is beautiful, airy and bright. I couldn’t be happier! Definitely worth checking out!

Awesome new apartment building with upscale amenities, security and amazing customer service here in the Everett Station District. I love my new kitchen and bath, the hardwood floors throughout my apartment and the natural sunlight that makes the unit cheery and bright.

Everything about this move-in experience has been positive. The amenities are fantastic and I love that the building is incredibly secure. Everything in our apartment is brand new, no one has lived in it before. Ashlee was amazing getting us taken care of, she really went above and beyond! Thank you!

If youre looking for new, modern apartments in the area, this is the place! We just moved in and loved everything about the leasing process. Mindy is AMAZING! She heard us and found us what we were exactly looking for, answered all our questions and explained everything in detail. If you can get the east facing windows. The views are amazing.

My partner and I were pleasantly surprised when we toured the building and it looked even nicer than the pictures wed seen online! The cabinets go so high that we are considering buying a stepstool to utilize all our newfound kitchen space! All of the public spaces were spotless when we toured, such as the lounge area, gym, and 3rd floor patio. We had a lot of questions during our tour and Ashlee was able to answer all of them on the spot. Ashlee and Mindy have helped to make our move-in experience go as smoothly as possible, and have always been prompt in responding to any questions or concerns we had regarding the application and move-in process. All our interactions with Ashlee, Mindy, and Daniel have been positive ones and all of the staff and residents have been very friendly. Suffice to say, were very excited for our next year at Kinect!

So we ended up being unable to rent here due to some issues that the leasing office couldn’t control. But I still firmly believe this is a amazing place to live. The complex is so amazingly put together and the apts themselves areSpacious. The customer service is 1000%!They have ceiling fans! Which is a huge plus for me.

I absolutely love this place! I moved in around Thanksgiving time 2020 and although my time living here has been short it has been totally flawless in every aspect. It’s clean and well kept by the management and maintenance department making me proud to tell friends and family that I live and rent in the building!I personally am happy to call Kinect @ Broadway Apartments my home!

I like kinect at Broadway a lot. Their staff is extremely friendly and polite, always answering mine and my daughters questions to the best of their abilities. Our apartment is quiet, clean, and brand new which I have enjoyed greatly. The apartment is engaging with the community, having made several fun games during December that were social-distancing friendly and fun. We pay for parking that keeps my car inside a parking garage and I will say that it feels so nice coming home from work late at night knowing we are safe.

The staff is professional and fun! Always available and very willing to assist at a moments notice.

Kinect on Broadway I a beautiful new set of apartments just constructed, the inside lobby is breathtaking and everything feels so modernized from their workout room to their common areas. The apartment setups are made the most of with wood foors, high ceilings and spacious rooms and bathrooms. I cannot wait to apply for living here!

Come one! Come all! In these apartments youll have a ball! With as many peppy pups popping about, a game of fetch is sure to come about. Ball in snout.Its not so rough here, in fact this place fills me with cheer! Sparking clean, good insolation so you can hear neither bark, nor rambunctious teen. With background checks, key fobs, passcodes and sanitizer at almost every door, theres no need to worry about fein nor germs nor gore.Classy lobby, a clubhouse if you may, with fireplace, billiards, chess, Jenga, and many more games, Hooray!I love the parking garage, its so nice to feel safe. I love this place, its the nicest Ive ever been. Affordable and with overhead lighting and fans?!? Thats a win. So come on in! Wed love to meet you.
