They push your hands hard when they want them a certain place. They didnt conversate. Its been a couple days and a nails already off. Plus my matte on my nails has lines all in it 😒😅

They Charge What They Want! I Got My Nails And Toes Painted Without Acrylic & The Wife Charged Me 40.00!! I Went Back For The Same Thing 2 Weeks Later With The Gel Still On My Nails & The Husband Charged Me 50.00 When It Shouldve Been 35.00. They Charged Me For Taking Gel Off My Nails Too!! Smh I Wont Be Returning.

I would rate a zero but it wont let me do that. This place has absolutely terrible customer service. I scheduled my appointment for 6pm and when I got there they told that there were 4 people in front of me and I would have to wait over an hour. I have 3 kids one being a 4 month old baby so I have to get a babysitter to go get my nails done.I dont have time to wait around like that especially since I made an appointment. I will definitely not be going back.

Very unsanitary, I am the only one on a chair and I still haven’t been helped. The lady is sitting down on her phone and the other workers are wondering around. I’m not from here, I was passing by and saw the place and told my sister I would check it out for her, I will not be recommending this place to her and her friends. I should have checked the reviews beforehand, they’re very low for a reason.Another lady just walked in and sat down and was helped right away, before her another lady was taken right away as well. I’m guessing it’s my skin color. Im leaving.

This place had potential. The first time I let them do my nails. They were ok. The second time they were cute but they did a rush job. I paid for a fill-in. Horrible. He rushed an the shape was off. Polish from my previous fill-in was visible. An my acrylic over-lay was not evenly coated. when I asked the guy doing my nails what was he going to do to fix my nails, he got a attitude. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN

I used to love this place. I went in today and got a full set. I was bounced around stations so they could start other people. For shape, I asked for a narrow coffin, even showed a picture. I ended up with coffin on the right side of the nail and squoval on the left. My polish is patchy and there is still color around the nail from my previous polish along with the new polish on my cuticles. Got smacked in the face with a $50 bill at the end! I should not have to fix my shape and clean the polish up when I got home for a $50 set!!!!! Will not be going back. What a rip off!

Very friendly. I was staying in Evansville for the night and stopped in to get manicure and ask about coming back on Sunday for a pedicure and she said they were closed on Sunday, but she later offered to come in on Sunday. We took her up on her offer and was very happy with the service.

Very rude environment! Sent my 39 week pregnant daughter and her younger sister to get nails done before baby and they were very rude to both of them. I recommend them to everyone and that will no longer be happening. Maybe they should take a class in consumer service.

Horrible service! Do not get your nails done here! They are rude! Arrived an hour before 8pm and the employee said they were almost closing. Then wanted OPI nail polish and at fist refused to give us that brand. Had my nails soaking for about 20 min and my fingers were drying out. DO NOT GO HERE IF U WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
