RUN!! Trust me is t is worth driving and extra 5 miles to go to another place. Unprofessional, lazy, not hospitable and mostly they truly do not know what they are doing. This is my regular manicure from Thursday …… Sunday morning 2.5 days later . My friend got gel nails and had to go back in. They were clumpy, out of line of her finger. When she went back in they didn’t even ask any questions they redid them with a regular manicure. They knew they had done a bad job. So yes she paid for gel nails spent more time due to their mistake and received a regular manicure $20 less and received no compensation. My brother was with me as well and his experience was just as bad. I could keep going on but I think you get it. DONT GO!!

My daughter and I had our hair cut at the salon next door (Image) this evening, and decided to see if anyone at Bebe had time to do give us pedicures. As soon as we walked in the door, the man refused entrance to my service dog. He never asked asked a single question, just took one look at the dog, and repeatedly told me no pets allowed. My dog had his vest on. He was clearly marked with large wording as a working dog, and was perfectly behaved. I tried to tell the man he was a service dog, and service dogs are legally allowed in all businesses, but he would not let me get a word in. When I said nothing else, and walked out with my daughter, the man actually chased us outside to point out the sign that said no pets allowed. Again, I just walked away as it is not worth the argument or effort to me. The hair salon next door has the same sign on their door, and never even acknowledged my dog (which is how it should be). After we left Bebe, we went to Bella nails a block over, and though they close an hour earlier and did not have time to do our nails this evening, they were exceptionally friendly, and even commented on how well trained my service dog is. We will return to Bella nails tomorrow to have our pedicures.

This place is definitely the worst nail salon i’ve ever been to. I’ve been there three times and yet every time they have never failed to disappoint me. Not only did the do a bad job every time I was there but they accused my sister and I of stealing and continued to yell at us for 30 minutes. I will never be back.

TERRIBLE. They charged me $25 to take 8 of my acrylics off. EIGHT, not even all 10. Maybe, I would have understood if I had spent a bunch of time there soaking them off—like I had asked to do. But no, she pulled/ripped them off & there is a spot on both my thumb and pinky nails where it ripped ALL remaining nail off, it is just skin. Burns so bad. I’m sure letting me bleed and using clear coat isnt sanitary—& yes I said something.AND THEN, I couldn’t leave because they were arguing about how much I owed. Any other place I have EVER gone was $5-7 & I leave a nice tip for them having to deal with me. The woman who trimmed my nails was very nice, it was the woman watching a movie who only got up to make sure I overpaid who was a handful.Absolutely not. I will never come here again, & after this my friends won’t either. I should have walked right out of that place.

Unprofessional. Asked for dream gel which is what I have literally gotten for years, tried to give me regular gel. My nails were grown out enough that I didn’t need tips and they filed them down to nubs. Nails are misshapen, uneven and paint is sloppy. I’m done here. Disgusted.

In 2020 right after the pandemic opened up I went here to get a mani-pedi and get my eyebrows done. I paid 120 for all three of these services without a tip. It was just a basic mani-pedi and the man asked me what i wanted i told him regular mani and I am noticing him shaping my nails in a pointed fashion.. i am sorry who gets their nails done like that?? I feel it is so uncommon. My eyebrows looked amazing and were my favorite part so i returned yesterday to get my eyebrows done again. I showed the lady a picture of how the man did them last time and exclaimed how much I liked them then, she totally ignored everything i said in order to get the procedure done as quickly as possible. I called back today to exclaim they were not satisfactory on my end and the lady hung up immediately. I have called back three times or more and they will not answer. Very poor customer service, very rude people over priced and they do not do a good job. WILL NEVER be back again and will continue to tell everyone i know how terrible this salon is.

I would give this place a 0 if it were an option. The rudest and most disrespectful humans and very unprofessional. Walked out after having an appointment and will not go back!

Never will come here again. My nails were all different shapes, my paint job was TERRIBLE, and my cuticles were so tore up. & I was left in my chair for 10 mins by myself after she already started. Save your money and go somewhere else !!

I went in for a regular gel mani. She had me pick a color and then told me they didn’t have that color, so I picked another. The whole process was about 15 minutes. She did nothing with my cuticles, which is the huge reason I go get mani’s. She went through everything extremely fast. She did not cover the entire nail with polish. The polish was uneven and had many imperfections. She did not do the normal hand/arm massage. She used lotion for 2-3 swipes and left it standing clumped on me, so I had to rub the rest in. Some color and a ton of clear coat was all over my skin. I had to go home and clean it up myself. She charged $30. She also told me that she needed to wax my eyebrows. I was not going to let her mess them up. After constant badgering I told her my hair dresser would do them, she was not happy but dropped it. Worst manicure I have ever gotten.

I had my pedi done and even when the new liner in tub they use the same pumice stone if u notice on everyone. I ended up going to doctor cause I had a fungus all on the bottom of feet including the sides I have never experienced anything like that. Never recommend going there ever.

I asked for a French tip but with red polish instead. She told me she could do it. Halfway through the nail tech told me she couldn’t do it and I could not get out of it. I’m so disappointed. I will NEVER go back.

I went for my first pedicure and they barely touched the rough spot on my foot.

I got a gel pedicure and they did not push my cuticles back on my toes so my polish looked crooked. He also painted the polish past the tips of my toes and put it in the dryer, so it dried to my skin. The guy who did my moms pedicure was really rude to her and continued to comment on how short her nails were. I wouldn’t recommend going here. We usually go to Bella’s but they were fully booked.

I was having the worst day today. Went in to get a pedicure as a pick me up. They went a nice and beyond to make me feel better. Plus now my toes are amazing and I love the design!

Got a full set here and the lady made me feel very anxious and she rushed everything. My nails turned out awful and she didn’t even let me have time to pick the color I wanted. I wanted navy blue to match my prom dress but she painted them light blue and it looked strange. My nails are uneven and my cuticles look horrible. She didn’t even take time to clean up nail polish she got on my skin. Oh and did I mention they charge $40 for a full set? Most places is 30-35 dollars. Definitely not worth my money. 😡

I always get what I ask/pay for (usually a pedi) and have a relaxing experience. They have the best massage chairs. The techs are friendly and pleasant and the facility is clean.

They didn’t do my nails right. They didn’t file my nails down. They left extra power stuff on my nails. The lady messed up on my ombré TWICE and had the other lady do the white on it. They also charged me 5 extra dollars. THEY WERE OVERALL HORRIBLE.

A friend of mine gave me a gift card from there at Christmas, Just called to make sure I can use it.. The man who answered the phone was very rude, and told me it was over 6 months so they wouldnt accept it at all. Very upsetting. They just made 30 free dollars. If they would have told me they wouldve accepted half of it I still would have went. Some one still wouldve gotten a tip, and it still would have been a win/ win. Now its just a loss for everyone except the money hungry rude man. =(

I would give them less than one star if I could but that wasn’t an option! My daughters went in to get their nails for prom. Very poor job! Very sloppy and rushed. Rude!!! Unfortunately My daughters didn’t complain and were too embarrassed when I wanted to go back in and demand it to be redone or my money back. We will never revisit this establishment.

I just saw another review and it was so similar for me as well! I was in and out in less that an hour with a full set French manicure and a French pedicure with a design. I even made it clear I was not in a rush! My finger nails look awful and two have chipped within 7 days of manicure! I’ve never had the happen, even with a fill in! My pedicure was even worse. He worked so quickly and didn’t get any callouses on my heels. He mixed the scrub with the lotion and it made me so itchy! Within 6 days my pedicure design completely peeled off - once again I’ve never had that happen! And 6 of 10 toe nails had chipped. If I am going to spend $70+ dollars... I want to enjoy it and I would hope it would last more than a week!

My mom went here to redeem the rest of the gift card that she got for her birthday (this past June) and they wouldn’t let her use it because it “expired.” I wonder if this facility is aware that it is against federal law for gift cards to expire before 5 years. My mom has only had it for 6 months.

Everytime my friends get their nails done there they look really good. i wasn’t in a rush but i went their with my friend and we were seated immediately. we weren’t in a rush because we had time. they weren’t busy at all but both of our nail techs were in a rush for no reason. my gel polish is god awful. it’s all over my skin and it just looks terrible.

I went this morning for a pedicure for the first time in months....Mike did a great job and was so nice and funny! I will be back... great location for me too.

Worst experience ever! I got a pedicure and gel polish. He did not push back any of my cuticles on my feet or hands. Toes nails were crooked and polish was a mess. I am a nurse and need short nails. He kept complaining that my nails were short. Polish looks like a 5 year old did them. I had to come home and file off polish and clean up my cuticles after paying $55. I saw a sign in there stating no refund after service. Should have warned me. I will never go there again!!

Listen...just dont go there to get any kind of design because they do not know what they are doing. In the 16 years Ive gotten my nails done I have never had them done this bad...its a sloppy mess...never again. And I paid 13 dollars more than I usually do...if i didnt have friends waiting they would have redone every nail

Went today to get a fill in and one of my nails was hurting after the filing and the acrylic was done and put on(usually happens wherever I go), so when I went to wash my hands I was looking at my finger to see if I had a hang nail or something and the guy told me “hurry up we don’t have time to look at your nail”. Then, I come to sit down for the polish, I got solid nails with glitter accent nail. He did the top coat on the glitter nail in the middle instead of doing all of the solid colored nails first and ended up getting glitter on my solid colored nails. When I went to pay he was in the middle of a pedicure and he never took off his gloves he had just touched someone’s foot with and swiped my card and gave it back to me. I don’t think I will be coming back.

Husband gave me a gift certificate for my birthday - didnt even look to see if their was an expiration date - who has those anymore! It expired 6/28/19 and I went on 7/5/19 - wouldnt honor it. Last time for me.

So disappointed! Went there today because my nail place was closed and they did a horrible job. I have been getting my nails since for years and could tell the tech did not know what she was doing. So, U nicely approached the manager and he asked me she has 30 years experience, I asked great how long she had been doing nails and she said not long at all. My nail shape is crooked, I had to tell her with tools to use and polish was very blotchy, I will never go back.

When we walked in the nail salon you could already tell that they do an awesome 1job on nails. We rate 5 stars because, they had massaging chairs, awsome types of nails, good massages, and friendly people. We had alot of fun. The massaging chairs were nice and so, were the leg massages1. So, the people that gave them 1 star who should rethink on what you did. They put their time and effort to give you what you want. Accept for what they did for you. At least you got nails that are painted. And a tip for the people who gave them 1 star ask for the nail chart and tell them the number you want. It might not be the exact thing that is looks on the chart. At least it is better than anyone else would do. This is katelyn. Im here with my grandma and papa to spend time with them for the summer. Right before school starts back up again.

My friend asked for acrylic nails and they gave her gel nails instead, and made her pay 10$ more than another one of our friends that got the same exact thing done. They are very pushy and I do not recommend.

Had the fastest pedicure of my life...the guy was really rough and he didnt take care of my callouses. I didnt get the color I asked for and I left without lotion on my legs. By far the worst! And they are expensive. Not worth $30!

On more than one occasion I have come in waited and then they say they cant do my nails! I just sat here for 45 mins waiting for Shelia and then they say oh she cant do for you! Then she said Guy do for you... now the Guy wont do for me! They lie and say I never said that! There are several witness! Absolutely the worst experience ever!

VERY BAD SERVICE. they did not give me what i asked for. i asked for acrylics and they told me my nails are too ugly to get acrylics so they gave me gel nails and charged me 10 more dollars. I do not recommend going here they like to take your money and are very pushy.

Absolutely awful service nails looked awful. Polish was all ver my hand and nails were uneven. Their color selection was poor and just all around rude service ended up going to another salon immediately after leaving to get my nails redone.

I went in for a fill. The man that did my nails rushed through. He didn’t even completely remove the previous color so you can still see the purple that was on before. He was just very rude. He made rude comments as well. Some were very offensive and would have hurt some people had they heard. My nails were already chipping after a week. I will never go back here. I just hope others will read this and be aware of what people in this establishment are doing and how they are treating customers. Also one of the male workers were flirting heavily with an underage girl. It sickened me to watch. This behavior should not be accepted. He also told her what to put for his tip as she signed the receipt with her father standing there. This experience was horrible. This alone should be enough to open eyes..

Sheila is requested by many clients, so I always make an appointment. If you are a walk in, you may have to wait a bit. I am always very happy with Sheilas mani-pedis, so I will continue to schedule them with her.

I got a gel coat & anywhere else it typically lasts around 2 weeks but it didn’t even last a week! It was extremely sloppy and wasn’t even what so ever. I only went there because it was open later than the rest but now I know that was a mistake.☹️

They lied saying that they had SNS nail powder color. They do not. She did not know how to remove and clean up my nails that did have the SNS. However, still wanted me to pay for removal. The pedicure I received was the worst to include that she did not even fully remove the previous color before starting to polish with the new. This was my first and last visit to this joke of a nail salon.
