I had Jason and he was AMAZING!! Sooo friendly, we were laughing quite a bit and just talking. My nails are also so beautiful! He even made sure to ask if there was anything I would like to change or fix before the polish. I felt very welcomed and like I could say if I didn’t like something!

I absolutely love getting my nails done at Pretty Nails. The salon is always clean and inviting. The staff works very hard to provide the best service possible. They are super friendly and personable! I have always left satisfied with their services and will continue to go there.

Had a great experience at Pretty Nails! Had a groups of friends come and get 3 manicures and a pedicure and all turn out perfect! Tiffany did an amazing job with two of our nail designs (cow print and hearts) and was so kind. She told me the store has recently had new management and they have really stepped up their game, definitely recommend checking them out!

I had a deluxe pedicure by Tiffany, she was very sweet and polite. She took her time and the pedicure felt so good. It was well worth the money and my feet look great! I’d definitely recommend it to a friend.

I really liked this place they fixed my nails and they are good quality at a really reasonable price for good quality nails!!

I went here for a full set and they got me in right away but it’s been less than 48 hours and it looks as if I need a fill in, one nail is completely odd shaped, and all my nails are rough around the edges.. I could have paid the same price somewhere else and had them done how I prefer them to look. This is twice I have been disappointed by this place. I won’t make that mistake again

I went and got my nails filled and had some nail art done for my baby shower. Tom got my nail shape EXACTLY how I wanted it, and Tiffany free handed my Disney designs. I willNever go to a different nail salon, they have my business forever.

The nails I got done here looked great, but then they began to fall off less than 3 days after I got them done! I only went here in the first place because my usual place was closed. I do not recommend trying Pretty Nails at all. They take forever to do your nails, and you think they look awesome at first, but then a few days later, all of my nails fell off. I can find temporary nails from Walmart that last longer! Don’t waste your time and money here!!

The staff is nice, they got me in quickly and they got my pedicure done quickly but still well. the pedicure turned out much better than I had expected and Im super happy with it. I would definitely come back again.

I went here for the first time yesterday and I am so impressed. I came in on a whim and wanted to treat myself. It was right after they opened so they took care of me right away. I was there almost 2 hours, but I’m not even mad about that because the tech worked with such precision and care, she was very friendly and I could tell she was trying to get my nails to look perfect. I got an acrylic full set and they’re gorgeous. And the pedicure was perfect too. Everyone that worked there was so kind and diligent and friendly towards everyone that came in. I’m not one to get my nails done consistently, but I think I may do that now because they were incredible!

Ive visited many nail salons in the area and this is by far my favorite. I cant speak for every technician since I havent personally used each one, but I normally use Lee and she is amazing. Her nail art is beautiful. Ive brought in pictures right off Google and shes replicated them perfectly or painted something off the top of her head. Wont go anywhere else anymore. My mom, her friends and I all go together every few weeks.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I have to for this one. I have this place multiple chances. My nails usually end up looking bad. Although the people are nice and have good customer service. I went in there yesteday night I work right next door so I just walked over there when I got off. There were only 2 people there working so I had to wait, which is fine. But they turned multiple customers away and lost money because of it. When I sat down to get my nails done the lady had another customer so she stopped on my nails and I had to wait for the other girl to get done to do my other hand. Which is weird. When the other girl started on my hand she was so rough. She was digging into my cuticles and skin to where it started to bleed and swollen. She took 2 hours just to do my nails without the polish. Which was unnecessary because they looked fine. My nails are so sore today and still bleeding. Although they do look good, they are very sore and shouldn’t be like that.

Always a fantastic experience in shop. I love the powder dipped nails, but they always end up lifting after a week. This last time they lifted after about 5 or 6 days, snagged my pinky nail, and ripped my whole finger nail off....

I don’t normally leave reviews like this, or at all but this place is unbelievably horrible. I’ve given them 3 chances. Once a tech ripped off my real nail thinking it was acrylic even though I made it as clear as possible it wasn’t. After almost a year, I went back the other day for gel because I work right next door and it was convenient. The next day they all began to crack underneath the clear coat and three days later every single one is chipped. This place is a waste of your money.

Terrible experience. They kept taking people ahead of me even though I was there first. There was crust and paint on my skin and I asked him to please take it off and he told me to just wash my hands. It still didn’t come off. I was there for over 2 hours. I have now had them done for 3 days and 3 of my nails have already fallen off.

They fixed my girlfriends nails for $10 they looked way better then before and they stayed open to fix them.

The staff were rude and embarrassed me to no end. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and if I could give negative stars I would!

These employees are so beyond unprofessional... they are rude, and horrible technicians... I have been getting my nails my whole life and I have never scratched my eye doing my makeup from how sharp my nails are.... never again!!!!

New owner is rude...eft acetone on my nails for 40 minutes and talked to me in a rude manner. Willnot be going back.

Iv had my nails done many times. But I was rather unhappy with this experience. The nail tech was face timing with her daughter for no apparent reason(nothing emergent). I asked her to file my nails down some and she did but not enough and they.came out very uneven. The gel polish was clumpy and uneven and the end of my nails. It just was an unpleasant experience.

Got my nails done for the first time at this place, they were rude and did my nails horrible, they were curling up, my nails were longer than some of the others, my nails just looked completely retarded and if got nails done my whole life. I dislike this salon very much. They are so hateful .

Tom and Tiffany are amazing!!

They used some sort of dental glue on my acrylic nails and with any pressure, my fake AND real nails popped off one by one. Took me 6 months to grow REAL fingernails back from having NO nails on 3 fingers. Terrible, awful salon.
