As you can see the polish has worn off and I got them done Saturday night! 09/25/21. I wanted leaf 🍁 design and I got stickers that are already coming off! And started like that when I left the salon. You can also see in the picture the grooves that are there. This is crazy never dealt with this before. I will not be back. They refused to give me a refund!

I asked them multiple times to soak off my nails and he ignored me, he then cut my skin as well as through the middle of my nail. They proceeded to charge me $60 when a fresh set for me is typically $50 there.

This was the first time I had used this establishment and was so impressed my nails are gorgeous and she was able to get the ombre just right,!!

At first I liked that I was offered a free drink but then I waited 30 minutes with my feet soaking for my pedicure. I paid 35 dollars even though I didnt get them colored for materials. Then I got nail dip. You pay extra for them to cut and file the nails FYI they do NOT cut cuticles even if you pay for the extra manicure charge. The final look was pointy and puffy and my finger was stained. I wish I hadnt come in, I couldve done better at home

I had Victor do my nails and this is the first time I’ve gone and had him and he is AMAZING! The kindest and most professional nail artist I’ve been to. Thank you Victor and can’t wait to have you do them again!

Normally it is a good experience the people I have has are good I like my nails normal experience….BUT this last time the guy was newer very non communicating…but we got thru that he was gentle on my nails but it seemed like he hated me. When he was done the top of my nails looked great but when I got home I couple of things caught my eye underneath my nail wasn’t finished. It basically looked like a nail on top of a nail I did the survey thing it replied “it was manager they were sorry come back in show them the message” I did that….Lynn the lady by desk was very rude and loud basically made me feel like I was a liar about the message. It was super embarrassing I don’t think I will go back.

They got me seated quickly. Technician did a wonderful job. I only had polish changes on my finger and toe nails but if i lived near here it definitely be my go to place for all services

They do an ok job. The detail work is not very clean. And when you ask them to fix sloppy work you get attitude. Probably wont be going back.

They did a good job. He took his time taking off the pink and white ombré I had on and painted my natural nails with gel polish rather nicely. I’m satisfied. 💅 I recommend them.

Worst place ever they have really bad service.. even the guy who’s doing my pedicure he don’t know what he is doing we book 4 pedicures with set but when we see the service we don’t wanna go there again... very bad experience and you can see my nails that’s what they do for $45 🤬

Pedicure very rushed and the next day was very dissatisfied I think because it was close to closing. But Lynn sacrifice her personal time after close and did an amazing job. And it was her birthday. all in all will go back and see if my pedicure is better as they promised. Made correctional from thefirst review and everything was excellent as promised

So i and my clients came her they got just painted half of nail wasnt even painted and then my set there was glitter all over my fingers and i had chucks of glue all over the tech didnt round them and told me i needed my nails medium when i said short i left after finally getting tired of trying and get home and one nail breaks off. Worse expierence ever deffinatley wont be back

I literally drive 30 mins just to come here. I think Ive been here 10 to 15 times now and have not had a bad experience yet! The main lady is absolutely the best and really wish I could get her every time. She always has a positive attitude. I recommend this place to everybody i know who gets their nails and toes done! Amazing place and people!

This was a first for me. The nail tech seemed like he was in a rush. The client before me thought the same. Overall, They are pretty.

Called about an hour and 20 mins before they closed and they said to come on in, which is great for being so close to closing time. I got there and was greeted and helped me immediately! Very nice and clean place got my nails done by a lady, I forgot her name but she did amazing! I’ve had my nails done a lot and I can honestly say that it’s the best shape and color and quality I’ve ever had!! She did amazing and she did letters and never have I had someone do letters and kept the letters on because I’m picky about how they look but she did amazing!! Looks like stickers ! Definitely 10/10!! Going back tomorrow for the pedicure!

Less than 7 days passed and 3 of my acrylic nail tips have snapped off with the first breaking within 2 days. The first time I went my dipping powder nails were too thick. So both times Ive been they either use too much or not enough acrylic/dipping powder.

I’ve been going here for a while and I honestly thought I was trippin, but the quality is actually bad. I thought maybe my nails would just come off after a week because of my job. Yeah no their work is sloppy and I can never make it a full 2 weeks without one popping off. On top of that, the manager literally is always talking otp or texting. Literally doing everything else besides nails. Hope you see this :)

DON’T go here!! ESPECIALLY on a weekend!! I booked an appointment for 2:20 and the woman in the front had me take a seat for 30 minutes... and then asked me if I was waiting for someone whenever she knew I booked an appointment! There was also an older woman who came in after me and the same thing happened to her! They are AWFUL! No customer service what’s so ever and looking at the nails they do... I’m happy I didn’t waste my money!!

I’m usually a nail salon hopper because I can never find one I’m actually comfortable in. But I visited here today and seen Lin, she was professional and did exactly what I wanted done. I am so pleased with my nail set today !!!!

I tried this place because it was cheaper than my normal nail lady and I regret it. The lady would not stop getting distracted and kept checking her phone and stopping midway through a nail. Then she commented saying the design I want wouldnt look good bc I wanted shorter nail and I ignored it but when she attempted the design it was sloppy and I asked her to wipe it off and just do black. When all was said and done the nails are uneven at the ends, they look sloppy and they are not even coffin shaped like I asked.

They were wonderful I couldnt rave more about their service and quality and they were very understanding because Ive never gotten my nails done before.

This was the last time I will ever go here. I don’t know who took over but it’s gone down hill. I paid $10 to get my eyebrows done just to go home and finish them myself. The lady didn’t get between my eyes or the outside corner of my eye. This is the second chance I’ve given them and no more wasted money here.

Yeah be honest here fit years back when it was owned by Jackie and her family when the new lady took over the quality has gone down tremendously! The lady cuts me every time I go and she quickly puts stuff on me with out even asking found it in safe she’s moves fast but the quality is terrible. My nails are misshaped fat and lumpy. And not even a week of wear they start to lift which hurts and break off. Sadly I will no longer be going here.

They always take care of me and I never have to get things fixed like other places. Been going for 3 years now!!

I used Evans Nails about four times in the past couple months. The environment itself is always peaceful. They have calming music playing, which I thought was nice. I would notice a few imperfections here and there, such as no matter who my nail tech was - the machine they use would always burn me when grinding on my nail. I told them all the time to please turn it down, I would pull back and say Ouch! The machines were never turned down, they just kept hacking away. I also always felt rushed like they were concerned with getting me out and the next person in. Then when its all said and done - the quality of the nails was embarrassing. I didnt even want to show people and when I did I would let them know exactly where I got them done (in shame). There is one worker there, Alex, who is amazing! He did my nails only once, was gentle, conversated, and the end product was literally breath taking. I wish he would find a salon to work at that matches his talents! Last piece of advice, when you dont agree with the customers nail choices (color, length, shape) - dont snicker and laugh and talk about the customer to your other workers in your native language right in front of their face. Thats very rude and unprofessional. The lady at the front (Lin / Lynn ?) - owner/manager - is inevitable to this.

Expensive nails werent worth the price they are all messed up looks nothing how they are supposed to look. When you call they say the serve free cocktails we werent offered one drink. The place was over flowing with people they didnt have drinks either.

REALLY BAD. BAD SERVICE BAD ATTITUDE!!! We made appointment together for 3 ppl. We got there and we did our nails one after the other, took forever. I asked for cuticles to be taken out, they said they would after doing the powder dip. 🤯 which makes no sense in the first place. The guy was so bad he put the color in started taking my cuticles out afterwards and because he was looking around, cut the side of my finger and said he was done. My skin was still glued to the nails, was all red from the powder and told me I had to clean it at home. They are not cleaned, the polish faded because he didn’t polish properly and all the bad attitude was very bad for my sister’s experience. All of this for $81 + tip. I had never left a service even if bad, without leaving a tip; I guess there is a first time for everything.

We had an appointment for 5:30. We were on time, even early. We ended waiting 30 minutes for anyone to even speak to us after signing in, and then waited another 45 minutes and still no one was there to do our nails. We had seen them multiple while waiting burn other costumers fingers and make them bleed. The workers are dressed very unprofessionally, heaven forbid a child were to be in there. When confronted on their poor business, they gave no care and completely ignored us. I recommend Eva nails, they are much nicer and are very professional. Do not come here it is a wast of your time and money.

Went in and waited 2 hours to have them done showed a picture and the girl who did them was focused on everyone other than doing my nails. And the quality was poor.

It was my first time here and i got a full set of gel acrylic nails. Within 4 days one nail lifted and another broke. I went and got them fixed and there was numerous air bubbles and within a few days the same nail lifted. I went back again and got it fixed and the girl asked what color i had i told them what color it was, the girl told me i was wrong amd put a completely different color on. For being my first experience there im very disappointed. It was not worth the $ 70 I spent on the nails and tip.

Horrible first experience here.. guy was rude and rushed to get done. Couldnt draw a leaf on my nail so just did a jumbled mess. One of my nails was shorter then the rest so he suggested i get a tip put on i said no itd be fine. He did it anyway.. had me put both my hands in the uv dryer and was rushing me to do so. The manager kept staring over his shoulder and he told me he was talking about my nails.. over all rude people and bad first time there.

Made an appointment. Arrived on time. Was told to sit and wait. Waited 45 minutes. Asked a few times how much longer. Was ignored the entire time. After an entire hour of waiting I finally decided the rudeness and marijuana smell were too much, and left.

The facility is clean, organized and following the Mask/covid-19 guidelines. They used new and unopened utensils on everyone and I received a decent pedicure. I gave it a 4 star because they could have been friendlier and explained the price/level of the service you were receiving.

Did not listen to what I wanted, rushed and did a poor job, went back to get fixed and they still did not understand me and was very rude about it as well....

I got charged 20 extra dollars for a stickermy eyebrows aren’t even all the way waxed. i still have hair under my actual brow. when she was plucking, she plucked my skin and now i have a huge scab. didn’t even say she was sorry

My pedicure was awesome! However I said I wanted to use normal polish and they they handed me the color options and I picked one that was gwl but they didnt tell me it gel until they already started. They also did my 3 year olds nails and charges full price for them and they are already off of her nails like 5 hours later.However, the staff was nice and friendly and the place was clean. They have a lot of nail options. We will be back!

Asked and payed for gel but got extremely poorly done regular polish that was all over my skin and had bumps, air bubbles, and super thin spots.

I have spent too much money at this place to get even more disappointed with the quality of service. The lady/manager at the first station is a rude con artist. You can’t force gel polish on patrons, we have a choice! Her skills lack for my taste.

I used to go here when Jackie was the owner and I always had a fabulous experience. Kevin did my nails exactly how I wanted them every time. Then, Jackie retired and the whole place went to hell. Kevin, Lilly and Hannah all went to Eva Nails and Kevin has since then moved to California. I went back to Evans ONE time for a pedicure in May because Eva was not open yet and I desperately needed one before vacation. A very nice girl named Sidney did my pedicure and it looked great, for about 4 days, then the gel polish all came off. I had never had this happen and it should not have for the price I paid! I called to complain after we returned from vacation and the owner was extremely rude. I will never go back to Evans...poor quality and even worse management :(

I have been to a lot of salons but none of them are as good as this nail salon. They make really good manicures. Very friendly workers and amazing attention to detail! I definitely come back here and recommend to my friends!

First time visiting this salon today, and I must say IT WAS AMAZING!!! I got the ice dancer pedicure and a dip manicure. They really went out of their way to make me feel like a special VIP. Next time I go I am getting my lashes done as well!!!! Great place to feel relaxed oh and i forgot to mention...they are a full service nail salon so get you nails plus a wax a facial and your lashes all at one place HOW AMAZING!!!!
