I ended up walking out on them!! I will never give this place my business again. Workers are very rude! I called a week prior to schedule my hot gel and pedicure, I asked to schedule my nails at 2 and pedi at 3 thinking it would take them about 45 min to do my nails. Lady then told me no, my nails will be at 2:30 and pedi at 3. I thought it was odd and not very much time to do my nails but went with it. When I arrived for my appt they were mad I still had a precious set on.. I’ve never had a nail place upset they had to take previous nails off? As the guy is taking my nails off he lets me know that after he takes them off I will have to wait until someone else becomes available to actually do my nails.. I had made an appt for a reason so I didn’t want to wait another 45 min for someone to do my nails. Through this whole process the man was being very rude. He then told me it was going to be 15 dollars to take my old nails off!! I was definitely not about to pay extra to get my old nails off so I walked out just because their customer service was really bad and I couldn’t believe they were gonna make me pay to take my nails off!! Never going back!!🤬

The employees were extremely rude. Unless you have an appointment, they don’t want your business. I had an appt, but the poor older lady to my left was told three times while I was sitting next to her that she shouldn’t come on fridays anymore because they’re too busy. The lady to my right was told that if she wanted more than a basic pedicure next time she would need an appt. The poor lady then said “I’m so sorry, it’s my first time here.” The owner then said “It’s fine, but we’re too busy so you need appt next time.” The lady then said “You’re making me feel really bad.” I wanted to cry for her, it was awful! As I was walking out, a woman came in and instead of being greeted with politely, she was immediately asked “Do you have an appointment?” She replied “No, but I just wanted a pedicure, is it going to be a long wait?” The employee literally ignored her, didn’t respond to her question at all. To top it all off, they reuse their tools, and I was unfortunate enough to not realize this until they were painting my toes. WORST PLACE I’VE EVER BEEN TO! They treat their customers like trash.

I asked the lady to stop cutting my cuticles. I literally told her it hurts so she doesnt need to cut them at all. She kept cutting them and I left with several cuts. I thought about getting up and leaving but I didnt want to make a scene. I have been here several times. The younger people have always done a great job. This time I got an older lady and she was really rough. I wanted to cry when I left. I also paid $33 for a natural nail gel manicure one color so I thought that seemed pretty high. I know most places are $20.

Ive trusted Nikki with my nails for 8 years now and she always does a phenomenal job. I make my appointments in advance and she is always on time, or flexible to fit me in if scheduled last minute. The quality of her work is consistently beautiful and Ill never go to anyone else!

Always leave soo HAPPY with my hard gel nails and gel toes. Very clean and professional. Never have had to complain about a thing, and the staff listen to what you want/request. I like that you can call and make an appointment so easily. Lots of color choices and service options. Convenient location. I never go anywhere else. Highly recommend to everyone I know; always getting compliments on my nails. Just Nothing but LOVE for this nail salon!

I recently switched nail salons after a year of going to a different place in town. I would highly recommend going to Alex at Pink Nails. He is gentle, efficient and always so nice. He gives me the nails I desire every time (stiletto, short squoval..whatever!) A friend recommend to try it out and Im so glad I found someone I trust and can rely on to give me what I want:) thanks Alex!

Ive been here 3 times for a pedicure and the 2 other times were Amazing!! But, this last time I decided to try for gel polish. I loved leaving and not worrying about them getting bumped and scratched. But just 2 days later I noticed a line on my big toe. It was a much lighter color. Before a week had passed all my toes have completely changed color to an ugly yellow, expect for the one I had an acrylic nail put on. I have never seen or heard of this happening before. It looks awful. 🥺😥🥺😥

Helped me pick out a colors and I love my nails. I was really tempted to just drive 9hrs to get them done in North Carolina but glad I found this place. Ill definitely be returning.

Im so very disappointed in pink nails I have gone there since they have opened and never have had a problem with them they were so friendly but since the owners are out of town this week they were so rude the guy I had was talking to me like I was dumb and it really made me mad hate to say this but I wont be going back

For pedi she didnt even massage my legs. She put some lotion on and moved on. Then she dug at my toenail so hard it it made me.jump. i will not be going back there.

I have never had my feet so soft!!! I definitely recommend this place I drove from Owensboro myself!! Also Tim who did my nails was AMAZING!! I will definitely go back and ask for him!! All around great first experience!! Everything was so fast too!!

Excellent experience at Pink Nails. The most relaxing pedicure and manicure experience. I would highly recommend making an appointment prior to arriving because they do accommodate those with an appointment first. I was able to make an appointment the same day. Very reasonably priced for the quality.

Good work but rude that day. Daughter went for first set of acrylic nails for dance.Tech would not explain process and yelled at my 14 year old like she was stealing a chicken from the local market. Maybe I will find a new nail shop. All related but maybe they get more sleep or Tips for good service

We were very impressed. I had heard good things about this establishment so when my husband offered to get me a pedicure, I thought I’d try them out. Best decision! They were very pleasant and welcoming. My husband even got a pedicure! I have terrible feet from hiking and Hanna took great care of me. My feet are so smooth! I’ll definitely go back, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking in the Evansville area!!

First of all- they do a really amazing job. I keep coming back because my nails always look insanely good. They are super quick if you have an appointment. Their location is also convenient.However, their prices are astronomical. My same service is more expensive every time I go. They will ALWAYS try to up-sale, which is fine, they have a business to run—but they will ask you three or four times if you want the more expensive option, even if you say no. I hate the look of gel, so I just get a full set with polish and I get asked to switch to gel several times every visit.

I sent a picture of the style I wanted and they failed at the task when they said they were capable. 3 days later 2 nails broke off. When I scheduled for my fill-in they wanted $53. They weren’t very friendly and didn’t even speak to me compared to other clients. I’ve only had my fill in for 4 days and another nail broke. I wouldn’t recommend this business.

The owner, Nikki, is amazing and the rest of the workers are too. They truly want you to have a wonderful experience. Nikki gives the best manicures and pedicures. One other huge perk is that she gives the best leg and foot massages during pedicures and can do nail art. Have been going here for years and will never go to another nail salon in Evansville!

Walked in and was told nothing about limited services because of lack of time. Once I got to the pedicure chair and put my feet in and gotten started I asked what the different types of pedicures they had and was told sorry only have time for the basic. He was so rough with my feet that it hurt and got yelled out because I pressed the wrong button on the chair even though he didn’t tell me how to use it. I will never come back here or recommend it to anyone!

I have my go-to place, but Pink Nails is across the street from my office, and I needed a fill bad, so I figured I would give it a shot on my lunch break. The nail tech was beyond rude the entire time. When I questioned an up-charge, he told me I should go back to my regular place if I like it so much better. Dont worry, I will, LOL. I gave 2 stars, because while he was rude, he did do a nice job and the place is clean.

Got my nails done here last week. I’ve been bothered ever sense about the awful experience I had. Their biggest sign right on their front door says “WALK INS WELCOME”. I’ve been here quite a few times, but apparently lately they haven’t felt like taking walk ins. I walked in and nicki (an employee) asked if I had an appointment, I told her no but I am wanting an acrylic full set. She told me “sit and wait then”. Then entire time the nail tech was doing my nails he had a terrible vibe and almost seemed aggravated, as if he didn’t want to be doing my nails. He rushed to get my nails done and they were such a waste of money. Women get their nails/toes done to feel better this experience definitely took that away from my day off.

Poor customer service and false advertising. They advertise on the door Walk Ins Welcome, but when you do walk in they turn you away if you dont have an appt. And they are rude about walking in. I know of several other people that have had this same experience here. Be smart, and go somewhere else. There are much better places in town.

I have been to pink nails about 12 times with my dad. today was the first day i have ever come in without him and with a few friends. i had called a week ago and made an appointment for all of us and told the lady exactly what we all wanted and asked multiple times if they would have time for all of us for sure because we have a dance to go to, and we didn’t want to run out of time and end up not getting our nails done and being out of luck. one of the girls who was supposed to come ended up not being able to make it, but even with that one girl missing they still didn’t have enough time to get everyone’s nails done even though we asked multiple times if they would have time. also i have been here multiple times with my father, and i find it off that the one time i come in without him their prices almost double. i argued with the workers and told them i know that they are pricing unfairly because i always come in with my father and they continued to argue with me to the point where i just gave up and paid. they also rushed my friends nails so much that non of them got a full pedicure that they paid for, and messed up two girls toes. i will NEVER be returning here and i hope if you do go you don’t give in like i did and pay for a horrible nail job and horrible time management and hospitality!

Hit or miss, had a great experience a few times but my most recent experience left me with painful cuts on 3 fingers due to the manicurist filing too close. The filing was sloppy and in addition to the cuts, nail shapes were crooked and non uniform. Really disappointed this time but might consider returning if I am helped by someone else.

Every time ive gone long wait I call make an appointment come in to get shoved a side and wait 30 mins after my appointment time I called a head explained what I needed so no problem when I got there but literally got n chair one hand half filed and sat aside for someone else who had an appointment 10 minutes after mine seems only people who can come every week get to go first some of us work and can not get in as often as others who are retired or married rich with nothing but time on their hands literally called in advance and made an appointment for what I know the walk in situation doesnt really exist thats why I made the appointment which that doesnt seem to work either

My friend & I came here & were the only two waiting. They took us back almost immediately & started working on me, but my friend sat through my entire pedicure without being attended to. As more customers came in, they took those people before my friend who was already in a chair. When an employee came over to start working on her, she ended up asking my friend to move out of the chair so another person, who came after us, could go first. My friend didn’t get service & ended up leaving. We will not be coming back.

If I could give this place a 0 star rating, I would. The technicians have absolutely no customer service skills and treat you like an inconvenience. They also dont do a good job on your nails and rush their way through it. I would never recommend this place, even to my worst enemy. Spend your money and time elsewhere.

I was skeptical after reading reviews but went anyways and had a great experience.

Very poor customer service experience that turned me away permanently from this salon. I called ahead almost an hour and a half early to ask how long the wait was, she said she could get my mom in for a pedicure and me as a walk in nail appt at 6. We show up ten minutes early and sign in and tell them we had appts. Suddenly she has no idea what Im talking about and says it was supposed to be for two pedicures. So even though I had an appt at 6 for nails, she wouldnt do them because she messed up and apparently put me down wrong. Luckily, my mom was able to get her pedicure even though the lady ignored her and tried to trim her nails even after two times being asked not to. The only reason Im even giving them two stars is because my mom said the massage was nice. They also have passive aggressive notes everywhere, which is a customer turn off. Will NOT be returning any time soon.
