I usually love this place but may not come back after today’s experience. I got my toes painted and a full set. They didn’t let my toes dry before having me move to start my full set where the nail tech kept hitting my feet which stressed me. I checked them before I left and they looked fine. Later in the day I looked again and they looked horrid. I came back to have them fixed and the guy had an attitude and wouldn’t even talk to me. When he finished, he walked away and ignored me. I was left sitting in the chair guessing when they would be dry. Disappointed

The owners are very nice. Unfortunately out of the 3 times that I went, the first time was the only half way decent time. The second time my appointment was ignore, my nails were filed down to the quick on the sides, and the Polish had a rough surface, and my fingers hurt for days. The third time my fingers didnt hurt except for one torn cuticle but unfortunately there was no polish on the sides of my nails, and the nail beds were so raised that as soon as they grew out a tiny bit they caught on everything. They did a great job on my eyebrows my first visit.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went in for a dip with dip on my nails. They didn’t even get all of the old dip off so the new dip was so uneven and lumpy. I asked for a tip she said no. I left and tried to like them. They were so bad I called back and asked for a refund, which they said no to but said they would fix. So I went in and they did the tip this time. She had absolutely no ideas how to do it. You can see where the tip separates from my nails. Two of them broke off entirely and took my nails with it. I tried to speak to them but they will not help me out they just want to “fix”. Please don’t go here. It’s a waste of money. They will not refund me. I didn’t do anything to break these nails I hardly grabbed my steering wheel and the pointer broke off.

I chose this place because it was open on Sunday, but should have just waited until my usual place was open on Monday. I went in when they opened at 11, and was told that they were booked until 3:30. I returned at 3:30 for my appointment, was left sitting in an empty pedicure chair for about 10 minutes, then sat with my feet soaking in plain water for another 20 minutes. By the time my pedicure actually started, it was around 4:10, and I was done by 4:30. I chose the Classic pedi with gel polish (listed as $30) and was charged $45. The pedi only consisted of polish, nail trim, foot buff, and lotion massaged on my feet and legs. Nothing else. My nail tech was a very sweet young lady, however I dont think I will return.

Absolutely LOVE Lin at Ariels Nails! They are all so nice and my nails are always amazing! I get a lot of compliments on my nails and if anything ever happens, like a chip or a break, they work you right in and fix it! ❤✌

My first time here, I had a guy who did my pedicure & he was great. The guy who did my nails was rude. He acted as if he didnt want to touch me. Did a poor job on my gel set. That visit was in July of 2020. I went back again the end of February smh the lady who I believe is the owner was rude. She urged I use the hand sanitizer for my hands but everyone else that came in after me wasnt told to sanitize their hands. There was at least 5 ladies getting pedicures that day and she asked everyone of the ladies if they wanted water but didnt ask me. The service I received was good but she was very rude.

They cut my cuticles all the way back. Loan painted all of my nails. Really happy with this nail spa.

They do a fabulous job. Great manis and pedis.

Its okay if a place they were quick but the acrylic on my nails are uneven think in some places thin in other place just doesnt look neat and clean

I don’t normally review but I was very disappointed. I got a pedicure where i spent 30+ minutes digging at a ingrown toenail where I made it very known I was in pain. Then when I was getting my full set the lady ripped my old set off without a soak. Then rushed and didn’t even try to follow what I asked for. I’ve been home for three hours and my hands and feet are aching.. I do not recommend and will not be back!

I have been here once before and it was good i left and my nails were so pretty and well done. this time however the lady was rushing so much to get them done so she could get to the other girl who had an appointment. they are not straight and she didn’t listen at all to what i said. she did not seem like she wanted to do my nails at all. going to get them taken off and redone tomorrow somewhere else.

They did a great job! Very clean and professional. You definitely want to make an appointment, not just walk in. I gave 4 stars because I got a full acrylic set and some of my nails are different sizes. My one pointer finger is shorter than the other. Also pretty pricey (45 for a full set)

Super friendly staff. I had a gel pedicure and paid $42, which was a little more expensive than expected.

I remember when I got my nails done here it was probably about 5 months ago and I got acrylics and the guy doing my nails wasn’t very nice and very aggressive. The acrylic didn’t even cover my full nail on some of my nails and one of my nails was slightly chipped. I did mention it to him that one of them were slightly chipped before he even started painting them but he tried filing it a little and anyways it was still chipped and didn’t fix anything

They are the best nail salon in Evansville by far. I go to Bo but I have had others there do my nails and they all do a great job. Professional, detailed, clean, and kind service every time.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I called 4 minutes before arriving & they told me there would be no wait. I waited 30 minutes before I decided to try to leave they then stopped me & said the lady could help me now.. the place they sat me had someone elses dirty fingernails & it was DISGUSTING. The lady went extremely fast hurting my fingers & was extremely rude & rough. My nails were so sharp on the edges & all different sizes I had to fix them myself when I got home. I would NEVER recommend spending any of your money at this place.

First time going here and Ill never return I wanted black white and silver nails with a heart also on my toes he did my toes first and the hearts look as if my 3 year old did them so I declined them when it came to my nails... i got gel polish and my nails are so uneven the polish doesnt even cover all the nail ... No matter how busy they are Tracy tries to work you in and I’ve never waited more than 20 minutes. But the best bet is to call ahead and make an appointment. I’ve had my nails done by every person in there and never had a bad experience.Hands down cleanest and best place in Evansville to get your nails done!

I loved this place at 1st, but the 2nd time I went, they rushed & nails did not look that good! I get off from work late sometimes so it has been like 25 minutes before closing when I get there & they always turn me away! I just want to find a place & a tech that does not make me feel rushed & does a great job! That has definitely proven to be difficult in this area!!!

I had the powder dip done this afternoon, first time I’ve done it and my technician knew this. After having my nails done she tells me I am ready to go, I disagreed and said no ma’am there is paint all over my fingers and skin I didn’t come to have my skin painted I came to have my NAILS painted. She then tried to argue that the powder does that and they can clean it off. I’m sorry but I should NOT have to tell you to clean polish of ANY kind off my skin. I don’t pay that amount to have to ask you to use your brain. I am posting pictures of my fingers NOW which are STILL not pretty whatsoever! Absolutely unacceptable!!!!!! 😤🤬 (photos on my review on Facebook)

Very nice, so relaxing. Careful, it might tickle your feet during a pedicure so be prepared to giggle a little. Lol! Its so worth it! The royal treatment! Clean too!!! 👍❤

Will not return - WHY - appt. time did not matter. I was rushed thru a $45 pedi. Toe nails not smooth or rounded - they are sharp as nails. Received only one coat of polish then he walked away....went to work on someone else. Poor Poor Service.

Pretty cool., I went to them about 2 weeks ago! I love the set up., The staff was pretty welcoming and my tech was hilarious! My nails still look great and I still do not need a fill in! Paint skills are clean!

Did a good job, super fast!!! Full set, in and out in 40 minutes. My finger tips were sore afterwards, but it was a clean job.

AWFUL! The guy who was doing my nails was arguing with another woman the entire time. He also never cleaned my nails off before putting the acrylic on or painting them my nails were bumpy and uneven and honestly. Not what I wanted. But I took it and left because of the arguing. He smelled like smoke and didnt wash his hands.

If i could give them less than one star I would. I went here once with my mom and called ahead a few days to make an appointment. After waiting for an hour (even with the appointment) i decided to get up and put my shoes on, it is then they stopped me and all of a sudden had someone to do my pedicure. I decided not to go back to this place again. I unfortunetely had to go back to this place for a bridal party nail session. I had recently taken my acrylics off and didnt want anything but polish on my nails. The woman was extremely rude when she tried to convince me to get gel and i kept saying no. She sat me down, painted my nails and told me I was good to go. Absolutely no communication, no touch up on fingers or cuticles then claimed I didnt tell them I wanted a manicure even though I know I did. The lady was so worried about getting me to spend more money for gel/acrylic that she clearly didnt listen. When I went to pay I handed the lady my card and she then said, you have no cash??? i said no I only have my card (as I see a sign that says gratuity added in cash). I held my hand out for my card and the lady put it on the counter ignoring my hand. Extremely rude customer service and I will NEVER be back. Do not come here if you expect to be treated with respect.

Great price, the lady was great but they where not staffed for a busy holiday weekend.They have great chairs for little ones. It would be nice if they had a special thing/package for little girls so they can feel just as special. I would recommend an appointment

I came in to get a manicure and a pedicure and they didn’t do either of them right. I left with the polish coming off and it was closing time so they didn’t fix it or refund me. I came in at 4:30 and didn’t get finished til 7:20.

My sister and I have both been there a couple times, both times they were very rude and had no communication. They are also very pushy and always want you to spend more money. They also over charge, the last time we went I got a pedicure and a fill in, my sister got a pedicure. They charged us 110 dollars when I added it up it should of only been 85 dollars. When I asked them about they simple said with two pedicures and a fill in it will be 110 dollars. We will not be returning and are excited to find a new place to get our nails done.

Got a powder dip full set, sheet said $28 but got billed $40. Was done quickly and poorly. Went home and fixed them myself because it was near closing and I was embarrassed to go to work like that. The surface was uneven, edges were sharp, clear coat was spotty, and it was too thick. Should have asked for a refund but didn’t want to make a scene.

Twice now, I’ve had appointments. Once I showed up and was told my tech left. No offer for someone else to provide service just basically you are SOL. Today showed up for my 11:30 appointment to a sign in the door saying sorry we’re closed. You did t know that two weeks ago when I made my appointment??

My daughter and I have been here several times and are always happy with our nails. Bo does my daughters and Vinny does mine. I appreciate the great service and attention to detail.

Using the word SPA to describe this establishment is a generous use of that word. Nothing here is visually appealing. It is more of a cattle shoot for manicures and pedicures. Picture a well spaced VFW hall with pedicure chairs against one wall and manicure tables sprinkled thru out. The male that did my nails offered no extraneous conversation... very robotic... get in... get out. It was ok, but, Ive certainly had better for the same money spent.

Took my ten year old and twelve year old to get our nails done for the first time, it was my first time as well and we will definitely go back!!

This was terrible! The nail polish came off after less than an hour. The person that was doing my pedicure did not thoroughly paint my toenails and he did not take the time to do them right so they were nice and pretty. My nail polish looks a week old and this is the second day of my wearing them!

Went through several nail salons before finding Ariel’s. They do an amazing job every time!

The place was quite busy for a Sunday at 3. I came in around 3:20 and waited no more than 15 minutes to be seated for a pedi. The receptionist was busy fielding calls left and right but was prompt to ask what I came for and if I wanted a beverage. The technition was friendly and kind. She did have to stop in the middle of my trimming to paint a design on another patron but was apologetic.The classic pedi was $25 and it was on par with Evansville.I did only put 4 stars because I noticed, once I left, that the nail tips are unpainted. I feel like other places sort of reinforce that area as thats where our toes make contact with things each day. Im hoping the top coat is enough to keep it from chipping soon.

The lady did a great job with my pedicure and the parrifin wax was Soo good! My gel manicure was great, thought there were a couple of places on my fingers of stray polish, but thats nbd to me. Will go back.

The treatment was friendly but a lot of talk between the employees that made me feel uncomfortable for a moment. The french manicure and pedicure and gel cost me more than what it said in its real price and it only lasted a few days. There was also not much variety of gel colors to choose from and the manicure was done very quickly and without much care.
