The owners are so kind. I’ve not had the best experiences with getting my nails done in the past, but the owners here made me and my grandmother feel super welcome and our time was filled with conversation. I will definitely be returning!

WARNING: PRESSURE SALES TO CHILDREN! Very friendly and talkative but did not appreciate the pressure up sales of designs and pedicure to my daughter without asking the parent. My daughter found it scary and intimidating which we had to pay for.

They are the nicest people. Does great work, and the facility is clean. The new pedicure chairs are amazing! I was referred by a friend who has been coming for over twenty years. My friends nails have always looked so nice and never had any problems. I will go here from now on!

Got a get pedicure only. Gel. No design. Pedicure was subpar. They charged $50 . No price list. Price gauging!

I love this place. They are husband and wife and are excellent . Very nice and friendly. It is always clean. You can make appointment or walk in. I always get compliments after getting my nails done there.

The owner is fantastic. Hes so kind & patient with kids & has a lot of fun with them. Makes the trip special & does a fabulous job. Ive seen some unkind people come in & treat him terribly, but he remains kind & always fair, regardless if someone thinks they have to have their nails done now, with 5 people there before you. Great place & a great price

My nails were so short and thin. They were messed up all the way around. Drew a snowflake on two of them and couldnt even tell what it was. I had a French tips and the lines were uneven and not even straight across. Was very unsatisfied.

I checked in at 6:15p not knowing they close at 7p. The man asked if I needed a pedicure. Mind you he is asking while they literally have 0 customers, and he is giving a co worker a pedicure. When I replied yes I needed a pedicure. The man then said sorry we close at 7p come back tomorrow, then the lady also followed up with a, sorry! Needless to say, I went else where, and will not recommend this business to anyone.

Clean nice place and people. But a very mediocure job of gel nails. Honestly I could have do e a better job. Sadly I wont be going back

Came from out of state was over charged . Polish looks like a 5 yr old did it. Nails are uneven. They talk and ask questions to keep you busy so that you don’t notice poor job they are doing. I don’t recommend. Should’ve went with my first choice Eva’s

Worst experience ever very rude, charged us for soap because we left 10 bucks apiece, told us 10 mins someone walked in and they left us sitting to take care of them, so not right. Dont recomend to anyone😳 GOT VERY HATEFUL with us...

Beware! This is Jakes mom. Please note that this is the first time Ive ever written a review.When I get my nails and toes done, I usually walk-in the nearest salon. Therefore, I have tried many different places and I always leave satisfied. VIP Nails was very different.On this morning I was very preoccupied with emails using my phone, so I was not paying much attention to my manicurist. I DID notice the tattered condition of their pedicure chairs, including a large hole worn in the side panel. That was NOT the problem for me. Then I noticed the towels she used were gray from over bleaching and frayed on the edges, a rag not a towel. That was NOT the problem for me. I didnt even worry when I had to ask her to remove more callous or when I had to ask her to apply another coat of polish because I could see through it. I DID wonder why she didnt see that herself.Later I had an opportunity to get a better look at her work. OMG! I still need a mani and pedi! Feet- She barely removed any cuticle even leaving splits, nowhere near enough callus removal, had to request third coat of polish for coverage, polish left on cuticles and the tips were never polished.Hands- She barely removed any cuticle even leaving splits. No problem with her shaping and she buffed them to a gloss finish just fine.When I called and requested a redo, the owner made me feel as if my integrity was in question. He would only agree to see for himself before committing to a redo; then scheduled me into the following week. He did not see anything wrong with the work. He explain how I had extra dry thick skin and that I should come back more often so that doesnt build up. He explained how you cannot take too much cuticle off or youll bleed. He agreed I could use a fresh manicure however did not see anything wrong with work.Knowing that I was dissatisfied he allowed me to leave the salon without a redo; while he thanked me for coming in and giving him the opportunity to look at it.OMG! Never has a salon made me bleed or left so much cuticle behind. Never has a salon left my feet calloused with dry skin everywhere. Never has it taken three coats of color for coverage. Never have I had to ask to have my polish tipped. Never have I had to go back for a redo. Never again will I use this salon! I do not care for their idea of a good job or good service!

Not happy at all. They arent even, she didnt clean up my cuticles, they are flat in spots, bubbled up in others. Then she charged me $60 for a full set...highest Ive paid. THEN SHE WANTED TO KEEP MY CHANGE....oh no she didnt.
